It's also great to hear that what we do is really useful to you whilst you are living overseas. <br/><br/>We've had chance to look at your account and the prices that you've paid for your recent shipments. For some reason when we received your first shipment it weighed in less than the others received later...making any future shipments looking more expensive. <br/>One of the next shipments had a couple of extra items in which again made it slightly more expensive and then we had a slight price increase that was put on us by our courier. This is the first time in 3 years that we have passed the price increase on to our customers but on this occasion unfortunately we had no choice...<br/><br/>We hope this helps to explain things and we look forward to helping you in the future with further shipments of baby milk for your little one.<br/><br/>Kind Regards<br/><br/>Janet<br/><br/>Janet Grundy<br/>Director.

Service has been great, always swift and helpful. Occasionally I have received boxes which were not really sufficiently strong for international shipping. It Forward2me could spot and strengthen such packages that would be useful. I order tins of baby milk formula regularly from the UK to Hong Kong and a couple of the shipments have been badly banged up in damaged makeshift boxes from the original supplier.
My only other comment is that I have noticed on repeat orders of the same shipment that the price is creeping up every time! Any incentives for regular shippers would be well received!
Keep up the good work. It is really useful for me while living overseas.

I've used forward2me twice, and I really appreciate their service! They go above and beyond with their customer service and make me feel like a valued customer. My only complaint is that their shipping rates are incredibly high.
Despite that, getting what I order from the UK often in less time than domestic sites can provide keeps me using their service and passing the name on to others.

This is my second time using Forward2me.
Using consolidation, i have saved lots of money, because they only charge 6GBP per package up to 6 packages and 1GBP for the next packages. Shipping costs are cheap and fast. DHL is a great shipping company. My 2KG shipment arrived to my door in two business days.
I'm using forward2me again, the best forwarding company in the world.
