There was no other way to get the items we wanted shipped from a UK store. Although is a little expensive, it worked well. The service was very prompt, and the delivery from UK to Australia took only a few days. Tracking information was available all the way. We will use them again.

The service was quick and efficient, with fast reposting and delivery. However, paying extra for the "repack" option resulted in a package which was more expensive to ship than the original. This should never happen.

1) Redice the price
2) Exclude & return the VAT and taxes for the customers since most of them will going to exported and used outside UK.
I'm using another service for forwarding from UK, provided by ARAMEX and I shifted to forward2me thought it will be cheaper since they combine shipment, but I found that even their local shipping is expensive and the ARAMEX price even without combine shipments was cheaper! That's why I'll stop using their service and get back to my previous service provider till they adjust their price.

....it could be dangerous.
I am restoring a car which parts are nearly none existent in the states and plentiful in the UK. A lot of sellers don't want to fool with shipping to the states and I don't blame them. No more worries about that. Great service.

This is my second time shopping with Forward2me and as usual, the service is remarkable. Selfridges did not reflect my invoice in my local currency and all I did was to send Forward2me an email informing them and requesting their help to declare the correct amount. The email assistance I received was excellent, prompt and effective.
The only gripe I have is that the goods I received were not intended for me, and there was no way of telling this before receiving them. I order a lot online and it was possible that I sent something that I had lost track of. Instead, I received a bag of junk after paying for the delivery (not the cheapest option) and storage.
I know it isn't necessarily the companies fault, but i think it is a bit strange that there is no way of checking that this was actually intended for me.
Thanks for the good service though, and I think I might try to make better use of this service going forward due to the helpfulness of the staff.

I was so reluctant to participate in this service. I was hoping I didn't get scammed. I ordered my product from a U.K. Online store and it was shipped my forward to me address the company sent over an email stating my package had arrived. I paid for the shipping and by Monday morning my package was here. I will definitely be using this service again.

Have using Forward2me since Nov 2015 until now.. more than one years experience. Everything is great. The customer service is good communication and fast response, package arrived fast and in good packing :)
i have suggestion,
you should add Royal Mail or other local post courier service for priority package too. Especially for some country have issue with the local DHL or Fedex service.

Very good Service. The only negative point is the cost of the courier. You should try to make contracts as regards the cost of sending any item in other EUROPEAN countries. There are well known department stores that use the same courier I chose to use and the charge is constant for the customer. This means they have deals and this makes cheaper. I use forward to me only for products that are not send to Cyprus by the store I buy from.
