Purchasing the item I wanted was so easy with forward2me. The site was easy to navigate and well laid out. I was able to put my transaction through with ease. The transaction costs were fair and there were no hidden fees. My item was shipped quickly. I'd have liked to rate it somewhere between good and bad (say satisfactory), but went for "good" in the end, as "poor" would have been unfair.
I went for an early Sainsbury delivery slot (08.00-09.00) to try and make sure the goods were forwarded on the same day (had some time-sensitive foodstuffs), but it was late afternoon before I got the email requesting payment, by which time I was out and couldn't pay until I got back home. The result was that the goods weren't despatched until the next day.
This is the second time I've had this problem.
If you're now too busy to turn the goods around as quickly as you used to, it would help to have the facility to pre-pay a payment on account, with a standing instruction to ship by (say) DPD Classic, as is always the case for me.

Really happy with everybody involved in the delivery of my package. Delivery was extremely quick considering there were 3 different companies involved with the transit. Condition of the goods on arrival was perfect and undamaged, which indicates that sufficient care was taken with both the boxing of them and transit. A very efficient service - no problems. Package arrived undamaged and very fast as soon as payment had been made.via Paypal. However the company that sold me the product let me down by enclosing damaged draws. (storage unit) The draws were enclosed in a surrounding stack. I have contacted the company and they are replacing the items to DE. Forward2me.com was in no way to blame. My only question is could i have the pacakge picked up by a courier from the warehouse. DPD are £8.00 cheaper with another Company for the same service.? Why? Service at this time from Forward2me.com was free as it was on offer.

this was 4th time i used forward2me and i got camera and laptop delivered to my place and everything went smooth with forward2me. i use DHL always but this time they let me down as this time they required lot of paper work from me for custom clearance therefore wasted almost 5 to 6 days in this process.

Very happy with ease of account setup. Appreciated the informational video included on the forward2me website that described the standard UK address format that Amazon (or, in my case, eBay) needed (just needed a google search to determine that the mailing address county was Lancashire--although the address that was emailed to me did include it). Used DHL, and my package arrived incredibly quickly! Couldn't be happier!
