Absolutely 5 stars service, I thought I couldn't get my parcel before Easter weekend but to my surprise , the parcel arrived to Australia from U.K after 3 days . This is the 2nd time I used the service and really impressed with everything . I used your re-packing system this time, and am very happy with the package. Will sure to do business with you again in the future. Thanks once again !

I would definitely use their forwarding service again--including their Personal Shopper service. Everything arrived quickly and in top condition. My only criticism is that concerns were raised about shipping Lithium batteries. My research seemed to allay these concerns, but I was hoping for confirmation from forward2me. All went forward without a hitch, but I would have preferred an email with that confirmation.

It's a very trustworthy site to order through when you're not a resident in the UK. The transaction was very easy and straight forward without any complications. It came in very fast and the shipping status was always up to date. Would definitely order through them again and I have already recommended it to many of my friends!

Excellent customer service! Email correspondence was fast, friendly and very, very helpful. Answered all the questions (and worries) I had. All this even before I started sending items there! Package arrived in perfect condition. I used a similar service in Japan but Forward2Me is far superior in all aspects. Will definitely use again.

The service is excellent! It is fast, and you get an update of all the tasks that need your attention.
The package arrived through DHL Express, and was in perfect condition!
My products had absolutely no marks on the packages, everything was perfect.
Will definitely recommend this for anyone outside U.K. who needs a shipping service. It doesn't get better.

I received my package within the estimated timeframe, tracking was accurate and nothing was damaged in the process. The online tutorial was helpful, and they were prompt in notifying me of my shipment when they received it. I would recommend forward2me, but be aware the prices can be a little high. They do have an estimate calculator, but if your weight estimate is off you may see a difference in cost. Mine was +$20 USD because the seller sort of overpacked my items. Overall it was a positive experience and should I find myself needing a forwarding service again in the future I will definitely be using forward2me again.

Service is good, packages arrived on time. However, the total costs on delivery turned out to be 25% above the estimated price due to one of the couriers not delivering to my country (which surprises me as I see the courier here everywhere). So will think twice before having items shipped again, unless there is no other choice.

The purchase deal was pretty complex and involved much attention from Rachel (Customer Service). She delivered superb service, for which I thank her very much.
The logistics was faultless and I got the goods delivered the very day it was promised to my very-much-out-of-the-way French vacation home. Kudos!

I think it is way too expensive especially with the additional insurance cover. I only chose the insurance cover as I didn't want any trouble if something happens. However, in their T&Cs DHL outlines that all parcels are insured for up to 500 €. DHL will provide a refund should the package become lost or damaged. Forward2me "recommends" that all parcels with a value above £200 should avail of the additional insurance coverage adding another £20 to the bill bringing it to £46 in my case. I didn't want to take the risk as I am not dealing with DHL as I am a customer of Forward2me, thus, I bit this bullet. I am not happy with this but then, I was desperate to get this item to Ireland. Overall the service is good - very good but as I said way too expensive.
