I genuinely wish this could have been a positive review, but my experience has been nothing short of awful. My parcel has been stuck in “In Review” and “Processing” for 16 days with absolutely no progress. I’ve contacted customer support multiple times, and every interaction has been slow, unhelpful, and frankly quite frustrating. In my view, the quality of their service has declined significantly since they moved location.
What’s even more concerning is that it feels like my parcel is being deliberately delayed past the 30‑day limit, forcing me into paying extra storage fees. It comes across as a very scam‑like tactic. I currently have two parcels ready to ship, but the third is being held for no valid reason — the items aren’t restricted, and identical items have already passed through in previous shipments without issue. The whole point of consolidation is to save money, not to be penalised because of their delays.
At this rate, it seems unlikely the issue will be resolved in time, and I may end up having to dispose of the items altogether. If that happens, I won’t be using this service again and will be looking for alternatives.

I have been using MyGermany for years until it was announced out of the blue that Forward2Me are taking over the business. Had terrible experience with Forward2Me previously, and this is turning out to be exactly the same. No idea where my shipments are. None are available in my Forward2Me inbox, despite assurance all will be migrated from MyGermany inbox. 3 new shipments that have been delivered are also nowhere to be seen. Absolutely no response from Customer Support, best I got was a request to wait whilst they are transitioning. For how long and why, I was not consulted, asked or given any permission for the transfer of my items to Forward2Me. Very much considering raising a case with German Police and following through with legal action. Absolute disaster of a situation, but very much follows my previous experience with Forward2Me.

Impossible to use this shipping company due to their awful customer address. The name field of the address is FORWARD2ME. Several websites have blocked this shipping address because of that name.

Sent several emails, Whatsapp messages and Live Chats but not a single reply. Very desperate to have my problem fixed so trying this way to get the attention from Forward2Me to get a reply to fix my problem.

I had a terrible experience using this service, which ended up being a complete waste of my time and money.
I ordered a bottle of spirits from a US auction house and paid for it to be shipped by UPS to the forward2me warehouse in the US. However, the first email I received informed me that forward2me could not ship alcohol outside of the US to England.
I then asked a friend if I could use their US address for delivery and submitted a second request to customer service, offering to pay for the postage myself. Unfortunately, the second response was even more disappointing. The customer service team requested that I provide a return label from the UK for the return postage label from the US to the US. The value of the spirits is over $1000 USD, and instead of helping, the customer service representative offered to dispose of it free of charge.
I chose the forward2me because I need someone to look after my package in the USA and can help me forward it safely to England. It is almost 7 days and I still have no any solution to get my package back.

As we are unable to offer alcohol shipments from our US warehouse, we can only offer to return, ship to a local address, or dispose.
I can see that on this occasion, you have provided us with a prepaid label to your international address which we sadly cannot use since we can only use prepaid labels if they are intended for returns.

I’ve used the service to buy cologne my first experience I had no idea what to do and Forward2me is not very clear with their instructions. I phoned the customer service line which also cost me money and the person answered the phone just Hello didn’t say Forward2me customer service just Hello it was so strange I thought I was being scammed .. then I had to pay to have my package rewrapped because it’s dangerous goods I opted for the pay the duties with them but the border agency wouldn’t accept that and I had to pay them again, I tried to get my money back from Forward2me and I had zero luck .. if I use this company again I know what to do now do not use the prepay duties option order a huge order not just one thing.. I’m sure it will be much easier the second time using Forward2me but the first time is very very confusing and it also takes over 24 hours to get a reply from customer service when you email …

I've used freight forwarders before but never dealt with battery restrictions like this. Had packages sitting in the US warehouse past free storage because I couldn't figure out how to combine them with the dangerous goods flags.
NICA helped me understand the 2-battery-per-box limit and worked out how to split everything efficiently. The whole process involved a lot of questions from me about FedEx Economy vs Priority, duty prepayment options, cost comparisons she answered everything clearly and never made me feel like I was being annoying.
When I needed quotes fast to make a decision, she got them to me same day. The shipping invoice process worked smoothly once we figured out the right configuration.
Really solid customer support from start to finish.

All great! I've been using this company for a few years (ordering from the UK, US, and, recently, Japan) and I've never had any issues. I love that they don't ask you to pay a fee when you register or to authenticate the address, and I found that their shipping rates are quite competitive compared to similar companies. Be aware the forward2me previously mygermany is not reliable at all. They will hold your items as hostage and super high shipping costs. They never reply charge you for storage when you are suppose to have free for a month more without any reasons, their shipping costs are 3 times from their shipping calculator with the exact same weight AND dimensions. They will not consolidate package correctly either, they will leave half of the box empty. THEIR WEBSITE HAS SERIOUS ISSUES.

My parcel is currently held up in the UK, and I can't seem to get any assistance from customer support!I've detailed my issue, contacted DHL, and now Forward2Me must issue a shipping label to provide DHL with the necessary tracking information.The responses I receive are evasive, always pointing out that the package hasn't been dispatched yet and reminding me that proceeding without proper documentation is at my own risk.PLEASE PAY ATTENTION TO MY REQUESTS!!!!!This customer service is COMPLETELY INADEQUATE!!! I explained the situation to them, I called DHL and Forward2Me needs to create a shipping label so I can give the track and trace code to DHL for the right documentation.
I keep getting avoiding answers how they have not yet shipped the package and if I'm aware that it's at my own risk when I do so without documentation.
