I've used Forward2me services a few times now without any issues. They are quick to respond. The website works well and managing packages/shipment requests etc. is really easy. They provide a vast selection of shipment methods which are very competitively priced. Gone are the days where I need to find items on Amazon which are shipped to my country. If they're not, I'll just use Forward2me.

They didn’t tell me before shipping that if the total value was over £20 they wouldn’t forward by mail (only DHL) so in the end I paid an extortionate fee to have my items shipped when I could have just had them shipped direct from amazon for half the price
Hi,<br />Many thanks for taking the time to review our services however I'm really sorry to hear that you are unhappy with the cost of shipping your goods.<br />The cost of shipping is based on the amount of space the shipment takes up whilst in transit which is based on the weight and dimensions of the parcel you are shipping. The cost of shipping includes the use of your foward2me address, the acceptance, processing and dispatch of your goods including any export paperwork required for shipping your goods. We also offer full customer support whilst your parcel is with us and in transit until the final delivery.<br />I am unsure why you would only see DHL as a courier for your shipment due to the goods being over £20 in value as we do also offer services to your country via TNT, DPD,UPS and Whistl however on this occasion for the parcel in this shipment DHL was the most cost effective service for shipping.<br />It may be that you have seen a budget untracked service on our website which is restricted to shipping goods up to the value of £20 however this service is aimed at customers shipping very low value single parcels with a weight of 2 kg or less. Unfortunately your shipment contained multiple parcels and was over the total weight allowed on this service.<br />I hope this helps explain how shipping costs are calculated and the services available to you for shipping however if you have any further questions please contact our Customer Service Team at info@forward2me.com.<br />Kind Regards,Tracy.

I actually could not believe how fast they have actioned my forwarding... From goods received to their warehouse and item shipped to my destination country was all less than one hour and a half. Wow. Definitely use them again and I recommend to people needed this service. Literally the fattest forwarding company I have used..

HI,<br />Many thanks for taking the time to review our service however I'm sorry t hear that you have found the cost of shipping via our services expensive.<br />We do feel that we offer value for money, the cost of shipping includes the use of your UK address, the acceptance, processing and dispatch of your goods including any any export documentation required to ship your goods. We do also offer full support for shipments working with the courier if any issues occur during clearance and delivery of your goods.<br />We do not charge any monthly or annual fees for holding an account with us and offer a 30 day free storage period from the day your parcel is delivered so you can collate good together for shipping.<br />I see you also mentioned our repacking service, we do charge of a fee of £2 per package for our combine and repack service however this generally helps to reduce the size of the package and therefore the overall shipping price. I am new to Forward2me, but my first experience was excellent. I found it easy to use their website and I was also regularly updated with the status of my deliveries. The cost of shipping my parcel to Latvia was reasonable and I was happy that I could select a courier myself, depending on how quickly I wanted to get my parcel and how much I was ready to pay. And in the end of the day - I was excited to receive some shopping that I was otherwise not able to get delivered to my country. So, happy days!

Most of the big UK brands now ship internationally (John Lewis, Next, Amazon.co.uk, M&S...), this service does not ship drugs or other related items that cannot be bought abroad so it is not as useful as it looks.
Some of the items they say they cannot be delivered for safety reasons (unless you pay a not very reasonable extra fee) can be internationally delivered by Amazon or Ebay at not extra cost, I do not understand this.

Hi,<br />Many thanks for taking the time to review our services however I'm sorry to hear that you feel this service was not very useful for you.<br />We do understand that many retailers do now offer shipping internationally for many items however our service is useful as some smaller retailers do not offer an international service for their products and some retailers only offer shipping for some basic products such as clothing, footwear, electronics however may not offer a service for goods such as larger items or more complicated goods which may be classed as dangerous goods for shipping. <br />Our service is on offer for these situations when you can purchase goods which are unavailable in your own country or the choice is limited. We are accredited to ship dangerous goods via our couriers therefore if you are unable to find your favourite perfume/aftershave in your country we may be able to ship this for you as we are fully accredited for shipping dangerous goods.<br />Our couriers do however add a surcharge for shipping most dangerous goods which can be quite expensive dependent on the quantity you are shipping and if the goods are shipped by road or air.
