I have a very expensive package sitting in customs awaiting clearance now for 7 days. It takes 2 days for someone at forward2me to reply to an email to try and help get it cleared. Very frustrating working with them and cannot get a hold of anyone to try and get it fixed. Not worth paying extra for priority shipping if its just going to sit in customs awaiting paperwork from an unresponsive forwarder.

Good and reliable service if you need it, that is clear. Beware of the high shipping costs though! If you can avoid having to forward I recommend doing so.
I sent a parcel containing three used laptops that I bought for a total of £64.69 + shipping to the warehouse. Then the costs to ship to my home from forward2me was £57.65!! Quite high considering it was the cheapest option for shipping to the Netherlands, which is one of the nearest countries to the UK.

DHL mistakenly returned my package to Forward2Me. Forward2me does not staff their customer service phone line and so far has not made this package available to ship again.

I’ve used Forward2Me around 12 times now, mainly to ship pre-loved clothing from the UK. My earlier shipments were very straightforward, and I was able to use the more affordable F2M Lite or Cross Border services without any issues.
However, during my last four shipments, my parcels were repeatedly marked as requiring “Combine & Repack” before I could proceed. This was confusing because the items were simply pre-loved dresses and tops shipped in standard rectangular parcel bags. Repacking would have incurred additional charges, and the courier options offered afterwards (DHL, FedEx, UPS, etc.) often cost more than the items themselves.
As a result, I had to contact Customer Support each time. To be fair, every customer service representative I spoke with was able to review the shipment and remove the Combine & Repack requirement, allowing me to choose and pay for postage myself.
That said, I want to give special recognition to Aimee. She went above and beyond compared to my previous experiences. Instead of simply advising me on the next steps, she personally handled everything on her end and resolved the issue quickly. All I had to do was pay the invoice. The process was seamless and saved me a lot of time and hassle.
While I would appreciate more consistency regarding how parcels are assessed for Combine & Repack, the excellent customer service I received from Aimee made a significant difference. If all customer interactions were like this, using Forward2Me would be much easier and more enjoyable.
That said I would still use their service since I already trust their brand and finding a different company requires trial and error.

I have used several mail forwarding service (Colispat--sucks!) and Forward2me provided me exemplary service for a shipment from Japan to USA.
I appreciated that they were able to repack my shipment for a lower cost, something Colispat pretends it does but never did).
Most of all, Nica and Jus were incredible during this shipment forwarding process. I had shipped shampoo and hair mask from Japan, not knowing how challenging it would be due to the SDS not being available (luckily, we had the ingredients). Both of these customer care agents stayed by my shipment throughout even when it looked like it was detained by customs via DHL likely for the same reason. Due to these two individuals, I will be using this service again due to their great service and recommending it to others!

I had a very good experience with Forward2me overall.
The website is well organised and the service works exactly as it should: parcels arrive, are registered, can be managed properly, and the shipping process is clear once you understand how everything is structured.
That said, some parts of the website are not always completely intuitive or self-explanatory at first, especially if you are using the service for something valuable or slightly more complicated and want to be sure you are doing everything correctly. There are moments when you may need customer support, and sometimes it feels like there are not enough people available when help is needed quickly.
However, my experience with support was very positive. Jhe was kind, friendly, patient and very helpful, even when I had many questions, some of which probably sounded obvious from their side. Even if in a hurry, took the time to answer properly and made the process much less stressful.
Overall, Forward2me provides a good and reliable service, and when you reach the right person in customer support, the experience is reassuring and professional. I will use them again for sure.

My package was not delivered and the customer service is unable to sort out the situation. I am told to contact PostNL, while PostNL clearly states I need to contact the seller. First time using the service, never going to use it again.

The experience was OK but who saved the day was JHE. JHE and her excellent knowledge guided me through all the actions I had to do to get this shippment to its conclusion. The process was complicated and I think this could be due to the transition. JHE helped a great deal. I think if it was not for JHE I would have given up.

