Ich habe leider keine guten Erfahrungen gemacht. Ich habe in England einen Adventskalender mit Kosmetik/ Parfüm bestellt und nutzte den Lieferservice für die Weiterleitung nach Deutschland. Zunächst war das Paket nicht auffindbar und man verwies mich an den Absender. Ich konnte nachweisen, dass die Lieferung an das Lager erfolgt ist, mit Beweisfoto . Dann teilte man mir mit, dass das Paket nun gefunden wurde, aber das es sich um gefährliche Güter handelt, die nun umverpackt werden müssen, es würden Kosten von über 125 € anfallen, allerdings befinde ich mich leider in der Warteschleife mit über 400 Paketen (!!!) vor meinem.
Es befinden sich im Kalender 4 Fläschchen Parfüm mit jeweils 10 ml, mit innen und außen- Verpackung, es fällt somit unter die LW-Kennzeichnung = Kleinmengenregelung. Seit über 3 Wochen liegt es jetzt dort. Ich habe bei einem anderen Händler in England einen Adventskalender mit nahezu identischen Produkten bestellt, der direkt nach Deutschland geschickt wurde, ohne Umweg, ohne Zusatzkosten, keine Deklaration als Gefahrengut.

Nachdem ich etwa die Hälfte des Warenwertes für Umverpackung und Versand bezahlt habe, bekomme ich nach 5 Wochen nun die Nachricht, dass die Ware beim Zoll festgehalten wird. Es fehlen Informationen. Was ist bitte die Aufgabe von forward2me?

Nachtrag: Die Bestellung ist am 19.9.2025 im Lager von forward2me eingegangen. Heute ist der 18.11.2025. Das Paket hing 3 Wochen beim Zoll fest, weil die Dokumente nicht vorlagen.
Ich habe bei einem Warenwert von 250 €:
bereits 125 € an forward2me gezahlt (für die Weiterleitung) und 150€ Zoll. Das Paket ist auch nach 2 Monaten immer noch nicht da.
Muss jeder selbst entscheiden, ob er den Dienst in Anspruch nehmen möchte.

Please allow us to clarify a few important points about how Forward2me operates. We act as a parcel forwarding company, receiving items on behalf of customers and arranging international shipping in accordance with courier and transport regulations. When a parcel arrives, our warehouse team must assess whether it contains restricted or dangerous goods, such as perfumes or other items with alcohol content. Unfortunately, carriers treat these as hazardous materials, even in small quantities, and they must be repackaged and declared appropriately before export. This process may incur additional handling costs and can cause delays.

As a forwarding service, we are bound by international shipping regulations and carrier restrictions that differ from retailer-to-consumer shipments.

Customs clearance, including inspections, missing documentation, and holding by customs authorities is governed by local customs procedures which forward2me cannot control. You are responsible for any import duties, taxes, and associated fees.

I know this isn’t the resolution you were hoping for, but I want to be honest about the limits of both our control and Forward2Me’s obligations.

Although there were some "hiccups" with the processing of my package at the UK warehouse, I was overall very, very pleased with the Customer Experience team who always "had my back": they were always quick to reply, super informative, and solved all issues and questions I had. F2me always finds a way to please customers, and that, along with its quality of service and attention to customers make the company the best in its branch.

Recently had an issue regarding a wrong extra charge on my account, which, unfortunately, took almost a week to solve, BUT, upon analysis, F2me ended up nicely by refunding me what was extra charged. No big deal, no discussions, no stress.

Aimee, Joyce and Nica, as usual, took care of the situation and now all is solved. Thanks for understanding and being cooperative; that's why I am a long-term customer so far. :)

Have been using Forward2me USA a couple times now and its a great service. The site is easy to use, processing of packages is pretty quickly and they have great customer service. When I found out they had a pricemarch guarentee Nica from CS was very helpfull in getting me the discount and adding a final package to the shipment that came my locker during this process.

No one answered my queries. It took me three agonising weeks till I sorted the site use.
The site is too difficult to negotiate. Too many staff tried to help me and most sent me"Go to FAQ."

I will never use this again and certainly not if I was made aware that it would cost another $200 to send a small light weight parcel.!
I tried for days on end to get help. Often in tears thinking I would NEVER get my parcel. I felt totally held to ransom.

I have used a number of package forwarding services and Forward2Me is by far the best. They are really efficient and organised, and any package without issues is forwarded very quickly. If there are issues, from either end, they resolve them quickly and with great communication. You always know what is happening and why. Any time I have had questions (which has been a few times lately) their communication is clear and they are very helpful. They have helped me manage a few tricky forwarding issues for which I am very grateful. I could not recommend Forward2Me more highly and will not use any other forwarding service.

Ich habe schon öfter über Lieferdienste in Nicht-EU-Ländern bestellt, doch es war nie so kompliziert wie bei forward2me. Ich hatte einen Adventskalender bestellt und jedes einzelne Teil wurde analysiert und jeden Tag gab es ein anderes Problem. Das habe ich noch nie erlebt und vor allem habe ich keine genaue Erklärung erhalten was genau das Problem ist. Auf meine Fragen kamen immer nur Standart-Antworten. Am Ende war der Versand plötzlich doppelt so hoch wie ursprünglich berechnet und dadurch, dass alle Produkte einzeln gelistet waren musste ich dem Zoll eine extra Gebühr von 50€ zahlen.
