We are confident that we have not scammed you or mishandled your package items in any way.
You are searching for a package that never arrived at our warehouse. We investigated the DHL Paket racking number and found that it was out for delivery on Saturday, but our warehouse in Germany is closed on weekends. As a result, the parcel was returned to the sender.
I understand how upsetting it can be to lose items and feel frustrated with the process. We request photos to determine if the package was tampered with or inspected by customs, as we have encountered situations where couriers may open and inspect packages, potentially resulting in lost items inside.
We are communicating with you via email and clarified that the items were returned to the original sender. You have agreed to request compensation directly from them.

Unfortunately, I spent a lot of time solving the delivery problem. Customer service agents should be more competent in matters concerning services. I received completely different information regarding the same issue. But in any case, after many days, we finally solved the problem. I had to sort out some customs documents for a recently shipped package with Forward2me. Thanks to Aimee from UK warehouse, everything was made possible. She did not hesitate to make the necessary amendment that needed to be made. She stayed available and proceeded with the requests until everything was in order. The package cleared customs and finally delivered successfully. I do appreciate the extra mile effort provided during the whole packaging and shipping process by Forward2me company.

Do not make business with this company, they will screw you over just like they did with me, they are so retarded they displayed the shipping cost on the invoice, now I have to pay double what I was planning to, in taxes, asked for help and their good for nothing staff didn't do anything to help me, talk about being useless. I hope this company goes bankrupt.

I've shipped from multiple countries around the world and have purchased from many online stores in the UK, all of which were less than a third of the cost. When payment was due after being made to pay for repackaging (which was actually very good) the price went up over 20% which was already high. They also charged me for multiple items instead of one, after notifying them about this they said they would change that which the did back to single item but price remained the same.

Needed a specific Adidas product that was only available in the UK and Adidas would not ship this item to the USA.
