Unparalleled customer service provided by Jhe at the York House Warehouse, truly the best I’ve received from any company. The company I ordered from poorly packaged books the first go around and they arrived damaged so I was paranoid when the replacements arrived to the forward2me warehouse. I reached out and they took every step to make sure they were well packaged and provided me photos. And this was all after it had already been combined/repacked. It was my mistake to have selected pack for savings instead of safety unintentionally, and they still took measures anyways to correct my mistake and make sure they were packed safely. It was truly above and beyond.

Don't use their service for any personal or financial products you want to deliver. THEY block my package for 2 weeks and after mail and mail, rejecting documents like my passport, utility bill (said find suspicious??). First of all they shouldn't ask those documents, but they keep blocking my package and make me waste time for an urgent situation. DONT USE THEIR SERVICE I GUESS ITS EXPENSIVE BUT I DONT KNOW YET SINCE MY PACKAGE IS JUST BLOCKED AND IF I WANT TO SEND BACK TO WISE I WILL PAY AND THEN HAVE TO USE AN OTHER SERVICE. RIDICULLOUS

They put your package on hold for no reason. Ask for ID then say it is with an other department ot handle this. But apparently not working. Ask for utility bill with primary address but then block it and ask for where it has to be shipped. What's the point of using this service then?? ANYWAY THEY FIND SUSPICIOUS THE UTILITY PROVIDED AGAIN, JUST USE AN OTHER SERVICE BUT NOT THEM, THEY ARE EXPENSIVE AND WASTE TIMER FOR NO REASON. ASK FOR UTILITY BILL IN INDONESIA, Accept I just can't receive my Wise bank card in Indonesia and they ask documents that Wise do not even ask this is ridiculously complicated. Leider wird mit Preisen geworben die sich dann mehr als verdoppeln, da auch gut verpackte Waren angeblich neu verpackt werden müssen, dann werden horrende Zölle plus 5 Pfund Bearbeitungsgebühren erhoben, obwohl Artikel zum Bsp. eigentlich zollfrei im Zielland sind. Aus meiner Sicht einfach Betrug, da zu dem endgültigen Preis auch andere Anbieter geliefert hätten nur in viel kürzerer Zeit. Mein Paket ist seit 5 Tagen bezahlt, bewegt sich aber kein Stück von forward2me weg. Also Vorsicht!

TL;DR: F2ME customer service only has email; the phone will never connect to anyone, and they will never call back. CS just tries to close tickets without actually doing anything. You have to contact them manually about every step, like just to locate your package. The company is super slow, and their combine and repacking service has a huge backlog while they also charge you for it. Due to their merge with myGermany, don't use them now as they have a huge backlog.
I'd like to share my experience with Forward2Me and myGermany as well. After reading several reviews, I went with myGermany and had a successful purchase and warehouse storage with them. Then I also had another purchase, but on the same day, I received an email from them about merging with Forward2me on the 19th of December, and so myGermany stopped working.
Both of their customer services are email only. If you try to call them, they will never connect you to anyone and won't call you back as it's their offered option. If you message them on Instagram, they will answer via email. After emailing and trying to call both CS, one of them was kind enough to inform me that the movement of packages from myGermany would start around the 8th of January. It did not happen.
I asked both customer services multiple times about my packages, and nobody was able to provide any information. F2ME said they would place my package info on my account. It didn't happen.
After days of waiting, I ended up putting them up manually.
After more days of waiting, I reported one of the packages as missing because not even myGermany registered it, and I was panicking.
After the report, they found one of the packages. After days of waiting, I reported the other package, and then one day later they found that one.
Basically, they never found and placed anything by themselves. I had to raise awareness each time. Then the second package was stuck in the processing phase for two days, so I couldn't ship it. I had to ask them again to do something with it because I was just visiting Europe.
Then I couldn't combine my packages because they had a queue of 155 packages, and in 6 hours it grew to 211. I also read reviews saying that their combine and repacking service resulted in them having to pay an additional $80. I wanted to ship my packages to Hungary. Their address form was requesting a Hungarian Tax ID (like for what? As an individual, what if I am a tourist or student here?) while I was shipping from a German warehouse to an EU state address. I raised this issue to their CS, and first they were acting like I was stupid, so I sent the screenshot of the issue. Then another CS agent responded to me about paid duties, which was totally not relevant to my case. Again, Hungary is an EU member state, and from Germany to Hungary, there are no duties. Basically, you can't really be a tourist and ship your package there due to their slow pace and requesting a local tax ID. The company has no idea about EU member states, and even their FAQ acts like some EU states are different than others.
Moreover, I found it interesting that they actually ship from Poland and not from Germany, as UPS picked my packages up there.
Basically, each step with them was like pulling teeth. Thanks to this slowness, I lost my right to return one of the orders and so I just lost 180 euros.

Slow. Never had any issues with MyGermany but since using Forward2Me I need to contact them about every parcel some of which has been declared as foodstuffs incorrectly. This has been more time consuming and more of an expense to me.

Unacceptable! You need to overhaul your staff who mishandled my money not once, but twice! They refunded my invoice payment of 254.96 euros without even consulting me, just to repackage the battery. This is outrageous!

I ordered a bottle of gin privately as a Christmas gift. The location in Preston, UK, was very fast, structured, and efficient. After the parcel was delivered to Germany, I had a lot of problems with UPS. Even though it wasn't their job, JOYCE from forward2me customer support helped out a lot to solve the problem with UPS and sped up the process considerably. Thanks to her, the parcel has finally been delivered. I recommend people choose a different delivery service than UPS, though. Don't be me. Be smarter.

Used to be great, used them many times, quick and prompt, and they handle lithium batteries not like some other forwarders who just refuse. But recently they forced prepaid duties and forced me to pay more than 50% of the goods+shipping value as duties and taxes which is a ripoff , duties and VAT don’t go beyond 20% in KSA. I will never use them again unless they change this policy

I understand that you were offered Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) as the only available option for shipments to Saudi Arabia. Please note that FedEx is our only carrier that supports DDP. If you prefer not to ship DDP, you may use DHL, however, DHL shipments will be sent as DAP (Delivered at Place).
Due to repeated issues with duties and taxes being billed back to the shipper when using DAP, we are now restricting all FedEx shipments to Saudi Arabia to DDP (Delivered Duties Paid) only, effective immediately. This policy applies to shipments from all of our warehouse locations, and unfortunately, we are unable to override this process. This measure is in place to ensure consistency and to prevent further billing issues.
