Another very successful personal shopping and shipping interaction with forward2me! I purchased a bicycle that is not sold in the US, and used their shopping service to pay for it since the manufacturer would not take my US credit card. Then forward2me also shipped the bike to me. This is the second bike I have purchased through them, and this time went just as smoothly as the first.

Very efficient service, very quick to inform of changes in status of the after it was received and after it was sent. Very quick turnaround between receipt and sending. Pretty much perfect experience. Of course the price is a bit high, but I guess not much different from other similar forwarding services. So at least you get what you pay for!

Excellent service for personal shopping and shipping. The forward2me Personal shopper made it easy to purchase our selected items (shoes) and ship them to Canada. The whole experience was professional, personable and our shipped items arrived from the UK within a surprisingly short few days from the date of shipment. It's easy to order through forward2me and you can be confident that they will respond and communicate efficiently and with complete transparency. Very satisfied and highly recommend.

I didn't receive any notification when my package reached your facility. After waiting a week, I then checked with the seller, who confirmed it had been delivered to you 5 days before. After I authorized and paid for shipping, it was very fast delivery (3 days).

I wasn't know there is a company who can provide such a service. Im glad they are. Customer service was brilliant, help with my queries. Parcel forwarded on the same day and arrive next day even when i chose the cheapest option. I was looking at other companies but some didn't look legit (they want you to sent the parcel first and then they will quote LOL) and some were really expensive. They are charging BIG money. Just brilliant. Will definitely use again to save some money on Mainland UK deals company. Saying Big Thanks to all team in forward2me. Ronald Belfast Northern Ireland

Instead of letting the customer declare the contents of the packages to be forwarded (as many companies do), this company will have their staff open up inbound parcels and act as inspectors, breaking seals and/or going through the contents with (in this case, at least) little regard for maintaining the integrity and good condition of the items inside. The original packaging of one of my items (which was clearly an integral part of it, not just a box to be thrown away) was nearly ripped apart by a curious "inspector" at the warehouse, making this item no longer suitable as a gift, as it was intended. Opening up of packages and going through their contents to determine their nature would be acceptable as long as it was to be done with care and discretion. This was my first time using this company and unfortunately I can't say I'd use them again or recommend to anyone I know.

Regarding the declared value of products. If an item arrives with an invoice then we enter the value from the invoice and use this on the commercial invoice. If something has been entered incorrectly by us then you can always contact customer services and we will amend the value. If no invoice arrives with the goods then you are able to edit the value which appears on the commercial invoice. I hope this clarifies our position and makes sense to you at a practical level.

Regarding the original packaging being opened. forward2me has to be sure of what is inside a box - it's not that we're nosy; we need to accurately describe the contents in order to be able to safely ship the goods - especially by air. Our policy is to open packages until the point of a sealed product box. As an example, we would never open an iPhone box coming from Apple - we would list the goods as an Apple iPhone as we can be sure of the contents. If we receive an unsealed iPhone box from eBay then we need to open that an inspect the contents to be sure of what is inside. Our policy is not to break seals on products except in exceptional circumstances.

Responds to questions is almost immediate, rates for courier services are very very good, but the high point of the service of forward2me, is their repacking service. In my view this is very important because most sellers, pack goods, for delivery within Europe, but when goods are to be delivered in another continent, be inspected for customs and possibly not handled properly in the country of delivery, it is required that the goods be repacked very efficiently, like forward2me packed my goods.

Very efficient, and very easy to use. My package (shoes) came quickly and I received multiple notifications so I knew when they would arrive.
My only negative comment would be that the price is a bit high.
I would use this service again, but only if its something I can't get at home and I really need. If the price for shipping was a bit lower I would use this service more frequently
