I really liked how professional Forward2me were. They responded quickly to any questions I had and they quickly repackaged and dispatched my order.
One thing I didn't like so much is that I had no idea how long it would take from when they got my package to when I would receive a notification about it ( it happened on the same day ).
Also it would have been nice to have the package not opened but at least they didn't open everything.

Excellent service, and quick. Acknowledgement message got trapped in my spambox though, so it took longer than neccessary. I don't understand people complaining about the pricing. You can already see what it would cost upfront. I can imagine that for a toothbrush, the extra cost may be relatively high. But for a parcel that was nearly 30 kg, the few extra GBP didn't hurt at all.

Used Forward2Me as forwarding service when i ordered my new OnePlus 5 mobile phone. Excellent service, extremely quick delivery and a very reasonable price on DHL Express!! Would recommend this to everybody and of course use Forward2Me next time i order something that cant be delivered directly to Norway.

great service and customer care, fast shipping and easy consolidation of items. they don't provide photos like shipito which could make returns costly if the item was incorrect, wrong etc. but other than that a perfect service.

They are super efficient and make shopping in the UK from the US so much easier (and cheaper!). They notify me as soon as a parcel arrives and when I request shipment, they do so immediately. I'm really, really pleased! Brilliant company!

Had to have a 37kg package sent and all went perfect, F.T.M. arranged everything for the large package and communication ( Rachel ) was also 5 star ! Good company, run very well. Used them about 15 times now and never any unwanted surprises...

Extremely happy with the customer service and assistance. I do feel the freight charges are a little high though. I have a US address as well and they only ship by weight, not by the size of the package, (which in turns saves a HUGE amount) I had a larger box 7kg from the UK which cost me less. Overall though the customer service was excellent, but i do not feel there's lots of money to be saved, only due to charging by the size not the weight.

Forward2Me is definitely not the cheapest parcel forwarder but certainly one of the best and one of the view companies I trust with my valuable parcels. Never went a parcel missing never received anything damaged..
Another big plus side is that they check all items so you can deal with damaged items before they arrive in your home country..
