This company consistently, consistently delivers horrible customer service. They are always slow to process and ship packages and even when you contact them, they are slow to respond to emails. Don't use this company if you are in the United States. They are now asking customers for their Social Security Numbers before they can ship your package. That is a big invasion of privacy for US residents. No other company in the UK asks US residents for their Social Security Number.
They didn't even warn customers that their new policy requests this information, so my package is now stuck with them. I can't send t back to the retailers and they are not forwarding it to the US. An inept company with non-existent customer service.

I'm a new customer with Forward2me, the first 2 packages I ordered arrived without delay +customs fees. The third shipment I ordered, they opened and "repacked" and have charged an outrageous shipping price (triple the cost of the actual item)..as others have commented, they are ridiculously expensive and they don't quote with multiple carriers- seems to be FedEx only? when I ask for DHL or Aramex quotes, pure silence...I confirmed with the original shipper the item was securely packaged and a shipping invoice attached- so buyer beware- Forward2Me will gouge larger shipments for profit. I really hoped this would have been a good experience considering the number of purchases I make from the UK, but it has turned out to be anything but good.

The shipping fee initially quoted and the shipping fee actually charged are significantly different. What's more, even when I sent a questionnaire, I received no response whatsoever.
Forward2me is a truly dishonest forwarding company. Germans are said to follow the rules, but I was disappointed with their response.
It's tantamount to a scam.
I'll never use forward2me again.

Nica at the German site and the team there are absolute stars.
I wasn’t sure if a poster needed repacking to ensure it didn’t get damaged on way to UK so I opted to give the site a call and spoke to Nica and expressed my concerns. Nica said she would check with the team and let me know.
I very quickly got a reply back confirming my suspicions.
Nica instructed the team to repack for me ensuring safest transportation as per their usual standard and my parcel is now shipped and on its way here.

I have been using Forward2me as needed for ten years. While shipping is occassionally expensive, this is to be expected. Their service is always efficient, friendly, and they offer multiple shipping options for your budget and shipping insurance. I just received a package from forward2me, and it was a small bottle of perfume. Despite being a single item, they forced a package consolidation and placed it in an oversized box. Because of that, I was charged volumetric pricing, at least 50€ over the maximum estimate. When I contacted them, I found the company dishonest, rude, and unwilling to help. In the end, I had to pay to avoid losing the item. I won’t be using them for any future shipping needs.

Perfumes are considered dangerous goods for shipping because they contain flammable liquids. Because of this, we cannot simply place them in any box. They must be packed in an appropriate box designed to meet courier and legal safety requirements.
Dangerous goods require specific labels and stickers on the outside of the package to alert carriers and handlers. Using the correct box ensures the package meets international shipping rules and airline regulations.
Couriers will refuse or delay shipment if dangerous goods are not packed and labeled correctly.

I used the UK branch to forward a small watch & 2 waistcoats from 2 different online stores. Theres a lot of waiting, waited for one item that was authorised the same day but the other one that arrived in the morning took until the following day then for some reason they have to open them even though from Asos & New Look, now heres the problem I have. When I received my items I took the option of having them packed together NOT SHOVED TOGETHER. My waistcoat were not folded but shoved back into the ripped plastic bag ( why open ot at all) the watch was also taken out of its box and put in with the waistcoats with no care whatsoever. £73 it cost which is robbery. I will NEVER Use these RIP OFF MERCHANTS AGAIN NOR WOULD I RECOMMEND. STEAR CLEAR

A very useful service for people living outside the uk. Once I got my head around the process, it was relatively straightforward and efficient. It was a bit expensive but that was not unexpected. The only issue I had was the repacking charge. I suspect most items ‘need’ repacking and would prefer that rolled into the initial estimate.

I was extremely happy with the customer service I received in relation to a difficulty I was having with getting a package shipped from the U.S to Ireland. Jamie in the warehouse in Wilmington in Delaware was extremely patient, helpful, and courteous in helping me get the issue resolved.

In addition to numerous great, straightforward transactions, I had a tricky situation where a pair of sunglasses shipped from the EU to the USA using Forward2me got stuck in customs, requiring an FDA approval form. Joyce from the UK Warehouse was able to help me with the forms I needed and submit them to FedEx on my behalf. Forward2me has been the best forwarding service I've used!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I have used their services three times, despite the fact they are more expensive than the average parcel forwarding services, because the first time, things went smoothly. I used the UK-based warehouse for a shipment to Paris, France. The second and third time I used their storage facility in Wilmington, DE, USA. During my second attempt, they lost one of my packages and their customer service is awful. The third time was a disaster, for some reason, when you log into your account you're automatically redirected to the UK warehouse although your incoming parcels are being sent to the Delaware warehouse in the US. Because of this, their site claimed "zero incoming parcels". I tried to contact the US warehouse, but you still have to call the UK customer service using a UK phone number. The woman answering did not speak English! And their phone line connexion was so bad she had to try calling me back on my French number all the time, but this was inefficient as it was impossible to understand what she was trying to say. I suspect this company is hiring extremely unqualified personnel that just doesn't care. If you're forwarding only one parcel, it may work, but if you're combining shipments, beware : they're disastrous!

Shocking company that changes rules about prohibited items, without any notice. The same goods that were previously shipped several times, all of the sudden are not allowed. Lost over £80 in shipping fees and they wanted me to pay for the return.
No one ever answers the phone or returns your call requests.

J'ai pu me faire livrer un parfum contenant de l'alcool depuis le Japon. La plupart des proxy n'acceptent pas de livrer ce genre de produits en raison des risques et des règlementations spéciales pour le transport, donc j'ai été soulagée de pouvoir le faire avec Forward2me. Decided to go with them after reading reviews. First shipment from Japan was not bad, item did arrive, and wasn't damaged, props to them for that. Gave 4 stars because they said they shipped the item one day, but DHL said they didn't pick it up from them until 2 days later. Overall, not bad, shipment options are pricey, but get you your items faster than other options.

A sad demise of once one of the best forwarding companies.
I have been using F2me for over 4 years and always had extremely pleasant experiences with them. Their rates were reasonable and their customer service was very good as well.
Unfortunately in my latest experience with them, I have been subject to harassment and extortion by their malpractice and sheer greed.
A shipment of mine required no need to have "Combine & Re-pack" and usually easily goes through the Registered Post option suddenly did not have that option. Upon contacting them, I received several automated responses which were the same repeated again and again. After almost 3 weeks of this racket, in the end I had to succumb to their extortion and pay for the Combine and Repack with the cheapest FedEx option (quoted around 40-45 GBP). To my surprise and shock they conveniently added another 20 GBP for a total of a whopping 68.30 GBP for an item that was worth 10 and wasn't very large at all.
My issue with this entire experience was their lack of care or attention and their blatant extortion practices. In the past I never had any issues with their service but, now they are 100% fraudulent and can't be trusted.
Such a shame to beg for money like this.

I was super happy with the service. When the package did was withheld in customs the representative Joyce from Forward2Me contacted me and tried to help as much as possible. It took some time but the package was released eventually, and she followed up and made sure I recieved it. Super caring service!