Probably won't use much in the future, delivery and packaging prices to Australia are crazy. I wish there was a slower option. I want to purchase things from overseas but the Air courier prices are prohibitive. And I would be happy to wait a couple of weeks if it means I save $100 or more by using cheaper postage services.

We wanted a pallet delivered to Switzerland. It turned out to be more tricky and expensive than we thought, but in the end it worked. I would like to thank Wens at the Preston warehouse for his assistance and quick response to our emails.
Check their policy: forward2me does not allow you to organise/book your own courier for an international shipment. And they only quote FedEx. Check with them if they can find a better quote or last minute service.

Expensive service. They give the impression beforehand that there are cheaper options available, so be careful not to be misled.
The process took a long time, and they kept sending unnecessary emails showing my position in the queue. Receiving so many updates was frustrating. It would have been much better to send a single email confirming that everything was being processed instead of flooding my inbox with constant notifications.

This has been an extremely stressful experience, but the matter is now moving toward resolution.
Forward2me held my television for nearly a week without a substantive response to my emails, web enquiries or WhatsApp messages. During that time I could not request a repack, initiate shipment, or otherwise progress the item through the portal.
After escalation, the situation initially got worse. Forward2me increased the quote to £1,981.21 for pallet shipping to Australia, for the £600 TV, and asked whether I could arrange forklift access at my end! This was after I had sought an individual large-item quote before ordering the television, provided the relevant specifics, and was quoted approximately £800.
There was also confusion about batteries. Forward2me had listed zinc-carbon batteries that were unexpected based on the product information I had seen. It later became clearer that Samsung had supplied two different types of remote control, one of which used ordinary batteries, but that was not clear from the product information available to me when ordering.
Once I had posted the first version of this review, Tracy from Forward2me took carriage of the issue and worked with me to find a workable way forward. They arranged shipment at the original price, included Protect+ Guarantee, and gave me a practical way to deal with the battery issue.
My overall experience was high-friction, protracted, and stressful. The key problem was not only the delay, but the combination of no meaningful response, blocked shipment options, and a sudden major cost escalation after the item was already in Forward2me’s possession. I am still waiting on a response as to why in a five minute span my three packages that were present in my inbox suddenly disappeared and are no longer showing up for me to ship. I contacted customer service last week and no one had gotten back to me yet.

Customer rep. Joyce was very helpful and able to assist me with shipping my items. A free seasoning complicated the shipping process but Joyce and the warehouse was able to handle it for me. Can't find the actual warehouse number but the warehouse in Wilmington, DE was able o process my item as fast as I could respond with the time difference. Would use the service again.

DO NOT TRUST Forward2Me or myGermany! I lost EUR 5,328.92 because myGermany committed severe customs fraud (falsified export documents based on pure guesswork, getting my €3,500+ e-bike seized and destroyed by Taiwan Customs). The Taiwanese Government officially issued a decree certifying this as "Gross Negligence."
Right after this happened, Forward2Me acquired myGermany. Now, their support team (Aimee) refuses to issue my refund, claiming that because the incident happened before the acquisition, they only bought the "assets" and are not responsible for past liabilities!
This is a complete corporate scam and a violation of German Law! Their own website footer clearly states they are currently operating in Germany as Forward2me GmbH under the brand "myGermany.com powered by forward2me".
Under German Commercial Code HGB § 25, if you buy a company and continue using its brand name to make money, you are STATUTORILY LIABLE for all debts incurred BEFORE the acquisition. Forward2Me wants to steal myGermany’s customers and brand value but leaves the victims of myGermany’s fraud stranded.
They are using corporate shell games to evade debt. Absolute crooks. Forward2Me, pay back my €5,328.92!

I've used them to forward a package, and to combine/repack multiple smaller orders together and both arrived in a decent amount of time and well packaged - processing time wasn't too bad either overall - don't expect same-day forwarding, but overall, very happy.
