Mein Paket ist verloren gegangen und Forward2Me weigert sich mit DPD den Fall zu klären, weil Paypal mir die Gebühren erstattet hat.

Zitat: "Da wir durch die Rückbuchung einen Verlust erlitten haben und Ihnen der Betrag zurückerstattet wurde, gehen wir davon aus, dass Sie für die verloren gegangene Sendung entschädigt wurden."

Kein Paket, keine Leistung erbracht. Aber für die Leistung soll ich bezahlen und erst dann bekomme ich die Sendung erstattet? Was hat das eine mit dem anderen zu tun? Der schlechteste Kundenservice aller Zeiten. Und Willkür at it's best.
My package went missing, and Forward2Me is refusing to resolve the issue with DPD because PayPal refunded my fees.

Quote: "Since we incurred a loss due to the chargeback and you were refunded the amount, we assume you have been compensated for the lost shipment."

No package, no service provided. But I'm supposed to pay for the service before I get a refund? What does one thing have to do with the other? The worst customer service ever. And arbitrariness at its finest.

I have used this service at least a dozen times; always shipping FedEx because I have had many issues with UPS. The first time, no issues except got a $10 bill for tariffs (very small compared to bills I've gotten from UPS.) After that I saw the option to prepay so I used that, but it's always seemed to be £60< no matter. I also figured out some charges are included with the shipping fee. So I didn't prepay and had nothing due at delivery. I was unnecessarily paying forward2me £60+ per shipment. I very much feel deceived and ripped off by this. As well I keep being forced to pay a repacking fee when the original packaging was adequate. Those issues aside, all of my packages arrived safely with the minor exception of some shoes that weren't packaged properly and got a little bent.

I have a very expensive package sitting in customs awaiting clearance now for 7 days. It takes two days for someone at forward2me to reply to an email to try and help get it cleared. Very frustrating working with them and cannot get a hold of anyone to try and get it fixed. Not worth paying extra for priority shipping if its just going to sit in customs awaiting paperwork from an unresponsive forwarder.

My experience with Forward2Me didn’t get off to the best start, as there were some complications with forwarding my package from the UK to Germany. However, everything changed thanks to KAYE, who supported me throughout the entire process.

KAYE was always friendly, professional, patient, and genuinely committed to finding a solution. What impressed me the most was that they even refunded my shipping costs as a goodwill gesture, which was completely unexpected and greatly appreciated.

Excellent customer service can turn a difficult situation into a positive experience, and that’s exactly what happened here. A big thank you to KAYE for the outstanding support. I would definitely recommend Forward2Me based on the excellent customer care I received.

I reside in California and recently began purchasing from the UK with the help of Forward2Me. Recently I made a few purchases and was experiencing some challenges at customs and members of Forward2Me's customer service team (Rose and Jus) assisted in making both deliveries a success. I must say, some of the challenges have a lot to do with the multiple time zone differences being delt with; East coast time, Pacific coast time and UK time all trying to resolve an issue together. But Rose and Jus were there to help whenever I asked and while I was asleep lol. In short, I would not have received these packages if it were not for their time and efforts. I cannot thank them enough for all the time, hassle and most importantly MONEY! they saved me. I would highly recommend Forward2Me to anyone looking to experience companies and brands from "across the pond" as they say. Without the hassle of dealing with customs, the FDA, etc.

I was thrilled to see that there was a company that would forward my packages from the UK to Canada. I did find the whole process a little challenging and the website didn’t explain it well. It cost significantly more to ship a 3 pound package than it did to buy it. The price to ship was extravagantly high compared to shipping the same thing directly and I can say that if it costs (as it did me) under170 pounds to buy and over 170 pounds to ship....buying at twice the price from a reseller is the easiest way to go.

I had a very positive experience with Forward2me customer support, especially with Jus from the Customer Experience Team.

The shipping cost for my parcel was much higher than expected, and Jus took the time to review my case, reset the available courier options so I could compare all services, and then checked again to see if anything else could be done. As a gesture of goodwill, he arranged a one-time 10% discount, which I really appreciated.

Good and reliable service if you need it, that is clear. Beware of the high shipping costs though! If you can avoid having to forward I recommend doing so.

I sent a parcel containing three used laptops that I bought for a total of £64.69 + shipping to the warehouse. Then the costs to ship to my home from forward2me was £57.65!! Quite high considering it was the cheapest option for shipping to the Netherlands, which is one of the nearest countries to the UK.

Edit: the £57.65 shipping was excluding the import tax of £36.71 on my parcel to the EU.

DHL mistakenly returned my package to Forward2Me. Forward2me does not staff their customer service phone line and so far has not made this package available to ship again.

Due to Forward2me's enhanced security measures, identity verification was required when paying via PayPal (because I used a different email address than the one registered to my Forward2me account). However, thanks to her clear and polite explanation, I was able to complete the process without any problems.

I’ve used Forward2Me around 12 times now, mainly to ship pre-loved clothing from the UK. My earlier shipments were very straightforward, and I was able to use the more affordable F2M Lite or Cross Border services without any issues.

However, during my last four shipments, my parcels were repeatedly marked as requiring “Combine & Repack” before I could proceed. This was confusing because the items were simply pre-loved dresses and tops shipped in standard rectangular parcel bags. Repacking would have incurred additional charges, and the courier options offered afterwards (DHL, FedEx, UPS, etc.) often cost more than the items themselves.

As a result, I had to contact Customer Support each time. To be fair, every customer service representative I spoke with was able to review the shipment and remove the Combine & Repack requirement, allowing me to choose and pay for postage myself.

That said, I want to give special recognition to Aimee. She went above and beyond compared to my previous experiences. Instead of simply advising me on the next steps, she personally handled everything on her end and resolved the issue quickly. All I had to do was pay the invoice. The process was seamless and saved me a lot of time and hassle.

While I would appreciate more consistency regarding how parcels are assessed for Combine & Repack, the excellent customer service I received from Aimee made a significant difference. If all customer interactions were like this, using Forward2Me would be much easier and more enjoyable.

That said I would still use their service since I already trust their brand and finding a different company requires trial and error.

I had a great experience for my first time and got my package safely and quickly. I have used several mail forwarding service (Colispat--sucks!) and Forward2me provided me exemplary service for a shipment from Japan to USA.

I appreciated that they were able to repack my shipment for a lower cost, something Colispat pretends it does but never did).

Most of all, Nica and Jus were incredible during this shipment forwarding process. I had shipped shampoo and hair mask from Japan, not knowing how challenging it would be due to the SDS not being available (luckily, we had the ingredients). Both of these customer care agents stayed by my shipment throughout even when it looked like it was detained by customs via DHL likely for the same reason. Due to these two individuals, I will be using this service again due to their great service and recommending it to others!

I had a very good experience with Forward2me overall.

The website is well organised and the service works exactly as it should: parcels arrive, are registered, can be managed properly, and the shipping process is clear once you understand how everything is structured.

That said, some parts of the website are not always completely intuitive or self-explanatory at first, especially if you are using the service for something valuable or slightly more complicated and want to be sure you are doing everything correctly. There are moments when you may need customer support, and sometimes it feels like there are not enough people available when help is needed quickly.

However, my experience with support was very positive. Jhe was kind, friendly, patient and very helpful, even when I had many questions, some of which probably sounded obvious from their side. Even if in a hurry, took the time to answer properly and made the process much less stressful.

Overall, Forward2me provides a good and reliable service, and when you reach the right person in customer support, the experience is reassuring and professional. I will use them again for sure.
