Forward2me is by far one of the best mail forwarding service in UK, I can rest-a-shore my parcels are save and will get delivered to me in time . The people working at forward2me are the nicest people I've ever encountered...God Bless !

I ordered a camera from Ebay.co.uk. Forward2me got my parcel on Friday, sent me an invoice that I paid. They forwarded the parcel to me the very same day and it arrived on Monday to my address in Hungary. Excellent service and very fast! Thank you very much!

My overall experience was simply brilliant.
All of the CS representatives I've been in contact with via email were always very friendly and available, and even more importantly, they resulted up being always efficient both in the outcome and in the communication process, always taking less than a couple of hours to get back to me.
Unless you live in an area classed as remote by DHL, you'll also find their delivery prices fairly reasonable, considering that you're paying for express delivery which goes through DHL rather than the normal mailing system.
I've used several forwarding companies over the last few years, both in the US and Asia, but forwadtome did definitely manage to stand out as one of the best ones of the many I've been in contact with for >10 years.
The only negative note, if I have to list one, is that they are by law obliged to declare the actual value of what you're ordering, so keep in mind that you'll always have to pay customs taxes upon arrival.
This is not their fault though, as international trading laws prohibit underdeclaring shipments , and as a business they would get in serious trouble if they did.
To conclude, if you want to order something from UK only websites, do definitely use forwardtome, as they truly offer an overall great customer experience.

Proactive customer service. I felt that there was a "Team" behind each customer service email. Consolidation of my packages are carefully wrapped with bubble sheet + extra paper to fill out the gaps in the carton to ensure extra security while shipping. I feel I get what I paid for. This is my first time so surely lot of thing haven't been tested and there would be other I don't even know about.
But my experience was really good, all was managed fast and correctly.
I also had a small problem with the delivery "to" forward2me (so nothing to do with them) and they took care of this too,
not much they could do about but a frequent and clear update of the status and they helped keeping my mind relaxed.
I'd surely suggest to use their service if someone will ask about.
Back next time.

Very fast forwarding delivery via DHL to Finland. The price was as estimated already on forward2me homepages, so there were no surprises with the cost of the service. This was the only way to get a box of sold-out CDs with a reasonable price, so I'm very satisfied.
