In my case there was an issue regarding export from USA to Germany respectively corresponding customs. Therefore package was hold at german import unit for a lot of days. Only as the responsible manager Joyce asked for the reason we were able to solve the problem. Already a few hours later I saw progress in shipping. One day later I received the package.

What a simple and safe way to order something from Europe (from the USA). I was nervous but I got updates when my package arrived in Germany, and used the website to then choose my preferred method to ship to the US. Within 2 weeks from placing my order with the supplier, I had my package. Would recommend!

My dietary supplement arrived opened. The safety seal was removed and the power spilled out inside the repacked package.
Nothing indicates that was done by customs, no customs seal present, nothing - it must have been done by Forward2me.
It cost me $200 and now I can’t use it because it’s contaminaned.
Don’t recommend this service.

It's been over a week the goods have been held. I ordered some water sprinklers for forwarding. They had some small batteries in so listed as dangerous goods for forwarding, so it says to contact them. I've been messaging every day for over a week, and not getting a response. Someone in the UK is even chasing the US teams and getting no response. Meanwhile the days they hold it for count down and at risk of loosing the kit ! I'm posting this in the hope of getting a response from someone after trying email , forms, phones calls, support ticket system all to no luck !

Absolutely terrible, the process to get your packages through is already convoluted at best.
But on the last shipment they, without my request or permission, opened my package, damaged the goods in the process, then acted like this had happened during shipping, even though their own photos proved otherwise.
After that they held my package hostage for more than a week, not coming up with any satisfying solution and in the end even making me pay for repackaging the package they opened.
I have been using multiple forwarding companies, this one is an outlier. Avoid this company at all cost, you will regret doing business with them.

Very disappointed. They ruined the gift packaging of my order and messed up the ribbon, it arrived all destroyed. I have never asked to open my package or to repack. I do not advise this service, you are risking to receive your items not in the condition it was purchased....

The first time I used the service, I was charged a repacking fee because my shipment included a liquid (lotion) along with some clothes. They repacked it securely according to international shipping guidelines and even helped reduce the overall shipping cost. I believe they’ll also repackage items that arrive in overly bulky boxes into smaller, more efficient packaging.
The second time, I didn’t have to pay a repacking fee at all. My packages always arrived quickly, and I’ve had a great experience overall. I highly recommend this service.

I have been with them for over a year and used their services dozens of times. While expensive, their service was easy, fast and clearcut, so I stayed. However, my most recent order has revealed a dramatic lack of customer service when even a tiny issue arises. Long story short: A package came in, it was checked, documents were uploaded, I bought a shipping label, it was marked shipped - and then nothing happend for two weeks. I contacted customer support once (got ignored), twice (received copy-paste walls of text with no information related to my question), thrice (was told they'd look for the package). They found it a handful of hours later. Considering the tracking info (still on "label creation") and this timeframe, it never left the warehouse at all. Package went into my inbox again, this time labeld as a "return" (US-61-2172232476717288, for your information). It is on hold. I was told to contact customer service. AGAIN I received complete nonsense the first time. I wrote them again. The second time, they told me it is on hold so they can investigate the reason for the return and potential fees. Let me reiterate, the label I paid for is clearly on it. I can see it on the photo they sent me. All they have to do is FINALLY send it off to me. Again, more days have gone by. It is still on hold (and it's now Saturday, too, so nothing is gonna happen till Monday anyways). If they force me to pay for the label AGAIN, despite never even using the first one at all, I will update this post and downgrade the rating accordingly. This experience has, quite frankly, been an exercise in patience. The problem seems so simple - the shipment was paid for and labeled, but forgotten in the warehouse by accident. It has been found upon my request. But the journey to get here has been so tedious, and it is still not resolved. We're nearing three weeks from the arrival of the package. I like their service and have been glad to have that option readily available to me, but this is simply not acceptable. Either the workers are actual AI bots with no training, not interested in what they are doing, not paid enough to care, or overworked, but this is no way to treat anyone.
/EDIT [same day]: Considering their reply on here (which came rather fast, btw!), noting that they wrote me an email directly: They did request further details via trustpilot, like my email adress, name and the shipment number. However, since I already included the shipment number in my post, they did something else as well: The package has now moved from my inbox to "shipment history". I have not gotten further info just yet (I only opened my inbox to copy the shipment number for them again and happened to see it), it HAS only been a few minutes after all, but from what is written there, I can piece it together: The shipment number has changed, I think, but since a photo of the package is attached, I can clearly tell it's the right order. It is now marked as "invoice paid" in the overview, though it states it is not paid when you click on it. I figure the "invoice paid" statment was entered by hand, and the further details are automatically generated, so this can't be changed to "paid" since I didn't actually pay anything a second time. This is especially relevant since the courier is now stated to be "FedEx International Priority", which is a more expensive option than I myself chose initially, one of the more expensive ones they offer, in fact. So from this, it looks like they didn't only move the package along, they might have upgraded it for free, too. Naturally it isn't shipped yet and doesn't have a tracking number, they're not magic after all, but it looks like they are, in fact, REALLY trying to make this right, which I am very grateful to see. I'll edit this post again once I've hopefully received the order.
/EDIT [following week]: As I mentioned, they contancted me straight away on that weekend. They apologized, and took care of everything immediately. They did, in fact, upgrade my package free of charge and sent it on its way the following Monday, the earliest they could have. Now, it's Wednesday and I have already received the package. All in all, as frustrating as the first two weeks of this had been, they really, REALLY wanted to make it up to me. I don't think I lost any time in terms of delivery, as the initial shipment would have arrived around today as well, had everything gone according to plan.
So, for that - 5 stars. I am actually impressed how well they handled the situation after my review.
/EDIT [same day]: Considering their reply on here (which came rather fast, btw!), noting that they wrote me an email directly: They did request further details via trustpilot, like my email adress, name and the shipment number. However, since I already included the shipment number in my post, they did something else as well: The package has now moved from my inbox to "shipment history". I have not gotten further info just yet (I only opened my inbox to copy the shipment number for them again and happened to see it), it HAS only been a few minutes after all, but from what is written there, I can piece it together: The shipment number has changed, I think, but since a photo of the package is attached, I can clearly tell it's the right order. This is especially relevant since the courier is now stated to be "FedEx International Priority", which is a more expensive option than I myself chose initially, one of the more expensive ones they offer, in fact. So from this, it looks like they didn't only move the package along, they might have upgraded it for free, too. Naturally it isn't shipped yet and doesn't have a tracking number, they're not magic after all, but it looks like they are, in fact, REALLY trying to make this right, which I am very grateful to see. I'll edit this post again once I've hopefully received the order.
/EDIT [following week]: As I mentioned, they contancted me straight away on that weekend. They apologized, and took care of everything immediately. They did, in fact, upgrade my package free of charge and sent it on its way the following Monday, the earliest they could have. Now, it's Wednesday and I have already received the package. All in all, as frustrating as the first two weeks of this had been, they really, REALLY wanted to make it up to me. I don't think I lost any time in terms of delivery, as the initial shipment would have arrived around today as well, had everything gone according to plan.
So, for that - 5 stars. I am actually impressed how well they handled the situation after my review.

Absolute scam, refused to ship packages. Kept making ridiculous claims about needing documentation or other nonsense to ship goods. Even after proving documentation was not needed from the manufacturer themselves, they still wouldn't ship. After accepting payment the package never shipped and now they are trying to charge me for holding the package.
