This service is absolutely ridiculous. Will you get your items safely? Probably. Will you pay a fair price? Absolutely not. They charged me a whopping $309.51 to ship a medium sized box from New Jersey to Puerto Rico. It was just makeup inside, nothing heavy or complicated and these people charged me way more than what I paid for the makeup.
I'm not new to forwarding services. I've gotten several big, heavy boxes shipped from South Korea to Puerto Rico since 2021 and I have NEVER paid more $280 for shipping those (of course, this was using a different service but I used fedex with both warehouses). I don't understand how they think charging this much is okay when all they did was shove 2 boxes inside another box. New Jersey is really not that far from Puerto Rico. Both are part of the USA.

Ich bin wirklich enttäuscht. Ich habe ein Paket aus Großbritannien weiterleiten lassen – ein Adventskalender mit Kosmetik, unter 5 kg.
Beim Versand gab es keine Auswahloption, nur den teuersten Express-Versand für über £140 (!).
Günstigere Alternativen wie Economy oder Standardversand wurden gar nicht angeboten – man musste Express nehmen, sonst konnte man den Versand nicht abschließen.
Der Warenwert lag bei rund £90, der Versand war fast doppelt so teuer – völlig unverhältnismäßig.
Inzwischen hängt das Paket beim Zoll in Leipzig, laut DHL befindet sich die Sendung im Klärungsprozess.
Noch hat sich niemand gemeldet, aber es scheint, als müsse ich mich im Zweifel selbst um Nachweise kümmern, da Forward2Me keinerlei Information oder aktive Unterstützung bietet – obwohl sie den Versand über DHL Express organisiert haben.
Ich habe also bereits bezahlt, aber noch kein Paket, keine klare Auskunft und keine zeitliche Einschätzung, wann oder ob es überhaupt ankommt.
Wenn man sich die Bewertungen auf Trustpilot ansieht, bin ich bei weitem nicht der Einzige, dem es so ergeht – besonders bei Adventskalendern oder Kosmetikprodukten.
Fazit:
Für Artikel mit Parfüm oder Kosmetik absolut nicht zu empfehlen – überteuerter Versand, fehlende Versandoptionen, mangelnde Kommunikation und jetzt auch noch Zollprobleme, die sich hinziehen.
Ich hoffe, dass mein Paket überhaupt noch ankommt – aber ich würde den Dienst definitiv nicht mehr nutzen.

I’ve been waiting over three weeks for my package (ID: US-61-2174315202852697) to be shipped from the Delaware warehouse.
I uploaded all required invoices and documents, including the FDA notice, yet my package is still stuck even after being approved for shipping. I’ve sent several emails with no reply for days.
This has been the slowest and most frustrating experience I’ve had with a forwarding service — definitely not the “fast turnaround” that’s advertised.
I just want my parcel shipped or at least a clear response from someone in management

they ask you to send them the email invoice, but if you download the email, it's downloaded as a .eml file, and they don't accept .eml files, and the dispose button is right next to the ship button, making it super paranoia-inducing that you might accidentally delete your package.
We’re currently experiencing some issues during our warehouse transition, which unfortunately led to incorrect weight information being recorded for certain items. We understand that this caused confusion when the 20 lb item appeared as 0 lb, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience, added effort, and delay this caused while verifying the shipment.

I ordered a magazine, and it was flagged as fragile, which meant it said it couldn't be sent by itself. Luckily, I was ordering 4 stamps with it, which apparently weren't seen as fragile (???). Go figure. I had to pay a repackaging fee. Fair enough. But then the postage fee was extortionate! £50! When I used the calculator on the website, it said the size and weight would cost around £10, which was fine. But 50? Ridiculous! But it (FedEx) was given as the only option, so I had to pay for it. The other options were more expensive still! It seemed like there were far too many excuses to get extra money out of me, with a magazine being "fragile" and the repacking fee, and the stupidly high postage fee. How can it possibly cost that much? That works out at well over $100 AUD for me. For a magazine and 4 stamps. Not impressed at all.

