I have been working with this company for 5 years, but at the moment I do not think there are words of good, they have been greatly degraded and changed their work schedules and I also think they don't have enough employees anymore, in the past they had the operation schedule of the warehouse permanently displayed on the site, now there is no such thing! As a Loyal Customer they put a red label ,,Repacking Require'' and I have to wait for a simple repackaging of my package a week because they have almost 600 packages in processing!!!
I don't tolerate this and I will make a complaint!

Simple and straight forward process. And customer support was great.
My only issue is the shipping cost. This seems to be common problem with forwarders in general.
They have extremely terrible pricing arrangements with their shipping partners. And their shipping price calculators will give you about half the estimate of the actual shipping charge so there is no way to get a good idea of how much the service will cost until after your items have arrived at their warehouses and it's too late for you to change your mind.
I have just paid 76 GBP to ship 2 audio CDs via DHL Express. Combined weight was 0.15kg. That's right, only 150 grams.
I have ordered stuff from several UK stores that use DHL Express and shipping cost is no where near this severe.
For context, it cost me just $100 (about the same as 76 GBP) to ship a check-in travel case from Carl Friedrik (a UK store) using the very same DHL Express service. It was a huge hard case that weighed almost 9 kilos.
I am at the point where I will just avoid forwarders altogether. If the store cannot ship directly to me, then tough luck.

So far the whole system has been very impressive, easy to manage incoming parcels, combined them and then ship them using a range of carriers.
I've only had one issue with lost items in a heavier package handled by UPS. Not sure what happened - was a small, heavy parcel (~25 kg) , but it looks like it lost containment somewhere on its journey and only about 30 of the original weight made it. Was kind of disappointed when I lost the items that were most valuable to me, but this is the chance you take I guess. This is the only minor recommendation is to make sure these parcels are extra well packed, this one was just ok. Most of the others have been very well packaged.

Cost of delivery is bizarrely high. Most online retailers can deliver from UK to Australia for less than one twentieth (yes 5%) of the amount charged by forward2me. The cost of the forward2me service was also far higher than than the estimate provided by their website before I chose to go ahead.

The fee quoted by us is not just a shipping fee this includes the forwrd2me service. This includes accepting the package, recording the details, storing the parcel until you are ready to ship and preparing all the necessary shipping documents plus customer service assistance.
Also please take into account that when a retailer quotes a shipping fee this is not the actual shipping costs they are subsidising the shipping cost from the purchase you have made.

The cost of shipping is generally calculated by the amount of space that your shipment occupies, rather than the actual weight. This is called the volumetric weight. All couriers (examples: DHL and TNT) use the volumetric weight to calculate their shipping prices. However, if the actual weight is more than this volumetric weight then the shipping price is calculated using this actual weight.
I have checked your shipment and on this occasion the volumetric weight is higher than the actual weight so the shipping fees are calculated on the higher volumetric weight.
Many retailers in the UK do ship parcels in boxes which are much larger than necessary for the contents due to couriers shipping domestically charging on the actual weight rather than the volumetric weight.
For this reason we do offer our combine and repack service, the aim of the service is to reduce the size of the package and in turn reduce the shipping cost. If you choose to use our service again, I would advise that you submit the package for the combine and repack service before shipping
