21.10.24: This service has lost my $50 parcel. Tracking shows agent from their company collected it from USPS tracking 9434608105463006725304 and once I raised missing parcel i was told they never received it! Absolute disgrace and I will not be using this company again! Beware as until parcel is scanned in warehouse their policy is that they do not have it and you are not covered by insurance.
Update 23.10: further to my review, I have contacted them once again and spoken to Aimee. I was asked to provide proof of purchase and once I did, they have actually compensated me full amount!
So it took me loads of nerves and time to get to this point. To be honest this should have happened straight away. I am satisfied that I received compensation.

After my original review below, I got an email that they really wanted to help locate my missing package. They found it! Turns out the store I bought from online dropped off a package with only my last name on it. I understand their difficulty in locating that in a place that receives hundreds of packages.
Their subsequent support has been outstanding and the package is underway to my home address. Updated to 5 stars.
Original review: 1/5 Tried it out once, package was delivered to the warehouse by a local store. Did not show up in the dashboard. Now they require photo proof and a tracking number but that is of course not possible if a local store delivers a box. They should not have accepted the package or co firmed the recipient during the delivery. No way of getting either my package or a refund.
Edit 1: after their reaction to email them, I did. First thing was that trustpilot asked for a tracking ID (impossible, see review). Then forward2me says to solve this issue they simply need photo proof (see review avove). I don't think anyone actually reads these reviews or their support tickets and all is done by bots.

I had to change my personal settings, so I contacted the support. My matter was handled by Windy at the Preston warehouse and was resolved seriously and very fast. Support is nice and helpful. Can recommend!

Real and honest review.
My daughter found this company by chance and recommended it to me. Hands down they have the best shipping rates and service, especially by one of the workers named Windy. I ran into a small issue where my package was put on hold but reaching out to them I got Windy who fixed my issue in a blink of an eye. I’m very grateful for that.
Honestly, I’m not leaving this company anytime soon.

No one answered my queries. It took me three agonising weeks till I sorted the site use.
The site is too difficult to negotiate. Too many staff tried to help me and most sent me"Go to FAQ."
I will never use this again and certainly not if I was made aware that it would cost another $200 to send a small light weight parcel.!
I tried for days on end to get help. Often in tears thinking I would NEVER get my parcel. I felt totally held to ransom.
NEVER AGAIN…….

Fast and friendly support
I had a scare from DHL emailing me saying that my package wasn't delivered, while the tracking link said it was successful. Jane was quick to answer my query about the delivery and confirm the package was in fact received, then linked it to my account so I could continue with the forwarding process

I used this service to send packages to a German warehouse and while the actual experience with the service would have made it a 3.5/4 due to some issues I faced, the customer service assistant Julie made them very easy to resolve. I was impressed by the quality of their service, their cost and response times.
I ordered an item to their warehouse and later decided to return it to the seller.
They used the pre-paid shipping label that I uploaded and sent it back to the seller completely for free and in record time.

The processing of my request took a little longer this time due to the type of products I purchased from abroad and had to spend a couple of weeks with the customer service to explain them what are contents of the parcels etc.
However, all in all I'm satisfied because the customer service was nice to look for an affordable shipping option for my goods instead of just offering the standard courier services which can be very expensive.
