We have recently completed a review of your account and unfortunately, despite trying our very best, we have consistently been unable to meet your expectations over a 2-year period and hundreds of packages. In a situation like this we feel that it is in everyone’s interests that you find another company better able to meet your needs. Please do not register again. At forward2me we have many thousands of happy customers and it’s important we can focus our resources on providing a great service to everyone.<br />There have been two prominent subjects across your support interactions – price and volume.<br />Price. forward2me pricing is transparent – go to the pricing page – it is there for all to see. We will always honour the price on the pricing page. It does vary by month for couriers that have an FSC (Fuel Surcharge) which they use to offset volatility in aviation fuel prices – we just pass this through. Different couriers have different definitions of overweight and oversize at which points they can sometimes apply additional charges – these are outside forward2me’s control, but they are all included in the price seen on the pricing page. forward2me’s pricing mechanism has not changed in the period you have been a customer. Staff do not change the price by customer, it is calculated by an algorithm, it is consistent – it is what it is and it’s on the pricing page.<br />Volume. forward2me warehouse staff are the best of the best. They treat every shipment as though it were their own, trying to achieve a balance between volume reduction and package safety. Owing to the laws of physics, they can only reduce a any one package by a given amount. If they have repacked a shipment and the volume is 31kg then they can not get it to 29.9kg (so that it is in a different price band) without compromising the security of the package. We will not be forced to repack things in a way that is not secure to save money then have claims when things are broken – it simply does not work for anyone.<br />Wishing you the very best of luck with your new forwarder.

This is the first time I had used an international package relaying service, and I was impressed with the speed and quality of service that Forward2Me offered.
I ordered a very heavy set of books from Amazon.com, on a promotion that was not available to International customers, so I registered with Forward2Me and found, to my surprise, that all of the hassle was already taken care of. The website is easy to navigate and allows for the effortless shipping of even multiple packages. And it seems to be run by competent professionals: as soon as Amazon's tracking number reflected its arrival at the Forward2Me facility, it had already been processed, and the package's weight, size, and estimated shipping cost was already tabulated. All that remained was for me to select a shipping service, and off the item went!
It arrived here safe and sound, and I am so happy! And I am especially happy to have found a new way to acquire books and other articles that are hard to find stateside.

You held my packages for 2 weeks without letting me know why. So I had to contact you in order to be told that you will not be shipping them out of UK.

Hi,<br />I'm sorry to hear that you are unhappy with the service offered by forward2me. I have been using Forward2me for a couple of years now. I am very happy with their services. I use them as an Amazon Seller to return my goods to a UK address (much cheaper) and they ship the items to Belgium. They offer different shipping options and courriers but I always use DHL Economy and for a reasonable price I get two day shipping with multi piece items so that they do not need to be repacked (a service Forward2me does offer if needed). Sometimes I also use them as a buyer when a seller does not want to ship to Europe but only within the UK. Customer support also replies quick to questions and offers solutions.

Notifications of the entire process was great - photo and all. Site wasn't difficult to navigate through to complete the sale. Although I used DHL to ship to the US, curious why FedEx or UPS was not available as a choice. I was very limited to my shipping options as a US customer.

Delivery man was very punctual and polite. My street name was changed about 9 months ago and is not yet included on street maps. Driver took the time to contact me on phone for directions. Maybe the delivery vans could be issued with SatNav's to facilitate delivery.

I really like this service I do reccomend it
1) After more than a year of doing business with them (shipping parcels of 35-40kg weight), they decided to lower the limit of the weight of my packages WITHOUT asking me or discussing AT ALL, while I have 10-20 parcels already shipped to them. This costed me a lot more money afterwards because I had to ship more consolidated parcels
2) 1 year after this incident, they put a "special" charge in postage cost.Even 1 gram more than 30kg would result in a 15 pounds extra charge (which was not visible). UPS charges equally for every kg up to 40 so this 15 pounds was to prevent me from shipping heavier parcels (in order to ship more). Their employers didnt answer to my complains.
3) They didnt want to offer a simple help to reduce the volume of a baby stroller.As a result they asked me 150 pounds to ships this large volume, while 2 weeks before that they shipped A SAME stroller with less than 60 pounds. As a result I was forced to return the stroller to the seller (paying more for return cost)
Bottom line: They are not to be trusted, especially if you are a frequent buyer.
