Extremely expensive and only one option of shipping. Inflexible.

We are sorry that you feel dissatisfied.
I can see that we had identified the products within the beauty advent calendar as dangerous goods for shipping purposes. All beauty advent calendars that are received to us, we have to identify and input any restricted products that are within the beauty advent calendars individually-we are not permitted to simply state beauty advent calendars as one single commodity.
Due to your beauty advent calendar containing restricted products, the advent calendar required a repack service prior to shipping to ensure it was packed and prepared in the required size box to comply with Dangerous goods regulations for shipping internationally. We are only accredited to ship dangerous goods with DHL or FedEx services for shipping and your package was repacked for the DHL Express service because the additional dangerous good surcharge fee with DHL service is less expensive than with FedEx. This is the reason why you were only provided with the DHL courier option at shipping stage.
Unfortunately the dangerous goods packaging requirements and additional surcharge fees are not established by ourselves but by the accredited couriers who each have to abide by the rules and regulations set out by International Air Transport Association. Therefore there is no negotiation on the set packaging requirements or dangerous goods surcharge fees for shipments containing beauty advent calendars that consist of products such as perfumes and we understand that the packaging requirements that we have to follow for dangerous goods shipments can cause an unavoidable increase in the overall chargeable weight and shipping prices for our customers with the courier.
We are sorry for any inconveniences.

The whole process of shipping with Forward2Me was fast and efficient. Pretty much not long after my parcel arrived I was able to ship it already. There were also many choices for courier services and I am able to ship to wherever I wanted. The whole process to ship out my parcel was simple and quick too.

Great way to order in the non-EU when the shops themselves don't offer shipping.
Of course, the service is not free, but it is still considerably cheaper than flying there yourself just to buy a product.

I've bought and sent a beauty advent calendar to their UK address. It arrived quickly and they uploaded a photo. The photo states that the parcel is 5.6 kg but they've typed that it's 6.14 kg. Service responds quickly but does not read questions correctly and properly. To my question they've answered that I can see in the photo they've added that it's 6.14 kg. As I've said, the photo states otherwise.
Besides that I need to somehow add the value of some products in the advent calendar, even though I've bought the advent calendar as a whole - before I can even ship it to Germany. I don't know the value of the products inside. I need to enter the value of 4 small products from the calendar and the value of 21 products as the calendar. What kind of logic is that ? Besides - the advent calendar should officially have 34 products inside, so what happened to 9 other products?
I wanted to try this service because I really wanted the advent calendar from UK which does not ship internationally, but I'm starting to regret using this service, and I haven't even seen what it would cost me to ship it to Germany. (Because the weird value logic needs to be entered by me first before I can ship it)

I've raised my review to 4* instead of 1*, since Hayley contacted me directly and helped me step by step with the process of shipping the advent calendar to Germany.
Their website itself though is not so much user friendly and is very non-transparent. With Hayley's help I could choose DHL Express shipping via road (which was not shown as an option on their website), instead of the extremely expensive DHL Express via Air (around 100€) - which was the only option shown to me on their website. All in all, even the road option was expensive and I also had to pay very high customs taxes. But the package arrived intact and I'm happy it did. I would recommend their service if you don't mind paying very high sums on their service and customs taxes for items you really really want that you can't get in your country.

Where do I start. DO NOT USE IN GERMANY!
1. My parcels cant be found. I have missing parcels.
2. Shipments being denied on the account.
3. Problems with addresses.
4. Support Extremely slow.
5. All support does it merge tickets (lol).
If you use this company in germany you will have these problems.
1-2 years ago the UK department was actually good. I never lost anything in UK.

I was really hesitant about using this service. I live in the US and was looking for an item that was no longer in stock here. I could order it from the UK based store but they wouldn't deliver it internationally. Determined to figure it out, I did a google search to see how I could get the item delivered somewhere in the UK and then sent to me here. That's how I found forward2me. I looked at a bunch of sites and finally decided to go with this one.
Once my item arrived, I received a message (with photo) from the carrier to show that it was delivered to Forward2Me. It sat in the warehouse for days without any update to my account. I finally reached out to see what was going on. Aimee was WONDERFUL! She let me know that she would put a search out for it and stayed in constant communication with me until it was located and my account updated. I really appreciate her GREAT customer service.
Shipping cost more and took longer than I expected but overall, the process worked and I received my item today. It was well packaged and wrapped in tape to ensure it made it to me safely. If you are on the fence about whether or not to use a package forwarding service, I can assure you that this one works. Pack your patience and pay for the extra insurance... then, enjoy your item!

First selection of GLS for delivery was a mistake. They took my package, stuck it in a warehouse in Poland and did not deliver to me, with no explanation. After complaints from Forward2me, they returned it, and this time I chose DHL, who delivered efficiently with no issues.

I have been using this service for 2 years and although postage from UK to Australia since covid has been crazy expensive, being able to combine my postage and repack items does make it lighter on the hip pocket. I was worried about my items going missing when I started using this service, but they have proven time and again how honest they are and very thorough in making sure each item is what was ordered to ensure all items are in the box for the trip back to Aus. You can save money by not letting your items go longer than 30 days in storage as you start getting charged £0.5 a day, also repacking items so your over all weight is not to big (carriers charge by weight) or price of items too much (gst will be added, keep in mind). Over all if you are Aussie and want to try out buying in UK, definitely a good service.

The service was really fast and efficient. I have no complaints there. I just wish that the calculator tool was better at accurately assessing what the item would cost to ship. I was close on the weight of a pair of pants, and entered the information as best I could- accounting for Forward2Me's origin location and my destination but shipping was about ~$40 more than I anticipated due to the quote. Not a huge deal for an item I couldn't obtain any other way, but it would have been nice if the calculator would have accurately sorted what options were really available to me. This was my first time using a service like this, so there was a bit of "sticker shock" when I saw the final amount, but not sure what could be done there. In any event, be prepared to spend a little more that the quote says. No complaints about their turnaround time. I have items shipped to me from nearby that took longer to arrive, so 5 out of 5 for ship speed and packaging. They at least shipped the pants in a manner that didn't unnecessarily add weight and cost. Item arrived perfectly!

First time user I live in Adelaide Australia. I wanted some coats from John lewis department store who don't deliver to Australia.
