Marks & Spencer - British Goods Delivered Worldwide

The European Union has introduced new customs requirements for shipments entering the EU from non-EU countries.

What's changing?

The €150 customs duty exemption has been removed.

Eligible personal shipments valued at €150 or less may now incur a €3 customs duty per customs declaration line.

Business (VAT-registered) imports will continue to be assessed under normal customs procedures and applicable duty rates.

Additional product information may now be required to comply with the new customs regulations.

To help avoid customs delays, please ensure your item descriptions and declared values are accurate.
