My initial frustration was to do with their slow support at the beginning, and feeling like I was caught out with no recourse or resolution offered. I bought a Blu-Ray from Crunchyroll in the US and had it forwarded to me in germany.
After they received my package from Crunchyroll, they took just 1-2 days to process and send it to me via UPS.
Customs was no issue as well. They put the invoice with all important information in a plastic bag on the outside of the package

The repackaging that I requested to combine the packages did not happen and things were not packaged well so my items arrived damaged.
Update: Customer service refunded my shipping fees and took great care of me, they were very communicative. Will do business with them again.

Special Request

Good service very fast. Only issue could be processing takes too long and they have to open the parcels to make sure it’s legal to send which is not necessary.
They added a new invoice feature, which I would’ve assumed would stop them from opening parcels so it’s very hard to send valuable goods, but luckily if something goes missing, at least they can be blamed as they are opening the parcels but I do think they should be an option where parcels don’t have to be opened and as soon as they hit the first scan you can have them shipped off that way you can have them shipped off in the same day as them arriving rather than going through two different stages which is very inconvenient and it’s none of these people business. This is what’s in the parcel, if I give them an invoice on the website that should be enough, they should just have an x-ray scanner so that it avoids the possibility of parcels being opened. Come on opening parcels is a very silly option. Just get an x-ray scanner how they have at the airport enough. There were already services out there that do this and it’s so much more convenient. I’m hoping very soon they will implement this.

We are working hard to make it faster but we will need to continue to open packages even when we reach a state of refinement in our software and processes later this year. This is true for any company in our industry where the directors wish to stay out of jail. Some operators are very close to the wind - you might like to read about one of our competitors who made the Wall Street Journal just last month:

You will note that all customer packages are frozen at their warehouse by order of Homeland Security.
The parcel forwarder is the exporter of record - that means responsibility for the contents of the package - accurate descriptions, values, prohibited items etc. With an x-ray it is extremely easy to spot a gun or something of that nature. What an x-ray will not identify is illegal drugs, prescription drugs, restricted items (certain coffees are banned in some countries), religious statues (banned in some countries), animal products, clothing made from endangered species etc. We receive thousands of packages and the list of things to check is huge.
You will note that the courier is not the exporter of record - and that is why DHL, FedEx etc are not opening all packages - the legal responsibility is with the shipper, not the courier.
If you provide the invoice it allows us to validate contents rather than describe them - this is much faster but we must still see the goods. It's an unfortunate fact but criminals are extremely sophisticated - just because a package arrived in an Amazon box does not mean it came from Amazon or that the contents are the items on the invoice in question.
Shipping high value items is not an issue. We are packaging experts and dispatch many individual shipments worth thousands of dollars each every day. It is actually better to have us open these and validate that they are in good shape and packaged well before sending them internationally. The last thing anyone wants to do is open a $5,000 vase that is damaged but already paid duty. We avoid that by checking contents and professionally packaging.

Again, in a recent interaction with Forward 2 me, the company kept up the good work and showed genuine interest to please a long-term customer upon a sudden payment doubt. This being said, I totally recommend F2me as the BEST forwarding company available... AGAIN!
I would like, HOWEVER, to point out a small detail that I consider less positive for a company that is growing bigger by the minute: the recent increasement of the packages consolidation from 2£ to 3£. If it's true that competitors in the same business can't beat F2Me in terms of overall quality/satisfaction, it is also true that they can offer better consolidation prices and, in a few cases, a more flexible storage time.
Just wanted to emphasize this because I believe F2Me is more than able to find a way to be more competitive (or at least, as competitive) as their "rivals" and, by fine-tunning the recent price raising of the packages consolidation, I am sure the company will be making their business a lot more steadier and customers even more satisfied!
In the end, I'd like to thank Jane (UK) for all her help and availability in this last interaction of mine.

This was the first time I used a Parcel Forwarding service to send my package to me indirectly from the UK. At first I was a bit suspicious of it, because there were a number of negative reviews. But other companies had that too. Forward2me seemed the best to me and that is why I chose them. At first I didn't understand how addressing worked in the UK, but the step-by-step plan on their website made it work. I also didn't understand how the website worked and with Jane's help I succeeded. And a few days later the package arrived at their UK location.
After the package was inspected and ready to send to me. I got the price tag. I was shocked by that at the time. Because the shipping costs were just as expensive as the contents. So I emailed support again and with Joyce's help I was able to use their cheaper shipping service through her. This was much better and so I took it.
A few days later the package arrived in the Netherlands. And while I had actually hoped that it would all be included with the shipping costs, I also had to pay import duties and VAT. But I finally received the package. Because of all those shipping and import costs, I wonder why a package from the UK costs so much, while a package from China has no shipping and import costs. It's as if they don't want us to have packages delivered from the UK. But that's another question.
My experience with Forward2me was pleasant and they were very helpful. I don't think I would need it that often and with all the extra costs I'm not sure I'll do it again for a small package. But if I need it again. Then I'll probably go for Forward2me again.

This is by far the best forwarding company out there. I use it on a regular for forwarding items from UK and US. Highly recommended. They have an amazing and very responsive customer service as well. Recently had an issue shipping some items from their Wilmington, Delaware warehouse. Some items were being labeled ad dangerous and i would have had to return it Joyce and Aimee went above and beyond to help. They found the safety data sheet of the items and established that they were not in-fact dangerous and was safe to ship. They were with me every step of the way. And that is the difference between forward2me and other forwarding companies. You guys are doing great work! 🙏🏾

Their customer support was top notch. Jane was quick to anwer any questions i had and their processes are transparent.
My parcel had items that cant be shipped. So i cntacted customer service about this and Jane had an answer to all my questions and options to deal with the items.

By no means am i writing this as a bad review for MY US, thatll be done soon, but just a comparison on my experiences and how forward2me is doing a superb job.
Not to mention their website's user interface is very easy to navigate and information is laid out nicely.
For example, when i received packages, the tracking numbers were all clearly visible on their webste. This made is very convenient for me to track what items have arrived. But when using MY US, very often they did not input the correct tracking number. Alot of times, it was random numbers and letters, if not there was no tracking number or sender details at all. Just "Your parcel has arrived." What parcel??? from Where????? This made it a real pain to track parcels to be shippedunder MY US, But forward2me has made this process such a breeze
Another thing that i appreciate was the speed of service. almost always, when the tracking details from the courier shows that my parcel is delivered, i will receive a notification from forward2me that a parcel has arrived. But when using MY US, it usually takes 2-3 days for the parcel to be updated in their system after the courier has notified that the parcel has been delivered. Again this really helps with tracking which of my parcels are where
Lastly, they have a great selection of couriers to choose from when shipping parcels sending items out from their warehouse. Their prices are affordable as well.
All these to say i think forward2me is a superb courier and honestly God sent. they definitely deserve all the good reviews that they have and PLEASE never use MY US

Joyce is very helpful! This service is so amazing, to begin. I love music, and hate that some labels or variants are only available by country!
I had some CDs and posters forwarded to me, but had some issues with FedEx removing items from my box. Joyce was able to investigate and fight the issue with them, giving me updates every step of the way and got me a refund ! :)

Pretty good and responsive customer service. I wanted to do something that wasn't possible in reality, and they've explained it clearly to me. I've found a different way to do things, and everything went well. Prices are pretty affordable too.
