I've used freight forwarders before but never dealt with battery restrictions like this. Had packages sitting in the US warehouse past free storage because I couldn't figure out how to combine them with the dangerous goods flags.
NICA helped me understand the 2-battery-per-box limit and worked out how to split everything efficiently. The whole process involved a lot of questions from me about FedEx Economy vs Priority, duty prepayment options, cost comparisons she answered everything clearly and never made me feel like I was being annoying.
When I needed quotes fast to make a decision, she got them to me same day. The shipping invoice process worked smoothly once we figured out the right configuration.
Really solid customer support from start to finish.

NICA helped me work through the whole thing we ended up splitting packages to meet FedEx requirements and she coordinated the optimization with the warehouse team. Took some back and forth to get the details right but she was responsive throughout.
The final multi piece shipment went through smoothly with FedEx Economy including prepaid duties.
Made the whole process much easier than it could've been!

All great! I've been using this company for a few years (ordering from the UK, US, and, recently, Japan) and I've never had any issues. I love that they don't ask you to pay a fee when you register or to authenticate the address, and I found that their shipping rates are quite competitive compared to similar companies. Be aware the forward2me previously mygermany is not reliable at all. They will hold your items as hostage and super high shipping costs. They never reply charge you for storage when you are suppose to have free for a month more without any reasons, their shipping costs are 3 times from their shipping calculator with the exact same weight AND dimensions. They will not consolidate package correctly either, they will leave half of the box empty. THEIR WEBSITE HAS SERIOUS ISSUES.

My parcel is currently held up in the UK, and I can't seem to get any assistance from customer support!I've detailed my issue, contacted DHL, and now Forward2Me must issue a shipping label to provide DHL with the necessary tracking information.The responses I receive are evasive, always pointing out that the package hasn't been dispatched yet and reminding me that proceeding without proper documentation is at my own risk.PLEASE PAY ATTENTION TO MY REQUESTS!!!!!This customer service is COMPLETELY INADEQUATE!!! This situation has dragged on for nearly a week!

I explained the situation to them, I called DHL and Forward2Me needs to create a shipping label so I can give the track and trace code to DHL for the right documentation.

Hatte mir in den USA was bestellt was am 5. Dezember an Forward2me übergeben wurde. Seitdem ist absoluter Stillstand. Keinerlei Information über den Verbleib meines Paketes. Im Status steht nur „Processing“. Wie lange?! 2 Wochen?! In den anderen Warenlagern ging es in der Vergangenheit am nächsten Tag direkt raus. Vielleicht sollte man das US-Lager dicht machen und einer anderen Firma vertraglich damit betreuen.

Pure Scam by Forward2Me – Don’t Fall for It!
I had an absolutely horrific experience with Forward2Me, a company that claims to offer reliable shipping services but is actually a real trap designed to steal your money. I sent a package to Italy, paying $82.26 for a 2-day UPS service. Instead of arriving on time, the package reached Italy after 5 days, and then it was stuck for another 7 days at customs. Following an unauthorized inspection by customs (without my presence), they claimed the product’s value was higher and demanded additional payments as if it were a business shipment.
As a customer, I exercised my legal right to refuse acceptance of the package and requested its return – a standard procedure that shouldn’t have caused any issues. But that’s where the real nightmare began: I waited another full week for UPS to return the package, after countless exhausting emails and phone calls. Finally, the package arrived back at Forward2Me, and I prepared to get a refund from the seller.
But Forward2Me refused to release the package, claiming that UPS was demanding $329.47 for the return – an absurd amount, higher than the value of the product itself! They sent me a vague and suspicious “invoice,” telling me that without payment, the package would remain held hostage. When I contacted UPS directly, they confirmed that the package had been delivered normally, with no additional payment requests. “It’s a standard return procedure,” they said, adding that they couldn’t refund the shipping but had no other claims.
Forward2Me is trying to rob me by inventing imaginary fees, holding my package hostage, and ruining the entire process. Not only am I not even asking for a refund on the delayed shipping, but now I risk losing everything because of them. This isn’t service – it’s organized fraud!
Please, stay far away from this company. There are better and more trustworthy alternatives out there. Don’t try it – you’ll regret it!
Answer to the replay of forward to me: UPS is unknown to this fee and open a request for lost package. If it was as you tell the return cost is 4 time the sending cost. The price is like it returns a elephant inside my package at return. Or i will pay for all your receiving package because ups is unknown to this bill.

My first experience with Forward2me has been very good. The parcel has been processed fast even with a re-pack service. The package went 11 000 km and has been delivered on 3rd working day! There are quite many delivery options to choose. Nevertheless, not everything works as expected - sometimes a recepient is asked for a mandatory re-pack even everything looks alright on a photo (the system does not allow you to continue without a re-pack). You pay extra fees without a proper notice (e.g. re-pack for safety option). Customer service is impossible to reach via a call (just email).

They ask you to submit an invoice, but if you download an email, it's downloaded as a .eml file, and they don't accept .eml files, also the dispose button is right next to the ship button, making it extremely paranoia inducing that you might accidentally delete your package.

In der letzten Bewertung war ich etwas enttäuscht, da sich die Versandkosten intransparent und unerwartet erhöht hatten.
Nach einem intensiveren Austausch mit dem Kundenservice konnte jedoch eine faire Lösung gefunden werden, und mir wurde letztlich wieder der ursprünglich von Forward2Me geschätzte Preis nach der Umverpackung geführt hat.
Dafür bin ich sehr dankbar und möchte den Kundenservice von Forward2Me ausdrücklich loben.
Jedoch anscheinend wurden die Papiere über die Änderung der Versandkosten nicht mit gesendet, was im Zusammenhang mit der Einfuhr in die Niederlande noch zu einer erhöhten Mehrwertsteuer geführt hat. Dies bedeutet, dass der Gesamtpreis dadurch nochmal gestiegen war.
Daher sind es nur 3 von 5 Sternen, ansonsten wären jetzt 4 drin gewesen.
Trotzdem bin ich insgesamt froh, dass eine Lösung gefunden wurde, und schätze die Bemühungen von Forward2Me, auf mein Anliegen einzugehen.

- Super Seite
- Transparente Informationen über den Ablauf des ganzen Prozesses.
- Bedienung ist kinderleicht.
Negativ
- Es bedurfte erst einer unangenehmen Erfahrung, bevor F2Me dann doch glänzen konnte.
- Kosten gerade für Parfum sehr undurchsichtig.
- Kostenrechner zumindest für Parfum nicht zu gebrauchen. (Kosten sind bei weitem höher)

Trotzdem bin ich insgesamt froh, dass eine Lösung gefunden wurde, und schätze die Bemühungen von Forward2Me, auf mein Anliegen einzugehen.
Positiv:
- Super Seite
- Transparente Informationen über den Ablauf des ganzen Prozesses.
- Bedienung ist kinderleicht.
Negativ
- Es bedurfte erst einer unangenehmen Erfahrung, bevor F2Me dann doch glänzen konnte.
- Kosten gerade für Parfum sehr undurchsichtig.
- Kostenrechner zumindest für Parfum nicht zu gebrauchen. (Kosten sind bei weitem höher)
