The whole process involved a lot of questions from me about FedEx Economy vs Priority, duty prepayment options, cost comparisons she answered everything clearly and never made me feel like I was being annoying.

I explained the situation to them, I called DHL and Forward2Me needs to create a shipping label so I can give the track and trace code to DHL for the right documentation.
I keep getting avoiding answers how they have not yet shipped the package and if I'm aware that it's at my own risk when I do so without documentation.

Edit on the response: I have been mailing you FOR TWO WEEKS and I have NO response. Figure it out.
Edit to second response: so after trying to get my review deleted because it was negative, you're now coming up with a new excuse. I hadn't paid for anything yet. I came to an agreement with your employee. The package would be put on hold. You're a horrible scam company with even worse customer service. I'm happy I'm done with you.
Our process is slightly different when a shipment has already been paid for, making it difficult to stop it once it is in the shipping and processing stage.
Additionally, due to the peak season, our team is currently experiencing a high volume of orders, which may cause some delays.

We made big changes for our USA processing since last year. Starting April 7, 2025, all customers will need to upload a purchase invoice to verify the contents of their shipment. This is a simple step and can be done directly from your forward2me account.
Invoices are mandatory for all shipments forwarded through our US warehouse. Uploading your purchase document from a US retailer verifies the contents of your shipment and ensures compliance with US Customs & Border Protection (CBP) cargo description rules. This helps us process your package more efficiently and reduces the risk of delays or rejections due to missing or incomplete shipment details.

I had an absolutely horrific experience with Forward2Me, a company that claims to offer reliable shipping services but is actually a real trap designed to steal your money. I sent a package to Italy, paying $82.26 for a 2-day UPS service. Instead of arriving on time, the package reached Italy after 5 days, and then it was stuck for another 7 days at customs. Following an unauthorized inspection by customs (without my presence), they claimed the product’s value was higher and demanded additional payments as if it were a business shipment.
As a customer, I exercised my legal right to refuse acceptance of the package and requested its return – a standard procedure that shouldn’t have caused any issues. But that’s where the real nightmare began: I waited another full week for UPS to return the package, after countless exhausting emails and phone calls. Finally, the package arrived back at Forward2Me, and I prepared to get a refund from the seller.
But Forward2Me refused to release the package, claiming that UPS was demanding $329.47 for the return – an absurd amount, higher than the value of the product itself! They sent me a vague and suspicious “invoice,” telling me that without payment, the package would remain held hostage. When I contacted UPS directly, they confirmed that the package had been delivered normally, with no additional payment requests. “It’s a standard return procedure,” they said, adding that they couldn’t refund the shipping but had no other claims.
Forward2Me is trying to rob me by inventing imaginary fees, holding my package hostage, and ruining the entire process. Not only am I not even asking for a refund on the delayed shipping, but now I risk losing everything because of them. This isn’t service – it’s organized fraud!
Please, stay far away from this company. There are better and more trustworthy alternatives out there. Don’t try it – you’ll regret it!
Answer to the replay of forward to me: UPS is unknown to this fee and open a request for lost package. If it was as you tell the return cost is 4 time the sending cost. The price is like it returns a elephant inside my package at return. Or i will pay for all your receiving package because ups is unknown to this bill.

Your package to Italy was refused at destination due to Italian customs requiring a business import permit. This is a legal requirement, and Forward2Me cannot override customs decisions.
As per our Terms & Conditions, consignees are responsible for ensuring all import requirements, permits, and customs documentation are met. When a shipment is refused or fails customs clearance, return transportation fees apply. The return fee reflects UPS’s international return costs, which are set by the courier and separate from your original outbound shipping fee. Forward2Me does not profit from these charges.
We assure you that Forward2Me operates as a reliable, professional logistics provider and does not engage in fraudulent practices. Any delays or fees are a result of customs regulations and standard courier policies, not our company policies.

Ich möchte meine Bewertung für Forward2Me gerne von 1 Stern auf 3 Sterne aktualisieren.
In der letzten Bewertung war ich etwas enttäuscht, da sich die Versandkosten intransparent und unerwartet erhöht hatten.
Nach einem intensiveren Austausch mit dem Kundenservice konnte jedoch eine faire Lösung gefunden werden, und mir wurde letztlich wieder der ursprünglich von Forward2Me geschätzte Preis nach der Umverpackung geführt hat.
Dafür bin ich sehr dankbar und möchte den Kundenservice von Forward2Me ausdrücklich loben.
Jedoch anscheinend wurden die Papiere über die Änderung der Versandkosten nicht mit gesendet, was im Zusammenhang mit der Einfuhr in die Niederlande noch zu einer erhöhten Mehrwertsteuer geführt hat. Dies bedeutet, dass der Gesamtpreis dadurch nochmal gestiegen war.
Daher sind es nur 3 von 5 Sternen, ansonsten wären jetzt 4 drin gewesen.
Trotzdem bin ich insgesamt froh, dass eine Lösung gefunden wurde, und schätze die Bemühungen von Forward2Me, auf mein Anliegen einzugehen.
Positiv:
- Super Seite
- Transparente Informationen über den Ablauf des ganzen Prozesses.
- Bedienung ist kinderleicht.
Negativ
- Es bedurfte erst einer unangenehmen Erfahrung, bevor F2Me dann doch glänzen konnte.
- Kosten gerade für Parfum sehr undurchsichtig.
- Kostenrechner zumindest für Parfum nicht zu gebrauchen. (Kosten sind bei weitem höher)

Even though forward2me normally does not offer local UK delivery, Nica made an exception and arranged a shipment to my friend’s address, waived all storage fees, and helped resolve everything quickly and professionally. Communication was excellent, clear, and very supportive throughout the entire process.
Everything was finally resolved without any issues, and the package was successfully delivered.
A big thank you to the team — and especially to Nica. Highly recommended!
