Der Kundenservice ist so dermaßen schlecht. Man erklärt sein Anliegen 3 mal und es wird immer wieder nachgefragt obwohl man schon alle wichtigen Details genannt hat.
Danach kriegt man eine Rechnung für einen Versand von über 60€ hingeknallt, was ich persönlich frech finde wenn ein normales Paket maximal 10-15€ gekostet hätte...
Alles im allen kann ich jedem nur abraten von dem Service

A few days ago, I ordered an item from the US Warehouse, which unfortunately the team classified as prohibited goods. I understand that this was partly my fault, as I overlooked the relevant item in the list of non-forwardable products. However, the item is by no means dangerous for the staff or anyone or generally prohibited for export.
I immediately initiated a return to the original sender and attached a return shipping label from the seller. After that, the package disappeared from my account, and I haven't received any confirmation of receipt of the return. It now appears as if the package never existed. I contacted customer service, but they haven't responded yet.
I dont had any problems with the forwarding of my packages before, and I hope this issue will be resolved quickly. Losing the items would be an unacceptable loss from which I wouldn't be able to recover easily.

When an item is identified as prohibited for forwarding from our US warehouse, it is marked accordingly and the customer is given the option to arrange a return to the sender. If a return label is provided, the parcel is moved into a review stage while we verify that the label can be used for the return shipment.
Once the label has been checked and confirmed, the return is processed and the shipment is dispatched accordingly.
In this case, the label has now been verified and the return has been produced. You will be able to see the updated status in your shipment history, and the parcel will be returned today.

Customs can be challenging but Jhe was extremely helpful and emailed me consistently to guide me and assist with DHL. I highly recommend! I have updated my originally negative review, which was prompted by a bad experience.
However, after escalating, Tracy (Head of Shipping at forward2me) personally intervened and delivered an outstanding resolution that far exceeded any reasonable expectations:
Acknowledged all errors (delays, communication failures, incorrect handling).
Cancelled the current shipment and issued a full refund.
Waived all storage and handling fees.
Repacked the items compliantly (splitting battery-containing devices to avoid Dangerous Goods classification).
Is shipping everything free of charge today.
This level of accountability and proactive service has completely restored my trust. forward2me proves they stand behind their customers when issues arise, turning a bad situation into total satisfaction. I recommend them without hesitation. Looking forward to working with them again soon!

When parcels contain more than two lithium-ion batteries within equipment, they are classified as dangerous goods under International Air Transport Association regulations. In these cases, the shipment must be correctly packed, labelled, and booked in line with strict transport requirements before it can be dispatched. This is to ensure safe and compliant air transport.
That said, compliance requirements do not excuse the delays or the poor experience you have described. We recognise that communication should have been clearer and faster, and we should have handled your requests more effectively.
Regarding storage fees, I can confirm these have already been discounted as part of our review of your case.

Avoid using this company
My first shipment was delayed by two weeks because they did not respond to emails or take any action to move a package they themselves had marked as “blocked.” After those two weeks, they attempted to charge me additional storage fees. Eventually, they apoligize, acknowledged their mistake, removed the extra charges, and completed the shipment—but two weeks late.
I decided to give them a second chance and arranged another shipment. Unfortunately, the exact same issue occurred again. This time, the delay exceeded three weeks. However, unlike the first case, they refused to remove the storage fees that were caused by their own error. Instead, they offered only a 20% discount, meaning I still had to pay for costs they created. The amount was significant, and they neither apologized nor made any real effort to resolve the situation beyond charging me.
Overall, this was a very poor experience. I strongly recommend choosing a different company to avoid these kinds of problems.

I have tried numerous times contacting customer service by email and by phone about my "Consolidation" request for "Multi-Piece Shipment" for my packages that are located in the UK warehouse for immediate dispatch. I do NOT want to "Combine and Repack" which is something I have already stated to this company time and time again.
But they blatantly ignore my request and practically holding my packages hostage. All the while I am being charged storage fees for my packages because they keep delaying my request which they are blatantly ignoring.
Enough is enough, just because I live in the USA does not mean I can't make official complaints toward this company. I want my packages shipped to me the way I want them shipped to me. The sooner this can be resolved the better. I don't want to deal with this company anymore.

I still have not heard back or received compensation for them sending my glasses broken. They shipped my package themselves and I believe it’s because they broke them and don’t want to have to refund the amount they cost. I didn’t pay or even choose a shipping carrier. Very sketchy. Wish they would compensate me already since I can’t even use them and the order was 100 euros.

We take great care when handling all parcels, with items inspected upon arrival and again during repacking. At present, we have not received any report or evidence through our Customer Experience team to indicate that the glasses were damaged either during processing or upon delivery, and there was no indication of damage noted on the parcel itself.
We would genuinely like to investigate this further for you. If you could please contact us directly with photos of the item, the packaging (both internal and external), and any relevant details, we will be able to review this thoroughly with our warehouse and courier partners.
We can also see that our team has previously attempted to reach out to assist, and we would still very much welcome the opportunity to resolve this matter for you.

