The service was great. Lighting fast shipping. I used the "Personal Shopper" feature to purchase some gifts from UK that was too expensive to ship back to the USA through them. I'm happy I choose F2M as it was a easy and swift process. The prices are on the high end but they do provide high end service!

The shipping price is a little bit high. If you could offer other cheaper alternatives, it will add more benefits to us. Regardless of that, I got my items in just three days which is superb.
If you could automate consolidation service, it will ease your work and let us know status of our shipment on time.
Automate entering costs of our items etc will be good as well.
Your response time is highly appreciated. It is a split second reply.

Great service, however the postage costs are incredibly high and as a result it is prohibitive to use forward2me unless it is something rare or important.

I would like a cheaper shipping option, as not everything I order needs courier service, UK Royal Mail also provides a service to Europe that, although slower, is sometimes more cost efficient for heavier or bulkier items.
