Servizio molto valido e veloce. L'ho già usato due volte in passato per farmi spedire degli acquisti dal Giappone e dal Regno Unito e non ho mai avuto intoppi. Chiaramente non è un servizio generalmente economico, ma dipende dal tipo di merce da spedire e dal peso. Non mi sento di aver mai pagato cifre esorbitanti. Sto attualmente aspettando che mi spediscano un altro pacco dagli Stati Uniti e aggiornerò la mia recensione in futuro. Uso sempre loro perché consentono il forwarding da diversi paesi ed è comodo avere tutto in uno, e il loro sito è piuttosto intuitivo. Ho anche contattato l'assistenza per farmi cambiare Nome e Cognome sull'account e hanno provveduto molto velocemente.

Due to recent changes in US import rules, we’re currently not able to offer postal services for low-value shipments to the US, and options are now limited to express courier services.

We always try to keep shipping as cost-effective as possible, but for smaller parcels this can sometimes mean the prices are higher than expected.

For future shipments, it may be worth consolidating multiple items into one parcel where possible, as this can help provide better value for shipping.

I had an incredibly frustrating experience with this company. While the initial process seemed fine, everything went wrong the moment the shipment went out.

The most disappointing part has been the lack of support.

Customer service has been completely unresponsive, and despite my attempts to reach out, I haven’t received a single update or any help in resolving my issues. I understand how concerning it must have been not receiving updates on your shipment.

In this case, the shipment was sent to a third-party parcel forwarding address. Due to customs requirements, the recipient acts as the Importer of Record in the importing country, and forwarding facilities are often not set up to take on this responsibility. This can lead to delays or shipments being held in clearance and often results in the shipment being returned.

For this reason, we generally do not recommend shipping to other forwarding companies and we do not usually offer this service to those types of addresses.

That said, we absolutely recognise that we should have communicated this more clearly and kept you better informed throughout. We are also reviewing our internal processes to ensure better cover when team members are away.

We will also follow up with you directly by email so we can look into this properly and help resolve the situation.

J'ai choisi Forward2me en me basant sur les avis généraux. J'ai utilisé ce service une fois en fin d'année 2025 pour acheter aux Etats-Unis. Je l'utilise de nouveau ce mois-ci pour un achat au Royaume-Uni. Je suis satisfait de leur équipe américaine. Un service ultra rapide, avec peu de frais pour la gestion et le traitement, un prix d'envoi international plus que correct ainsi qu'une assurance proposée qui est plus qu'importante. Ceux qui s'en plaignent devraient peut-être revoir certaines notions d'économie internationale pour se rendre compte de l'importance d'une telle assurance. Ceci dit, tout dépend de la nature de votre marchandise. Pour Forward2me américain, mon colis a été traité endéans les 72h suivant la réception. L'envoi par UPS fut rapide et il est totalement logique de payer des droits d'importation quand on vit en Europe. Ca n'a rien avoir avec cette entreprise, c'est une loi européenne. Mon paquet a bien été reconditionné. Je n'ai plus qu'à attendre l'expérience anglaise pour confirmer une bonne gestion ou non de mes colis anglais. Pour l'instant, que du positif pour cette entreprise de logistique.

Needed to get a big bulk of car detailing products and used Forward2Me to ship them. Of course since it's liquids I had to submit some paperwork. They are an excellent company—attentive at every step of the way. Throughout the entire process, they send you regular email updates so you always know where your package is. If you are outside the USA and need to make a purchase, they are the best option; they have locations in Germany, the UK, and Japan. I recommend them 100%.

Edit, I was going to remove an additional star, as I just received an Ai slop email in response to this review, trying to but not actually addressing any points made in this review. However, for taking delivery and forwarding safely, that's worth two stars at least.

