services are poor in terms of shipping the packages as some of their delivery companies that they hire to deliver the goods are taking forever (months) and in some cases, they don't deliver the goods.
Also, the delivery prices are too expensive. I remember I sent a package weighing 20gm by 22 British pounds on 19 September 2019 and its still till now 22 NOV 2018 not yet delivered!! though it mentions when I signed on the delivery it will take 5-7 days!!!

Hi Mohamed,<br />Many thanks for taking the time to review our services however I'm disappointed to hear that you are unhappy with the prices we have charged for shipping and that one of your parcel has not arrived with you.<br />We do offer a premium door to door service for our customers via couriers such as DHL, UPS and DPD however for very small low value parcels we do offer an untracked postal service. I believe that this is the service you have chosen for your parcel dispatched back in September, for this service £9.80 was paid for shipping.<br />Unfortunately due to this service being untracked we are unable to trace the parcel once it has left us therefore shipping is at your own risk,we ship hundreds of parcels in this way and customers generally overall receive their goods with no issues. I would suggest that you maybe contact your local postal service providing them with your name and address, it may be that the local post may not have been able to deliver the parcel for some reason or the goods may still be with customs awaiting clearance. Generally if parcels are not delivered via this service they are eventually returned to forward2me, if this is the case we would then contact you to advise you the goods have been returned.<br />We do understand that shipping prices are a little more expensive than companies such as Amazon, we are unable to compete with these prices as we offer not only a shipping service but the use of a UK address to receive deliveries, the acceptance, processing and dispatch of your goods including all the required paperwork required for shipping.<br />I hope this helps explain the service we offer however if you have any further questions please don't hesitate to get in touch with our Customer Service team at info@forward2me.com and they will be very happy to advise you on how you can obtain the maximum value for shipping via our services.<br />Thank you once again for your feedback.<br />Kind Regards,Tracy.

Absolute rip off. I shipped 6 rolls of wallpaper and 11m of decorator fabric for less than they charged for 1 dress. Rip off!! Shipping was more than the dress cost.

Hi,<br />I'm sorry to hear you are unhappy with the amount you have been charged for shipping, this is disappointing for us as we feel we provide a value for money service.<br />The price paid for shipping is not only for the shipping of your goods, this includes the use of your forward2me address, the acceptance, processing, storage and shipping of your goods including the paperwork require for exporting goods from the UK.<br />The shipping service we offer is a premium door to door service and full customer support is provided from the receipt of your parcel to the delivery in your country.<br />I see that you are based in Australia, since July of this year the Australian Government introduced a new goods and service tax for shipments under $1000 being imported to your country.<br />Due to the volume of parcels we ship to Australia we needed to register for GST and therefore are now obliged to charge this tax on the value of the goods in your shipment plus the service provided. forward2me is a very responsible company. Communicate through e-mails, phone, and also Facebook. And they are very helpful.
I ordered the Google Pixel 3, which is sold only in certain markets. For example, the UK.
I made pre-order in early October. And October 31, Google sent it out. The package arrived in their warehouse on November 1 and the same day DHL's courier picked up at 17:26. The most awesome thing is that the package was already in Estonia on the next day at 9:17. And at 10:32 am I got my new phone!
I believe that I was the first person in Estonia who got this super mobile phone! :)
Now that is service !!!
I'm already waiting for something to be ordered again! ;)

We wanted to ship a small item from the UK to the US, but the company ships only in the UK. Shipping through Forward2Me was the ideal solution for us.
