I believe I was given a fake shipping number.
The label was created on the 24th of April, but the shipment status hasn't been updated at all in a month (something that has never happened before). This is what it says: "Passport does not have the package yet."
Which leads me to think the package has not even been handed to the courier...
I have contacted customer service, but they only send pre-written responses that don't really answer my questions or solve any problems.

This is a great company. I had my doubts. I was trying to figure out how to get a package from the UK to the US. I checked with AI and AI suggested them. I tried it and it’s been nothing but a miracle. Thank you Rose & Nica! My package got stopped in customs, and they supplied the proper paperwork and walked me through it every step of the way. It’s was definitely worth it and I’d use them again!

Absolute worst experience. My package from USA to EU would cost me 120usd on eBay, but trying to save some money, I rerouted it to forward2me! They charged 300usd for the same shipment after repackaging for better proce!!!! All pleds unsuccesfull, so I had to pay almost 200usd more!!! When package arrived, the box was more than half empty!!!

With stupid Donald Trump's wrecking of the USA, the world and his use of punishing tariffs, this service is a God's send (let me say sorry on behalf the the 55% of America that is sane). I'm Fred from France. I bought a piece on a website and sadly, I made it delivered to the old Forward2me shipping address !!! So, Jamie and his team from the US Wilmington location, made all what was possible to retrieve the package from the old address and they succeeded. Then I chose a way of shipping and three days later, the package was with me. It was a $1800 package so I'm very grateful to Jamie and his team to have recovered it and be able to finally ship it to me. I will use Forward2me services once again in the future when possible....for sure :-)

It was a very smooth experience, I had a problem sending something from Ebay UK to Mexico, shipping and tariffs were too expensive and by sending it through forward2me I was able to save on the shipping and handling by a wide margin. I am extremely disappointed with Forward2me. First time user of their service. Their marketing gives a highly misleading directive that you will save money by using their repacking service. In reality, it ended up costing me exponentially more due to predatory pricing and complete warehouse negligence.
I shipped two reproduction game console boxes to their warehouse. They took these relatively compact items and consolidated/repacked them into an absolute monster of a box. By doing this, they pushed my package into the "Oversize Limit" category, which triggered massive carrier penalties.
The original manufacturer shipment sizes and weights were completely normal and manageable. Instead of saving space, Forward2me actually increased the dimensional footprint during their "repack." This caused my shipping estimate to skyrocket from a reasonable quote to an astronomical fee of over $600usd! To put that into perspective, I paid only around $50 per item ($100 total), and they wanted over half a grand to ship it.
Even after I obtained the exact original shipping sizes and weights from DHL customer service and sent it to them, provided the math, and I explicitly showed customer service their mistake, they flat-out refused to correct the situation. Instead of having the warehouse fix the box and re-measure it, they dug their heels in. As a "solution," they only offered a measly 20% off promo code. Even with that discount, the shipping bill is still an absolute joke.
Do not trust their repacking service. They will box your items carelessly, inflate the volumetric weight, trigger massive oversize surcharges, and then refuse to fix their own warehouse errors. Absolute scam behavior.

We’ve reviewed your shipment and can see there was scope to further optimise the packaging which was not actioned at the time. The cheapest shipping option was nearly £40 on a £22 package, and that's without the ridiculous upcharges they tried to get me to go for. I will never use this service again, it's a joke.

My item was delivered to their USA warehouse 7 days ago, but they never readied it or notified me. I needed the items for my long European trip that commences in 7 days, and clearly I will never get it now in time. What a monumental waste of money and time.

I thinked that I could send my package with the lite option but I dont know why the system forced me to send it via private company, that was not on my budget but I have to make that effort because I didnt want to lose my product