I have used them in the past once for a smaller package which was fine, however my last order with them was for two big boxes.
* Emailing them, I received less than useless AI replies
* Selected combine service, items weren't combined and was charged for two deliveries with no explanation why
* I understand they need to make money, but there is no transparency when booking delivery on how much of the fee is delivery and how much is service charge
* Initial quoted postage charges was $100, this turned into $400
* Adding multiple items using their website was not as user friendly as it could be

We're real person, not an AI. I can see we’ve missed the mark on the high standard of service you experienced with your first shipment.

I completely understand why this was a shock. This usually happens due to Volumetric Weight. While a box might be light, carriers charge based on the space it takes up on the plane. If the boxes were large, the $100 estimate (likely based on actual weight) jumped once the dimensions were factored in. I am happy to provide the specific dimensions and the carrier’s volumetric calculation so you can see exactly where that cost came from.

We hear you on the lack of fee breakdown and the website’s "user-friendliness." We are currently working on a clearer billing interface so you can see exactly what is a carrier fee versus a service fee before you hit pay.

We use templates to speed up replies, but we are real human.

Once I think I’m done with this company unfortunately they do something else wrong. This last item I had to be shipped was a pair of glasses. They forced me to have to combine and repack even though they came to them packaged great for shipment already. I bought from a highly reputable glasses business so I know they didn’t receive the frames how I received them. I hit combine and repack and was waiting until I got paid to ship it. Well I get an email that my glasses have been shipped. I never even picked what carrier or anything. I didn’t pay for shipping. I received my package today and I think I understand why they shipped it themselves. Once I opened the box it had only that brown paper. The glasses are in a thin fabric dolce and gabbana satchel. Literally no protection for the glasses just paper as filler for the unnecessarily big box. I opened the satchel and of course the glasses are broken. They’re bent in a way I doubt can be fixed and one of the arms is missing. The order was 100.74 euros. I thought after I got these shipped to me that I’d be done with this company but of course another awful experience. Like why did they not put the glasses in a small box or in a small box and then the small box in a bigger box with protection? And where’s the missing arm? They repackaged the glasses so they had full control of making sure it was we’ll protected. Yet they failed even that! You would think them shipping it to me for free was a nice gesture or something. But no they’re a business. A forwarding company doesn’t just ship your package for free. I believe they broke them while repacking and didn’t want to give me an option to pay for shipping and protection. I’m honestly confused and angry. Not sure how they’ll fix the situation now after they broke the frames and didn’t package them securely. On top of the extra fees and overly high shipping, I wouldn’t trust them with anything you believe could be damaged or is fragile. I’m thankful that was the last item I needed shipped from their warehouse.

I paid $50 to get a book from the UK to the Us and then two weeks later FedEx contacts me and tells me I owe another $20 in duties and fees making my shipping costs about $70. The $50 was already insane but books are exempt from duties and fees so that just tells me that forward2me are not filling out the custom forms correctly and I will not being using them anymore

The Japan location has been extremely disappointing. They are slow to respond to messages and take far too long to process and ship packages. I don’t know if they only have one or two staff members, but it’s frustrating when this so-called forwarding service presents themselves as professional yet continually delays shipments.

All of the packages I sent to this location were delayed. My most recent package shows it arrived on March 30th at 12:58, and it’s been almost 48 hours with no confirmation that it has been checked in. I’ve reached out multiple times and received no response.

I usually use Blackship because they are fast and ship within 24 hours. This experience has convinced me I will no longer use forwsrd2me. I take responsibility for choosing them this time, but the delays and lack of communication make it impossible to continue using their services. Unfortunately, you’ve lost me as a customer.

I need to file a missing parcel request as you guys are responsible for my missing package. I see you guys will answer to reviews but not messages. I’m missing a Gucci Wallet that I won in a Japan Auction for my daughter’s birthday for 114.00USD. Im holding this company responsible to reimburse me for the missing item or find it immediately. This is ridiculous !!!

My parcel was recieved well at the warehouse, without any issues upon arival. Although I had to contact support so they could correct an incorrectly recorded item issue, the staff was quick and efficient. Customer service was indeed helpful with the zendesk employees and the parcel handler communicating smoothly. The issue was corrected within a few hours of contacting support. Honestly a 4.5/5 for me. Would use again.

