Delivery was in a good timeframe, but the repacking service that I was suppled was quite poor, especially for an obviously fragile item like an old ceramic plate.

It is my second time to used Foward2me from France to the US. The original shipper used an economy shipping service and took 5 days to get to the forwarding company. Then, Forward2me shipped to me the package as soon as they received it. It was scheduled to receive within 3 days by DHL, but I received it the next day. Thank you so much for the fast service! Highly recommend this company to everyone.

Very happy with Forward2me customer service team. Responds to my queries promptly. Received my parcel from Japan to Australia within 5 working days. Did not give 5 stars as the freight/shipping costs are somewhat expensive

Japan is a fairly new facility and have up to now only been able to offer a premium tracked door to door service with DHL however we are now offering a service with UPS and looking to add further services in the future including some budget options.
Please also keep in mind we are offering a service as well as shipping including offering an address in various countries, receiving your parcels, processing and storing them until shipping and include all the export paperwork required for customs entries.

I'm pleased to hear that you received amazing service from our Customer Services, I do understand it must have been frustrating if you weren't able to get hold of one of the team over the phone however we do offer other channels of communication via chat, whatsapp and social media where customers can contact a customer service agent more quickly to speak directly to someone.
I'm really sorry that you weren't able to forward your alcohol, I believe you are based in the USA and import restrictions are very strict for personal imports of alcohol. In the past we have tried to ship personal shipments of alcohol to your country without success, these shipments tend to be returned by US customs on receipt.
I hope this won't deter you using our services in the future for other items you are looking to purchase and ship to the USA, please feel free to check restrictions for shipping with our Customer Services before going ahead with a purchase and they will be very happy to assist you.

I've ordered twice from you and both times my box was completely smashed. I'd understand one time but both times looks like someone doesn't want me to order from this location anymore. The first box that was damaged didn't hurt what was inside but the second order smashed the items inside. So it's not worth all the extra money from me to get these items from you to have them be destroyed by the time I get them.

However I see that you have not reported this to our Customer Services, its always important to report any damages on receipt of the goods so we can open a full investigation to what has happened. I will contact you via email shortly to ask some further information so we can evaluate the situation.
I have also noticed that you have not requested us to repack your goods before shipping, when shipping delicate items it is always a good idea to choose this service so we can add additional packaging before shipping. When shipping internationally packages are handled many times and domestic packaging isn't always robust enough to ship goods overseas.
Please be assured that i will open a full investigation once I have received your feedback via email to ensure that you can receive your goods in perfect condition going forward.

Overall, Forward2Me is a wonderful shipping service. The website is easy to use, package consolidation has saved me a lot of money at times, consolidated packages are always packed well, and you get prompt email notifications when something needs your attention. However, of the shipping services that I use, this one is the most expensive since the only option for me is DHL. For context, I should mention I've only had items shipped from Japan. Small items that would only cost me $24-ish to ship with other companies costs me $40-ish with F2M/DHL. That's a HUGE difference since sometimes I only have the one thing I need shipped. Offer a cheaper (yet still relatively quick) shipping option, and this would be a 5-star service.