I have used this company multiple times, and I have faced various issues with them. However, after a lengthy back-and-forth process, they end up fixing the situation.
Though my 1 star review now is due to a major issue that cannot be overlooked. I had a book arrive to their Germany address, and I just needed to ship this one item. To my shock, the shipping price is as expensive as shipping multiple items. I have always found them to be too expensive, but this is excessive.
AND, they are forcing customers to pay duties and tax before shipping their packages. To make matters worse, the cost of the duties and tax is higher than the shipping cost. I checked the calculation of duties and tax within my country, to find that Forward2me has completely raised the price. Duties for books in my country are zero, yet this company has priced it higher than the shipping cost.
I have contacted them, asked them to recheck and recalculate the duties and tax total. Their response? This is calculated through Zonos and we can't recalculate it.
So they are blatantly SCAMMING people and refusing to fix it or check it. This is unacceptable. They are also not responding to my emails anymore.
And honestly? After over a year of dealing with their nonsense, they are constantly trying to raise their prices and force their customers to pay more than needed (for example, constantly asking you to pay duties after you've already got the package delivered and paid, labeling an item as dangerous goods to force you to pay extra and then having to argue with them and prove the item isn't dangerous).
I WONT be using them again, this was the last straw. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

We give a third-party service provider with the pertinent data (commodity codes, values, quantities, and destination country) so they may handle the computations on our behalf. The third party sends us an invoice when you choose the DHL/FedEx DDP service and pays us. Subsequently, the shipper (forward2me) and the receiver (you) are no longer involved in the transaction as the third party takes on the liability.
In the future, our goal is to perform these calculations on the forward2me website, so we can show the duty/tax rate for each item at the commodity code level. However, currently this ability is not available. If you think the calculation is incorrect, consider using one of the Delivery Duty Unpaid Courier options.

As I was unable to get my package shipped to Australia from the vendor in the US, I opted to try Forward2me, based on previous reviews.
It was really easy to set up an account and acquire a US postal address for the shipment, and the address was accepted without problem by the vendor.
My parcel did go missing, sort of - It was delivered to the right place, but it just hadn't been allocated as received.
The customer support was fantastic, with a particular mention of Jamie, and Honey (USA warehouse). I couldn't be happier with the communication and support received, and even happier that my parcel was quickly located and readied for the final leg of shipment.

Shipping, some factory sealed iPhones only x3 and the company have decided to mark them as dangerous goods, despite them being perfectly safe for shipment since Friday, I have been requesting a label to which I have not been getting any response as of today all I was told is that they’re going to make an invoice for me to pay nothing since Saturday early morning and it’s now Tuesday nobody is ever on the phone lines on the WhatsApp is also dead.
Other companies have automatic systems, even if something has a battery it will automatically choose a shipping line that suits best.

Unknown Shipment Details
The delivery has failed 2x before it finally succeeded. It seems that the warehouse in Germany did not know how to check for the Amazon One-Time Password.
Had to call the UK number and a support team member Aimee contacted the warehouse in Germany and made them aware that they have to use the One-Time Password for Amazon delivery.

It’s good to hear that the delivery eventually succeeded after contacting the UK support team. Hopefully, now that the warehouse in Germany is aware of the Amazon One-Time Password process, similar issues can be avoided in the future.

Von einem auf drei Sterne :
Forward2me ist auf mich zugekommen und hat mir die Hälfte des Preises erlassen.. also musste ich 66 Euro (mit Steuern für ein Spray ) zahlen..
Hab dann bezahlt.. nochmals Steuern in Österreich Zoll 40…
Teurer Spaß
Besser wäre zurück Schicken gewesen- aber das ging ja anscheinend wegen eines falschen Labels nicht (wie man ein anderes bekam, war bei Glossybox selbst vorgeschlagen worden, aber wurde nicht angenommen)
Erste Review:
Genau dasselbe Problem wie andere hier! Adventskalender bestellt. Zuerst nicht auffindbar, dann 156 Pfund um ihn nach Österreich weiterzuleiten (nachdem ich noch die Inhaltsstoffe schicken musste)
Trotz zwei labels schaffen sie es natürlich nicht zurück zu schicken an Glossybox uk.. NIE WIEDER
