Your goods can be received by us during these hours which vary according to the address at which the goods are arriving. All times quoted are local times.

OPENING HOURS FOR SPRING HOLIDAY SEASON

During Easter Holidays deliveries and shipments will be affected for some of our warehouses. Our CX team will be available as normal during the public holiday period. Please note that coverage on Saturday 4th April and Sunday 5th April will be limited, so response times may be longer than usual.

Friday 3rd April: 08:00 – 16:00 (accepting deliveries, no dispatch collections)
Saturday 4th April: 08:00 – 16:00 (accepting deliveries, no dispatch collections)
Monday 6th April: 08:00 – 16:00 (accepting deliveries, no dispatch collections)

USA WAREHOUSE

Working as normal, couriers will be collecting with no interruption.

JAPAN WAREHOUSE

Working as normal, couriers will be collecting with no interruption.

Friday 3rd April: 09:00 - 17:00 (no deliveries, dispatch collections as normal)
