A simple and well-designed web application supporting simple, well-designed business processes. Prompt, efficient, transparent and friendly. By way of comparison, I use another freight forwarder (Shipito) to move goods from the United States; prompt and courteous processing staff are undermined by a shocking web application that includes, ironically, a broken address form and a paranoid-aggressive (Ron John Gonzales) running the hep desk. Shipito should take a look at forwd2me for a better-run business.

The guys processing your package did have good intentions i.e. making sure that the package was being shipped by the most correct, seam free, trouble free method for you..<br/>We are really sorry that we didn't meet your expectations.<br/><br/>We try to show all the costs involved on the shipping invoice but at any stage when you receive the invoice before payment please do not hesitate to contact us for clarification of any charges.<br/><br/>We hope this clarifies the situation for you.<br/><br/>Janet Grundy<br/>Operations Director.

On receipt of my package there was no acknowledgement by forward2me of receipt. Two emails from me later I got a reply they were checking if the goods could be sent, which is reasonable but should be communicated. On the goods finally being sent, the price was GBP20 higher than quoted on the website. The explanation was that it was a remote area surcharge, which is fine, but if you are going to have those build a freight calculator that asks for the destination postcode and calculates an accurate price as other similar services do.

Great company and customer service. I like that I am able to select modes and providers of international shipment. F2M has allowed me to acquire rare motorcycle parts from UK suppliers that do not ship out of their country.

Can't say anything bad about their service: it's easy, fast and reliable, plus they always seem to dispatch your parcel 10 minutes after your payment is received :-)
Perhaps there is one little fault: you could add a quote for an economy option too... I'd love to see that option :-)

Response times in all stages were astonishingly quick. The service was quite expensive, but on the other hand couldn't have gotten an Islabike to Finland any cheaper through any other service. Shopping service made my day when Islabike refused international customers due to high domestic demand.

This was an awesome experience :). So I was able to buy an item through eBay that was only available to UK an wouldn't ship to U.S. At first I thought this service would be way over my budget and not up to my standards. I was so wrong thank you so much!!! I now have the item and without this service I couldn't have bid on the item!!! Lol!! Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback.<br/><br/>We're pleased that you think that we provide a reasonable service but are concerned that you think that the delivery wasn't the quickest.<br/>We can see from the tracking that your shipment left us late afternoon on 28 May and was signed for by your good self on 4 June at 8.45am. This is classed as 4 working days excluding the despatch and arrival day.<br/>We have also noticed that you are in Tasmania which is classed as an outlying area by DHL which can sometimes mean the transit time is a little longer than normal.<br/>This has also fmeant that DHL applied an out of area charge, hence your shipping invoice being larger than say Central Australia.<br/>We're also sorry that you feel that our service is over priced.<br/>When we sent you your shipping invoice we did put a note asking you to get in touch if you wanted a cheaper method of shipping as we had noticed the value of the item was relatively low.<br/>As we didn't hear anything back we continued with the DHL Express service.<br/>Another customer may say this was good value for money if they were shipping an iPhone valued at £500+ (similar size package to yours).
