Please be aware that, when you order goods to the tax free warehouse, the tax free element refers to the 20% VAT that is deducted from the total purchase costs of the items from the online retailer either upon checkout or upon delivery to Guernsey.
The VAT or tax free element refers to the purchase VAT or tax that you save from your original purchase with the retailer and this VAT or tax saving would contribute towards your final costs for the shipping service.

It is not part of the United Kingdom or a member of the European Union, instead it is a self-governing Crown Dependency. Significantly, Guernsey has no VAT or GST (Tax Free). Ti trattengono il pacco senza avvisarti, quando gli scrivi tu il custumer care ti propone le spedizioni più care eludendo il fatto che ce ne siano altre piu economiche cosi loro guadagnano di piu. Ti danno suggerimenti sbagliati e ti fanno compilatee il foglio della dogana in modo errato. Le condizioni di contratto cambiano e non ti avvisano. Risultato per una carta di debito gratuita, ho speso 70€ tra spedizione e dogana, non hanno senso, mi costava mno andarmela a prendere con l’aereo in banca.
Non lo consiglierei a nessuno, pessima esperienza, Customer care non informato e truffaldino.

I believe the issues and concerns you have highlighted are in relation to the shipment that was containing your pre paid card. All pre paid cards we accept for our customers are immediately placed in review from customers account. You would have then been notified by us via email that the package was on hold due to the contents being a pre paid card
For the process of shipping pre paid cards we require a copy of ID to verify that the name stated on pre paid cards matches your account name/ details. This approval process, for pre paid cards has been deployed to ensure additional security and protection for both our customers and our service and to ensure we are permitted to international ship the brand of pre paid card.
We are also required to apply an additional processing charge, for shipping pre paid cards, of £10.00 per pre paid card that we receive for shipping.
Further details on our processes for shipping pre paid cards can be located in our FAQs under

So I have used this company for years to ship things to Thailand, and they are great as long as everything goes as per plan. However if you have a problem with your parcel arriving at your location, you are on your own, they will give you no support except “contact your local DHL/UPS agent” they do nothing to resolve or help you, like I said I’ve been a customer for years and was severely disappointed with the lack of customer services and willingness to help.

I have looked into the original issue relating to your account and this had stemmed from a query we received from you regarding the import duties and taxes charges that you had received from UPS for your shipment that we dispatched for you in July 2022.
I can see that you were regularly contacted by our customer experience agents and the issue had been closely followed up as much as possible by our customer experience agents.
I can see that my team did try to assist you with sourcing an answer for the high duty and tax charges that you had been invoiced by UPS for your shipment.
I feel that you were provided with a high level of support from our side and we continuously tried our best to assist you with your duty charges dispute for your shipment and attempted to get in contact with the local UPS depot in Thailand on your behalf, however, UPS were not helpful and did not provide us with the information we were asking for. Please be assured, we will always try our best to assist and support all customers as much as we can when shipment exceptions occur, however, often the amount of support and intervention we can provide to our customers with the courier services can be limited especially in circumstances such as disputes with destination import duties and taxes charged by the couriers because we are not classified as the true receiver of the shipment.

First and last time using their services, they wouldnt forward non prescription medication saying that DHL wouldnt allow it. I have now used a different forward company and no issues with DHL. Also, they take really long to answer whatsapp messages. NEVER AGAIN.

Although your package contained non prescription medication we have to adhere to the country specific import restrictions and regulations that are provided to us by the couriers as per local customs authorities.
Unfortunately this can sometimes mean that for certain countries we, as a forwarding agency, are not authorized to ship prescription or non prescription medication of any kind internationally with the couriers.
Also if you refer to our prohibited items page on our website you will also see that medication (17.3.16 Drugs-including all over-the-counter, prescription and legal drugs as well as illegal drugs / narcotics) are stated as an item that can be prohibited for us to ship. I have checked back on all of the correspondence that we received from you and I cannot see that you had contacted us about your intension to purchase medication or to inquire whether it was possible for us to assist you with shipping the non prescription medication prior to you purchasing the order from the online pharmacy. If you had inquired with us prior to purchase we would have been able to inform you about the relevant country specific import restrictions for your medication.
As a forwarding company we understand that it is difficult to access certain medications for some of customers internationally or it is just not internet accessible like in UK.
I feel that you were provided with a high level of support and responses from our agents via our Whatsapp channel within a 24 hour period and we feel that we tried our best to assist you and find alternative solutions for the shipping issues relating to your medication.
We apologize for any inconvenience caused and we are pleased to hear that you have managed to get your medication shipped.

The process was fairly seamless - receiving package from sender, receiving notification of acceptance, being given shipping options and, once selected, informing me of dispatch.
Using the forward2me service saved me approximately 40% versus what was quoted by my vendor.
The one hitch? The tracking number link provided by forward2me did not sync with the couriers' system. As a result, I was constantly toggling between the two systems in order to receive a delivery update. Unfortunately, I never received an online update as, for some reason, the courier system also did not recognize the tracking number provided.
I can report that my item arrived. From originating point, via intermediary warehouse, to arrival at my address, dispatch took approximately 12 days.

When I heard of this service I got so excited and I decided to take a chance and use it. Well it’s been one negative thing after the other. I ordered a bundle that included (a vinyl, cd, and cassette.) When my package got here, I quickly opened it because it looked too small to contain a vinyl and to my surprise they sent another customers order. I quickly messaged them because I’m sure the other person would want the items they purchased. Customer service message me and asked if I could go out of my way and ship the items to the correct person. They said they would refund me for that (which they haven’t.) They claimed they located my package and said as soon as I shipped out the package they sent me they would tell the other person to ship my package as well. Then after I sent out the package they changed their words and said once they received the package I mailed out they would send out my package and today I get an email from customer service calming that the package I mailed out arrived damaged.
So at this point I’ve lost money twice on shipment and lost the money on the items they misplaced (which *****.)
