The transport is a lot, minimum 22$ and they also include the price of the amount paid to the carrier in the invoice so you have to pay double tax on it.
There is nowhere mentioned that you must confirm your address with your id. You are only asked to provide that when you encounter your first package and try to ship it. Why you have to confirm it when you basically pay for it to be shipped and declare all the values? you also have to do the border processes yourself and redo the list of items again because it wasn't properly communicated to the first in the first place when you completed it.
For the Japanese warehouse, I have no complaints but for the German one they over-opened all the packages with the motive that is to ensure that you don't have illegal goods to your region. Mate, it came to Europe it was already inspected properly, with an x-ray as it should be done, to ensure nothing illegal for the EU is inside. Even the sealed boxes where opened. You don't even at least get pictures of the package to know if something was missing or damaged when it arrived to them, and I had items missing and didn't know if I should contact them or the other firm to reship it to them and the repay the shipping price :). Also, you have 30 days storage but if you combine a package with 1 day left with another one that has more days left for combine shipping, you now have 1 day left on the combined package. Aaaand if you do this when that package has only a few hours left, which takes a few hours to a day, congrats now you have to pay for extended storage :).
Overall I would only recommend it if you don't have any other alternatives and don't care if some of your goods are missing or seen by someone else and pay a lot of money for subpar delivery.
Update: since privacy doesn't seem to be their concern at all (disclosing names seen on other reviews as well) and the FAQ is considered legally binding to them and is my fault that I read the terms of service and the privacy notice which btw doesn't mention handle of this data.
PS: the blue picture button that is mentioned, only shows the picture that is included in the email that they received a package for you, which is the package sealed with the shipping details on it. So yeah not addressing that a second useless verification can lead to missing items.

The process worked ordering the item and it was delivered to my Forward2Me address in Germany.
I chose UPS as the courier as they said it would be delivered to my address in England in 3-5 working days. It actually took double that time. It seemed to spend a week in Poland.
I cannot hold Forward2Me responsible for the delay.

32 days of my package held at DHL at departure country and DHL refusdd to ship my package , DHL being a racist and unprofessional company,saying my name “raised a security alert” because my name is Mohammad. Very bad and racist DHL Poland, i will never recommend working with them again. Fortunately forward2me agent “ Regilyn” helped me recover my package and even reshipped my package free of charge. And was very kind and nice and respectful to me. I highly recommend.

Very very very bad experience, the shipping prices are insanely expensive!!! I compared with other proxys or companies and no no noooo. Extremely expensive. I ask for help and they offer a compact shipping but with no protection!! I will never use this again. Be aware!! They said excuses like the size of the box etc. But no!! You need to check or you will lose all your customers!!!

This has been the worst experience. Anything bad you can think of and this company is it. Over 3 months of endless dramas & a lost item & they take no responsibility. I wanted 15 legal folding knives, 2x 30ml bottles of diamond sharpening oil sent from USA to Australia. It took over 2 months of endless emails, taking forever to respond, then reqeusting information that they dont even look at then request again, they make up reasons and terms that no one else uses but them, they quoted $60US then once they have your items they up the price to $130 when the weight or size stayed the same. Finally they decide theyd send the items and they send it in the wrong manner, so fedex Australia had to send it back to USA, they were supposed to send it individually but they sent it combined,according to Fedex its something they should have known as the mail forwarding company. Then they decide they cant do the job anymore and my only option was to send it to somewhere else in USA that can send it. But to do this they tried to charge me $230US to send it locally. I fought with them and threatened to escalate to ombudsman etc then and only then did they agree to refund me my money. I also refused to pay the ridiculous $230US, then suddenly they said it would costs $40US to send locally. But after all this stuff around I have now wasted over 3months of time, stress and now Im back at the beginning. Funnily enough the other person was able to have my items sent to me within 8 days and for $80. Orignially when they sent my items I asked for everything to be sent, but a few days after theyd sent it I realise another item turn up in the inbox, so theyd forgotten to send or theyd misplaced 1 and found it again. When I asked about it they lied and said 'oh we held 1 item back to see if the rest would go through first and then we were going to send this 1 after', which makes no sense. They also refused to send the 2 bottles or sharpening oil for whatever reason, Id provided the documents the required, Id even got the maker to send them an email explaining what it was, the whole process took alot of time and effort but they refused it in the end. After all that when I went to send the leftover knife I selected the 2 bottles to send too, and because theyre so incompetant and have no idea whats going on, somehow the items that they said werent allowed arrived at my address. When they sent all the knives to a local US address I told them that it seemed like 1 was missing, and I sent them photos and description of each item, and they verified that it was all there. When I received my items 1 knife worth $185 was missing. They refuse to take the blame and said they sent it. They dont take any photos or there is no proof of what they packed or sent, not even for their own records. Now they just refuse to reply to my emails and there is no way of talking to any supervisor or anything. Now there is no contact and it looks like I just have to cop the loss which is BS. When you recieve an item and its entered into the inbox, theyre so lazy that they just write 'knife' as a description. You cant atleast put a bit more effort and write Spyderco BIG Blue knife? or something more descriptive? Maybe the model name or number? So there is no way of knowing what you ordered is what you received. They also dont have photos like other companies, and you have to pay extra for a photo and even then it takes weeks for them to read the email and then get it done. Everytime you email them it is always someone different that replies so they have no idea about the case and you have to constantly explain whats going on. At one point they were so confused and had no idea that they gave me the wrong information as to why they couldnt sent something, then they said I had to provide my invoices for the items I bought and I had to show them my drivers licence and show them photos of my credit card. For what? then when I complained that this doesnt sound correct they apologised and said it was a mistake. Was this an attempt at fraud? We will never know. The system is setup so that you check the boxes of the items you want sent and then it requests a dollar amount and you click and pay. There is no other option. Yet when the issue happened with the items being sent back from Australia they tried to blame me for it. Had I not complained they wouldve kept my money and taken more. They also never answer their phone, so there is noone to help you, there is noone to escalate to, you are just stuck. It is the worst company Ive ever dealt with and I was so grateful everytime that I thought Id be done with them but somehow their incompetance keeps dragging this on. Im not going to accept the loss of that knife, especially when I brought their attention to it before it happened and it still happened. This is long but it is only the main problems Ive had, there is so many more little issues that Im not bothering to mention.

Excellent delivery services. Efficient, fast and very usefull. It's the first time that i use this delivery platform in order to buy something in UK for France. And it's very fast. On 9 March 2024 I wrote to Forward2Me in order to prevent any issues arising from a piece of electrical equipment that contained a tiny coin battery (CR2030). Here's what I wrote:
Package number GB-1-2169754561623009 shows a battery. The battery is a small "coin" one and is integral to the smartphone stabilizer.
Please do whatever you need to do right now to make sure that shipping this item is not held up by this battery issue. It meets your guidelines on your website.
I then received the very reassuring reply from Rejylin:
Rest assured, we'll make sure that shipping this item is not held up due to the battery issue. As long as the battery meets our guidelines outlined on our website, there shouldn't be a problem. If there are any specific instructions or requirements you have regarding the shipment, please let us know, and we'll do our best to accommodate them.
Feel free to process the shipment whenever you're ready,
So, I waited for them to combine and repack all the items in the package, and today went to ship it. But I was unable too as it said that there is a battery and I must contact Customer Care!!!!
This is sheer lunacy. Despite 2 emails to them today on this subject (and they are open 8am, to 5pm), I have received no response at all, and so cannot ship my package.
This is not this place to rant and rave about the truly mad service given by Forward2Me, but at least it allows others to know what they will be letting themselves in for.
