They lost my package and answered with copy-paste 'macro' replies. $150 was simply gone because someone who didn't work there picked it up.

Cheating company - it gets way more expensive than planned every time - used them 3 times - each time they insisted on repacking the goods despite my insistence on it not being necessary- that resulted in repacking fees + their repacking made shipping significantly more expensive. And in each occasion they added wrapping to parcels already perfectly packed. One parcel went from expected 30gbp shipping to 150 + 25 for their packing efforts. Stay away

To top it up, they are now lying and claim it’s up to the customer to repack or not - I asked them several times not to repack and was told it wasn’t an option.
They also reached out to me only to justify their actions in broader terms - no apologies no refunds no investigation

You keep updating your answer and your lies just becomes bigger and bigger. I asked you several times NOT to repack, and you said you had to, so dont say its up to me. Furthermore, it was packed fine originally which was clear when i received it, and i could see your packing on top of the original packing.
Furthermore, now you decided to make public what i bought, and yes it was a second hand boot for a car, that needed to be repainted anyways, so a few scratches or whatever would not have mattered what so ever. It was a 99 GBP product that i expected to pay 50 GBP to ship according to your calculater and ended up paying 30 GBP for repacking and then another 2xx GBP in shipping, it was so outragous i was considering just leaving it with you and order another one.

The customer service agent, Windy, for my US address was so gracious and helped me with all my questions, as I just started using forward2me's service. She was very competent and patient.
I also love the fact that they show pictures of the packages once they arrive, so I don't need to compare all the tracking numbers if I order many things from different stores at once.
I would definitely recommend forward2me.

Have been using Forward2me USA a couple times now and its a great service. The site is easy to use, processing of packages is pretty quickly and they have great customer service. When I found out they had a pricemarch guarentee Nica from CS was very helpfull in getting me the discount and adding a final package to the shipment that came my locker during this process.

The site is too difficult to negotiate. Too many staff tried to help me and most sent me"Go to FAQ."
I will never use this again and certainly not if I was made aware that it would cost another $200 to send a small light weight parcel.!
I tried for days on end to get help. Often in tears thinking I would NEVER get my parcel. I felt totally held to ransom.

I have used a number of package forwarding services and Forward2Me is by far the best. They are really efficient and organised, and any package without issues is forwarded very quickly. If there are issues, from either end, they resolve them quickly and with great communication. You always know what is happening and why. Any time I have had questions (which has been a few times lately) their communication is clear and they are very helpful. They have helped me manage a few tricky forwarding issues for which I am very grateful. I could not recommend Forward2Me more highly and will not use any other forwarding service.
