I have found that their services are good but expensive and I am considering using a different freight forwarder for that reason. Also, lately I have found that they increasingly find cause to repack shipments from reputable companies and ofc charge extra for that favour, which leaves me perplexed.

With so many diff companies offering parcel forwarding, I was relieved that Forward2Me was quick/free to set up an account, which enabled me to start using it straight away. First time using the FORWARD2ME service. Honestly liked how it gave me multiple addresses for a variety of countries. The UI is also easy to navigate and as long as your computer literate the process is easy. I thought the prices were fair for shipping and around the amount I expected. We used Forward2me several times and when things go smoothly, it seems things are so simple and straightforward.
But after several times, we realized it becomes really troublesome if things don't go smoothly. In our case, we experienced problems twice with our shipping courier (the first was DHL and the other was UPS). Looking at our most expensive deliveries (which are also the oversized, most fragile ones), we're convinced these kinds of packages will always be thoroughly abused by the myriad of delivery contractors along the way. Large, non-standard sized packages will always be bent, dropped, dinged, scraped open, drenched, and dragged around before they arrive. Dealing with these couriers mean hours and hours of taking and editing videos of the damage, finding the right person to call in the courier customer service, waiting for long periods trying to call them, numerous emails back and forth, and chasing them because they will forget your case.
This is where Forward2Me shines. Aimee, Girlie, and the Forward2Me team really saved us from spending so much time and effort in dealing with the couriers and their contractors. They made sure we had insurance for these items, they made sure these are all communicated and filed correctly with the couriers, they made sure that the couriers don't forget about their responsibility, and gave us regular updates throughout the entire process. The time we saved from dealing with the courier means we can spend time with our projects, and that is why using Forward2Me is worth very much more than trying to do it yourself.
You've definitely made me a loyal customer.

I have used this company to forward items that I have purchased on ebay and other places in Europe. They have free mailboxes in several cities in the EU and they combine and repack multiple packages for both safety and savings and then offer a choice of carries and shipment products that allows you to ship multiple items to the states for a fraction of what it would cost shipping each package individually to the us from where it was purchased. Most of my experience is with the main UK warehouse, and I have dealt extensively with Aimee who has always gone above and beyond to resolve any issues that have arisen. I recommend this service highly and without reservations if you purchase things frequently from different sellers/locations in Europe

Forward2Me is my savior for the shopping in UK. I do buy a lot from eBay auctions and everything is getting delivered to Forward2me. They combine and ship the parcels through the courier service, which I found more reasonable. Support and Packaging team is amazing. An incredible pair of Adidas shoes were gone in minutes from the Canadian site and I thought all hope was lost, but I received an announcement that forward2me now had a location in the US so I decided to give them a try and they did not disappoint. Ordered from Adidas US on Sept. 18th and had them on my feet Sept. 28th. Probably would have gotten here even sooner if I hadn't held things up incorrectly inputting my shipping address! A fantastic CSR, Jane, responded immediately; investigated the situation; and helped me get that sorted easy peasy. I would not hesitate to use this service again. So happy to be able to buy from the American shops I love that don't ship to Canada without having to bother friends and family South of the border!

I wanted to order some books that would not ship from the company to the US so I discovered forward2me. After emailing the company and making sure there wouldn't be any issues, I decided to place and order and have it shipped to their warehouse in the UK.
