I have forwarded parcels to France over a dozen times during the last year and have had no problems. Their communication is excellent, website is logical and easy to use, parcels are dispatched promptly and the fees are reasonable. I will continue using them and I have recommended them to friends and family.

Best service I ve used in a while! Effortless arranging all in a few steps throughout an easy way (couple of clicks only)!!!
Parcel arrived via a reputable courier service which I got to choose and it was in perfect condition. I couldn't ask for more and definitely highly recommended to whomever interested in a UK proxy redirection.

J'utilise Forward2me depuis juin 2018, en remplacement d'un autre que j'avais testé et qui a été une véritable catastrophe (semble ne plus exister).
Jamais eu aucun problème. Tarifs corrects, Service rapide et efficace. Pas de mauvaise surprise. Service client réactif et facilitant.
Ce qui est très intéressant c'est la possibilité d'envoyer les colis groupés sans consolidation, donc sans payer 2£ supplémentaires par colis.
Possibilité de choisir entre plusieurs services d'envoi (DHL étant le meilleur rapport qualité/prix/rapidité/point relay, utilisé jusqu'à présent)
Ce qui fait que Forward2me est très compétitif.

Ja ich würde wirst dort etwas kaufen. Läuft sehr schnell. Das Paket war nur etwas beschädigt aber das lag an dpd vermute ich.

Very professional and fast forwarding service that let me send several UK purchases from various UK websites as 1 shipment to me at a fraction of individual shipping rates for each box. Customer service and responsiveness very very supportive and customer oriented. I’ve used these guys for a few years now and haven’t had any problems at all, absouletely love the service they provide. With the weaker Pound vs the US Dollar, things from the UK are a lot more affordable and now tou have a forwarding service with Forward2me that you can rely on to securely deliver your goods! I highly recommend.

I had the unpleasant experience of using your courier/forwarder (DPD) who did not have a auto reject of the products that they do not deliver (happened to protein powder in my case) and that caused an extra week for DPD to send back my products to you guys and I had to re-select another courier (DHL), whose services are more expensive (compared to your competitor) on your platform for the same product delivery.
Hi Rictor,<br />Many thanks for taking the time to review our services however I'm disappointed to hear that you are unhappy with the way your shipment was handled.<br />I'm sorry that there was an issue with shipping your goods via DPD, unfortunately DPD are quite limited in what they can ship for us, I believe in many countries they use third parties for deliveries and this may be the reason for the many restrictions they impose.<br />I do sincerely apologise that you encountered a delay in shipping your goods via this service however the rejection of the goods was out of our control and this is the reason why we recommended an alternative courier such as DHL for shipping your goods on the return of the package. They have great customer service that is one point that I really like about forward2me. For example I have tracking my item late at night and saw that at delivery centre consignee adress is not right according to courier.