For future shipments, one way to make shipping more cost-effective is to take advantage of our 30 days of free storage. Many customers choose to consolidate several purchases into a single shipment, which can significantly reduce the overall cost per item when shipping internationally.

I have ordered over 100 parcels through Forward2Me, so I feel I can give a fair assessment. For 1–2 small packages, the service is okay. However, as soon as it comes to larger shipments, multiple parcels, or pallets, things go downhill quickly.
The support is slow and often unresponsive. Getting a quote can take up to two weeks, and when it finally arrives, the prices are not competitive with the market. On top of that, there are often days without any reply at all, only to then receive an automated email asking whether the ticket is still open. That's not the kind of customer service I expect, especially as a long-term customer.
I will ship out the parcels I still have stored with them, but after that I'll be looking for a different forwarding provider. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Forward2Me for anyone dealing with more than just the occasional small package.

Servizio molto valido e veloce. L'ho già usato due volte in passato per farmi spedire degli acquisti dal Giappone e dal Regno Unito e non ho mai avuto intoppi. Chiaramente non è un servizio generalmente economico, ma dipende dal tipo di merce da spedire e dal peso. Non mi sento di aver mai pagato cifre esorbitanti. Sto attualmente aspettando che mi spediscano un altro pacco dagli Stati Uniti e aggiornerò la mia recensione in futuro. Uso sempre loro perché consentono il forwarding da diversi paesi ed è comodo avere tutto in uno, e il loro sito è piuttosto intuitivo. J'ai choisi Forward2me en me basant sur les avis généraux. J'ai utilisé ce service une fois en fin d'année 2025 pour acheter aux Etats-Unis. Je l'utilise de nouveau ce mois-ci pour un achat au Royaume-Uni. Je suis satisfait de leur équipe américaine. Un service ultra rapide, avec peu de frais pour la gestion et le traitement, un prix d'envoi international plus que correct ainsi qu'une assurance proposée qui est plus qu'importante. Ceux qui s'en plaignent devraient peut-être revoir certaines notions d'économie internationale pour se rendre compte de l'importance d'une telle assurance. Ceci dit, tout dépend de la nature de votre marchandise. Pour Forward2me américain, mon colis a été traité endéans les 72h suivant la réception. L'envoi par UPS fut rapide et il est totalement logique de payer des droits d'importation quand on vit en Europe. Ca n'a rien avoir avec cette entreprise, c'est une loi européenne. Mon paquet a bien été reconditionné. Je n'ai plus qu'à attendre l'expérience anglaise pour confirmer une bonne gestion ou non de mes colis anglais. Pour l'instant, que du positif pour cette entreprise de logistique.

Edit, I was going to remove an additional star, as I just received an Ai slop email in response to this review, trying to but not actually addressing any points made in this review. However, for taking delivery and forwarding safely, that's worth two stars at least.
I have used them in the past once for a smaller package which was fine, however my last order with them was for two big boxes.
* Emailing them, I received less than useless AI replies
* Selected combine service, items weren't combined and was charged for two deliveries with no explanation why
* I understand they need to make money, but there is no transparency when booking delivery on how much of the fee is delivery and how much is service charge
* Initial quoted postage charges was $100, this turned into $400
* Adding multiple items using their website was not as user friendly as it could be

Once I think I’m done with this company unfortunately they do something else wrong. This last item I had to be shipped was a pair of glasses. They forced me to have to combine and repack even though they came to them packaged great for shipment already. I bought from a highly reputable glasses business so I know they didn’t receive the frames how I received them. I hit combine and repack and was waiting until I got paid to ship it. Well I get an email that my glasses have been shipped. I never even picked what carrier or anything. I didn’t pay for shipping. I received my package today and I think I understand why they shipped it themselves. Once I opened the box it had only that brown paper. The glasses are in a thin fabric dolce and gabbana satchel. Literally no protection for the glasses just paper as filler for the unnecessarily big box. I opened the satchel and of course the glasses are broken. They’re bent in a way I doubt can be fixed and one of the arms is missing. The order was 100.74 euros. I thought after I got these shipped to me that I’d be done with this company but of course another awful experience. Like why did they not put the glasses in a small box or in a small box and then the small box in a bigger box with protection? And where’s the missing arm? They repackaged the glasses so they had full control of making sure it was we’ll protected. Yet they failed even that! You would think them shipping it to me for free was a nice gesture or something. But no they’re a business. A forwarding company doesn’t just ship your package for free. I believe they broke them while repacking and didn’t want to give me an option to pay for shipping and protection. I’m honestly confused and angry. Not sure how they’ll fix the situation now after they broke the frames and didn’t package them securely. On top of the extra fees and overly high shipping, I wouldn’t trust them with anything you believe could be damaged or is fragile. I’m thankful that was the last item I needed shipped from their warehouse.
