This was my first shipment with forward2me and I am very satisfied. I had previously been using one of their competitors and had such poor experiences.
I made the switch to forward2me hoping for the best and was well rewarded.
The system is really easy to use and the shipment was handled perfectly. Well packed and arrived on time as scheduled.

This was my first time using forward2me. Honestly, I dont understand some of the negative comments about their services. I had some questions in regards to shipping, so I called them. Each one of them were very nice on the phone. And as far as some people complaining their packages get opened and examined, all I have to say is that this is part of the legality. If they are shipping and exporting things, they need to comply with the laws. It is this way with every other shipper I have used in the US. So it is your responsibility as a customer to verify that the things you buy CAN be exported from UK.

Lastly, the shipping rates are very reasonable for private courier express service.

I will definitely use forward2me again soon!

I think the platform is good but the prices are just too high and I don't think it's right to charge the customer for pictures of the shipments or not been able to consolidate items at the cheapest method of shipping. Other than that I paid 2 GBP for awful quality photos just really poor and bad taken like you could not see the size of the clothes. I don't think it's worth it.

Although you have found our platform good I'm sorry that our combine and repack service did not work out cost effective for you and the quality of the photographs were poor. Photographs are a relatively new service for us and we are working on improving this service for our customers however going forward if you wish us to include the labels showing the sizes of clothing please let us know when you request the photographs and we will be happy to include this for you. I do apologise if you were unable to choose your preferred service for shipping, if you find that this happens again in future please don't hesitate to contact us and we can investigate the reason for this. We do feel that we offer a value for money service as we not only arrange the shipping of your goods we accept, process, store and prepare your goods for international shipping. Both the combine and repack service and the taking of photographs are time consuming for us so we do need to charge to ensure our costs are covered. Service is fine, but the fees are really exorbitant

I see that you are based in Australia and due to recent changes with importing goods into Australia and that we need to be registered with the Australian Tax Office for GST, therefore, we can only ship with a courier who can provide support for this service. At present DHL is the only courier who has been able to help us with shipping to Australia since these changes. We are working with our other couriers to come on board for shipping, however, this is taking a little longer than expected. Hopefully, in the coming months, we will be able to restore a more normal service for shipping to Australia. I'm sorry that shipping has been more expensive than expected and hope you will bear with us until we have the other couriers back on board. hi Nick,I understand the "why" of it, but when I can fly to Hawaii and back for AU$600, paying AU$70 to have 6 magazines posted is beyond ridiculous! It's a shame, the rest of your service is good, the site's easy to use, notifications are good, documents are reviewed and approved promptly.... then all that good stuff evaporates when the postage fee is revealed. Hope you can sort it out.

Tricked into using a single, expensive courier to get my goods to Australia. After contacting, no other solution was given. To their credit, the website no longer displays an estimate for unusable couriers, however that doesn't help me. Very disappointing.