Just awful! I placed my order and followed each step on receipt of the relevant emails from Forward2me...they received my package the very next day but 3 days later it isn't even on it's way to me. I was asked to do the shipment step, got there and then a flag appeared to contact them due to my item being dangerous(it's a mobile phone) BUT no details of how to contact them! I found these myself and rang, voicemail saying to leave my details & they would get back to me shortly, shortly! That was 3 days ago I also emailed but guess what, no reply to that either! I did thorough checks before even purchasing this very expensive item and nowhere was it flagged on their website that A) a mobile phone is considered a "dangerous" item, B)any steps to organise the shipment of such an item or C)that one shouldn't expect their order anytime soon. Now my valuable mobile phone is still sitting in a warehouse in Germany, wholly unacceptable. I am not impressed! I will not recommend this company nor ever use them again, appalling service or lack thereof. I don't want excuses as I'm sure I will get in response to this, I simply want my phone! Please make that happen ASAP
UPDATE: I received a call, finally, as a result of having left a VM, nothing whatsoever to do with the reply received here which as I suspected was simply lip service! No immediate action was taken & nothing done to resolve faster for me. 2 painstaking days & a ton of over & back later & my order has only just been shipped(Tues)! Please be assured that this would not have happened unless I had followed up relentlessly & remained so vigilant. I had to push hard for every step. They chose the cheapest shipping option & charged me just shy of €60(Germany to Ireland) and it's going to take 8 more days for delivery! All the fuss & the contact us flagging for a 'dangerous item' was so unnecessary as there was no special arrangement to ship the phone but a €6 surcharge was applied. My order is currently in Poland, can only hope it makes it...the address on the tracking is not the shipping address I added, no city or even country on it! I can't encapsulate the frustration and helpless feelings I had whilst dealing with this company especially over such a valuable item in such a small space but trust me it was excruciating at best! First & last time I will ever use Forward2me, you have been warned!

The delivery was quick and the process went smoothly. The delivery fee, however, was more expensive than what I would have expected (something like $180 shipping fee) I suppose it was a fair price for what it was, 2 day air from Japan to the US, but I would like the option for a slower, less expensive option as I didn't need the item that quick. I could have waited a month. It was a compact miter saw that was shipped.

Horrendous experience with this company. Communication is extremely slow. You can never get through to anyone on the number they have provided - always goes to voicemail. You send responses to their questions only to get the same questions posed by different agents. It has taken me over 3 weeks to try to get 1 small package cleared and I am STILL dealing with them as they only email once every few days.
Absolutely appalling service. Will NEVER use them again.

I had three packages and combined 2 because I was going to return 1 of them. I realized it’s more of a hassle to return the 1 so I was going to combine them all. Well they said since they already combined the 2 it’s already sealed for shipment and they refuse to undo it. Meaning I now have to pay 32 pounds at least for each shipment weighing only a few ounces. Combine and repack is costing me 6 pounds and the package I was going to return they say I have to combine and repack as well so I’m being forced to pay another 6 pounds on top of another 32 pounds. Please don’t use this service! I also want to clarify that 2 of the 3 orders I received they FORCED me to combine and repack or else they would just keep my items. And shipping ended up being wayyyy more than what they quoted me! Definitely look up a different proxy as this is the most expensive one I’ve seen over the years. They also lie and up charge through the roof because they know they can get away with it. If you don’t pay what they ask you to then they just keep your item.

For first timers- I wanted to buy shoes in the UK and get them to South Africa.
I was given a “forwardtome” address in the UK. Got the shoe company to deliver the shoes there.
Chose one of the options of which courier company to do the leg to RSA.
Once they arrived at the depot, forwardtome got the courier company to collect and deliver.
Had to pay import duty when requested by courier company and received my shoes.
Only way I was able to get this particular brand of shoes, so it may have cost extra but it was necessary and worth it for me.
Very trust worthy company.
