The only thing I can see as an improvement is, taking a photo (offer an option for that?) of products which were not boxed by sender: one of the items I ordered was wrong -seller's mistake-, which I MIGHT have found out before FW if I see it so could have sent it back.

My new shoes from Europe were shipped through the UK to me in Texas, USA very quickly. The service was fast and I appreciated having the tracking information.

I wish you would have asked about "value" because I would review that far differently than "service". On the website, it gives an example of shipping shoes from UK to USA costing under $20 US. My bill for shipping one pair of shoes was $38 US. Quite a difference!

Forward2Me themselves were fantastic - excellent communication and fast turnaround. The courier service (UPS) was not as good. Parcel packaging damaged and took 3 days to deliver the parcel once it had reached Australia, even though we live inner city - that's more time than it took to travel from the UK to Australia. UPS in Australia needs to be improved.

The service provided was exceptional. Of a kind one would expect from a close friend or a relative. The shipment included live plants, including a rare tree, that are not normally re-shipped by the company. The staff went out of their way to look for an affordable option and organised the shipment. In meanwhile, they took care of the plants so that the plants not only survived but arrived in a good order. Everything was planted and is now growing. Every time looking at them I am thinking of and thanking the very nice person whose name is Liga.
