should let people know before combine/ship that they need to prepare documents themselves. put it somewhere in the UI. Also they changed the value of my goods after i already attached the receipts to weird values, some even included shipping in the price, i had to correct it.

We are currently working on our website so the user interface is much simpler and clearer for the customer and hope to have some changes made in the coming months.
For the invoices, goods and service tax is now collected for shipments under the vlaue of 1000 AU$, due to the amount of shipments forward2me ship to Australia we needed to register with the Australian authorities to collect GST on shipping and pay this money back to your government. For us to be compliant we need to request a copy of the purchase invoice to verify the values entered are correct so the right amount of GST is collected.
Although we do have a dedicated page on our website explaining this, I do understand where you are coming from and this is an area we are currently working on. Unfortunately we do need to include the amount paid for shipping the goods to your forward2me address if this is showing on the invoice presented. This may explain the discrepencies on the changes made to your invoices.
I hope my explanations help going forward however if you have any further questions please feel free to contact customer services and they will be very happy to help you through any processes on our site.

I think the payment process is a bit complex, especially when using a Paypal account that differs from the username of the account. This should be clearly outlined before proceeding with payment.
Besides that, I think you offer an incredible service. Fast, easy, and cheap. I especially like how you offer to change packages and give an estimate of best to worst-case scenarios (and prices) when repackaging.

I have investigated this issue fully for you and see that we have been attempting to help you ship the goods however they are classed as dangerous goods so require special arrangements for shipping.
Although we originally arranged shipping to your country you then decided to cancel the shipment and ship the goods to an alternative address in the Uk. Following this you then discovered that the retailer had sent you the incorrect goods and have now requested that the goods are returned to the sender.
Please be assured that we are happy to help you with the return however you have not yet provided us with the return address. I have asked one of the customer service team to contact you to try to resolve the situation.

One of the last shipements has taken 2 months(!) to get to me. I had to do countless calls to UPS, with no result. Not sure where the problem has been, but the fact that the description on the invoice or positions on the invoice does not match to the real invoce does not help. Do define the value is also a problem, because you don't know if you have to take the normal value, or including discount or whatever. The total value also consist of the transportation cost, where I don't know why I have to pay tax for it.

I'm sorry to hear that there has been an issue with one of your shipments, I have checked the tracking for the shipment in question and it appears that UPS have advised that a rescheduled delivery was requested. I have contacted our UPS manager to try to get to the bottom of this and will confirm once I know the outcome.
I also see that you have had some issues with your commercial invoice especially the descriptions, when booking in a parcel we try to enter the descriptions as accurately as possible however often don't have an invoice to refer to and it is sometimes difficult to determine the exact description of your goods.
forward2me are looking to introduce a new procedure soon where the customer uploads an invoice for their expected goods, provides us with the delivery tracking, the exact description of the goods shown on the invoice can then be transferred to the commercial invoice helping with clearance.
With regards to the shipping costs, we do add this to the commercial invoice as default as many countries require this information for clearance, however this is entirely the customers own choice and there is an option to remove this from the invoice if preferred when shipping.
I hope the above information answers a few questions for you, once I hear from UPS I will be in touch and please contact our Customer Services if you require assistance with the removal of the shipping costs from the commercial invoice on your next shipment.

Many thanks for your feedback, I'm pleased to hear that you are overall happy with the service although you would like the cost of shipping to be cheaper.
I have noticed that you are shipping via our Guernsey address, this address is great for high value goods where you can save on the UK vat however for smaller low value goods it may be more cost effective for you to ship to our UK mainland address.
Although you may not make the saving on the vat, there are more courier services available when shipping from the UK mainland which could be cheaper overall for shipping smaller lower value items.
Our UK Tax free warehouse is based on a small island called Guernsey in the channel islands, the infrastructre there is very limited with one flight in and one flight out per day so we only have one current option for shipping via DHL.
I hope this information helps going forward however if you have any other questions please feel free to contact our Customer services and they will always be happy to guide you in the right direction.

there was no warning of customs duty. sportsdirect is able to ship stuff to me for very low rates (albeit not as fast)
otherwise your service is fine, but its weird that a forwarding service cant manage to ship better than uk focusses shop doing shipping to Germany on the side

When the owner the parcel is confirmed it is moved over to the correct account as quickly as possible so it can be shipped.
I believe that you hadn't realised this package was missing until you received your shipment, which I know must have been very frustrating for you however we do always advise customers to ensure they carefully check their inbox to ensure everything has arrived before going ahead with shipping.
I have emailed you separately so we can try to rectify the sitaution, I never like to hear that any of our customers are dissatisfied with our service.
