I wish to provide this additional feedback on my.forward2me.com, in the footsteps of my initial review. I chose my.forward2me.com to act as my forwarding agent for purchases made on UK and US web sites. After a very fast and easy account set up, I had my first UK package delivered to my.forward2me.com, then received the package at my home address two days later, i.e. Faster than most domestic mail. This is what I call a customer-oriented company, and they have my business for years to come.

Was struggling to get a motorcycle part shipped from the UK to the US. REGILYN was superb in her communication skills and content of her answers. As it turns out, the Ebay shipper changed his profile that allowed me to get the part without using Forward2Me. That said...it doesn't negate the fact that these people are very attentive to customers. Highly recommend them. Rick

I contacted them for deleting an incoming parcel. The agent looked it up and informed me that the issue was already fixed because the reviewer had seen the invalid parcel and deleted the entry. Very clear and very prompt.

I used this service to buy a 2022 build a bear werewolf brand new from the UK. As of 2023, it's been discontinued here in the USA and has been being sold for outrageous prices by scalpers on eBay- I'm talking over 100 dollars for a toy that started out costing 22 dollars. Absolutely ridiculous.
Using this service, I wound up paying about 50 dollars in all for my werewolf. Still expensive, but 50+ bucks cheaper than I would've paid for one from a scalper here. Not to mention, I got to make a wish on him and add a scent to him, rather than having to just deal with him smelling like someone's moldy basement.
The worst part of using this service was going without tracking. If you use it, GET THE TRACKING! It's well worth the peace of mind. I thought he got lost in the mail for a couple days there!
I at one point made a mistake on the website in adding the wrong tracking number to a declaration, and then tried to input a correct one... And both turned out to be wrong and unnecessary. I emailed their support and got a quick response from an agent called Honey. They deleted the incorrect entries for me in a heartbeat. I do wish that there was an option for users to delete those things themselves, but it was quick and easy enough to work with the system they currently have.
In all, I think this service is great! Just make sure to get tracking, and also make sure you get everything right when declaring the contents of a package.

I bought a puzzle from Amazon Japan and sent to to my address in Japan because the seller wouldn't ship to Australia.
They only offer the most expensive shipping to Australia. Cost me AU$82 to Ship a puzzle that cost me AU$80
Another company I buy from that does ship to Australia offer better and cheaper shipping options for the same size jigsaw puzzle that I bought. Their prices below are much better and fair. I will not be using Forward2Me again

Overall my experience with your service has been great except this most recent time. I had reached out via email because I felt like there were some incorrect items in my box. I was advised somebody would look into it and get back to me but they never did. I went ahead and paid for shipping on the items you had in my box because maybe I had made the mistake. However, when the items arrived I realized that most (29 items arrived, 14 belonged to me) packages in my box were actually intended for another person that just so happened to be located in my local area. Think about this, had I not been the one who received the packages this other individual would have been out on 15 items. That's just wild to think, and what makes it worse is that I identified the issue was but it was never looked into further. This makes me hesitant to continue to use your services.
Update: everything has been rectified, and they went above and beyond to do so. Customer service is beyond exceptional and I understand that mistakes happen so overall a non-issue at this point because they took the time to understand and resolve the issue and once again went above and beyond to do so. Highly recommend their services based on their service alone.
