There are two inbox addresses (UK (non-EU) and DE (EU)) in the company for a customer. A customer can have the primary shipping address is in EU. The service does not match the personal shopper locality and the customer delivery address. For example, EU to EU, and non-EU to non-EU. It would be better that forward2Me will match or request the matching to reduce tax costs.

If you require to purchase a product from an EU retailer then you would be responsible for the purchase of the goods and if your planning to ship the order within the EU through our services, it would be advised for you to use our EU warehouse as the delivery address from the retailer to avoid additional tax costs. We cannot currently offer the personal shopper service from any of our other warehouses but we are hoping the personal shopper service is something that we could look to introduce to our other warehouse locations in the future.

Due to incompetency of FedEx they lost my package in May 2022. Kat at Forward2Me did all the follow up until October 2022 and she kept me updated all the time in a timely manner. I had lost all hopes but Kat is amazing at her skills and was able to get a resolution that was acceptable.

The bicycle they received was , for some reason , double packaged , which caused the shipping quote to be inaccurate. After many messages back and forth with support , they discovered the issue , took away the outer package and finally shipped the bike at a normal cost. They didn't charge me storage fees due to these inconvenient.

I am a customer from Germany , living in Munich , Bavaria but staying a the moment in northern Germany in Lower Saxony. Complicated situation , when you want to buy something in the UK. Due to some mental issues I am a bit slow and so I got confused sometimes. But it went perfectly. The customer support is impressively fast and yes , indeed supportive. Nowadays I am not used to this anymore. Friendly , helpful , fast and uncomplicated. That is all I can say and that is all you need.

I've bought many perfumes from the UK and used Forward2Me since this particular perfume house didn't ship to Canada. So I went online and found Forward2Me. I just recieved my parcel today. After paying almost the same cost of my expensive perfume they said they needed to repack this small box into a cardboard box 20 times the size of my tiny parcel and I was obviously charged much more for this obvious cash grab. If you work there credit my shipping back because if they don't I'm going to post until your lose 20 times the business that you charged me. I wish I could upload the box they used beside my parcel. What a scam.

This is the second time i am writing this review and its base on true facts. I do have the communication emails and contact text via whatapps.
I seriously do not understand the communication in this company. More than 20days since my parcels has been dispatched to the Germany warehouse despite of giving me the reasons of different zone or giving me new address each time.
Asked the customer service for updates, there is no response for days. Asked for direct line, its still the same hotline.
On 7th, forward2me shows that parcels is in warehouse under review. On the 10th, forward2me is giving me a new address for the second time.
I can understand and accept that there might be some issues but i cannot accept when there is no updates.
Is this feedback useful ? Because my problem have not been solved since more than 20days ago and i have no idea what went wrong.
Can the person seeing this contact me and update me on the status. Or give me the CEO contact, i ask him directly. I guess i have to start writing reviews when i am free till i get an update on my status.

TLDR: I received my order after 8 days (UK -> US). Highly recommend.
I found a pair of Merrell shoes that I fell in love with that were only available on their UK site (I'm in the US). After finding Forward2Me, I decided I wanted these shoes bad enough that I was willing to risk trying this company out. Turns out, it was a win.
How it went:
I ordered my shoes and sent them to the forwarding address. (I was super nervous doing this)
Once my shoes arrived at the Forward2Me dock (per Merrell tracking #) it took a couple of hours for Forward2Me to add my package to the "inbox".
They even added a picture of my actual box!
It went through some quick processing then I was able to "reship" it to my real address. Shipping ranged between $30-$50 which is totally expected for international parcels.
With in 8 days of placing my original order, my shoes arrived at my house with no issues at all.

Multiple attempts to send a parcel to my forward2me German address to no avail. DHL unable to deliver so I contacted forward2me to be given an alternate address which also was undelivered and returned to sender.
After 2 failed attempts I ended up using another company which worked without issue.

I wanted to take advantage of the exchange rate and price structure luxury brands have outside the United States. I was nervous to use a forwarding service because I had no experience with it before. I am so glad I chose Forward2me! It was quick, inexpensive, and easy. I could not recommend them more.

Ordered product from Italy and shipped to forward2me Germany. Systems seemed automated and I received notification when the package arrived in Germany. Unfortunately when I logged on to choose my shipping method they had for some reason classified my package as hazardous goods. It took over a week of back and forth including finding and providing documents from the manufacturer that show the product is not classified as hazardous goods. Ultimately it went to the warehouse manager for a decision and he released the package. I never got an explanation of why they classified the package as hazardous. So it turned into a 10 day unnecessary shipping delay. Package arrived successfully with FedEx Connect which was the cheapest option. So end result I was happy but would like to see them improve the process.

Your capacitors had been identified as hazardous or dangerous goods initially by our processing team to prompt you to contact us so we could complete further checks on the specification, voltage and watt hour capacity of the items and to also ensure that we would be accredited for shipping the capacitors under our export license with the couriers should the items have been classified as restricted for shipping. I understand that the additional checks did eventually conclude that the capacitors were not classified as hazardous as per the product specification documents provided from you and we were happy to release the package from your account to allow you to proceed with shipping these as normal.

Since signing up with this company I get around 20 - 45 Spam mails a day! What did you do with my Email? I did not subscribe or share my info anywhere else so it must be this company.

They said it takes up to 24hour for the arrived parcel to be showing in my account, however, There should be 3 parcels arrived their Japan warehouse since late September, none of them been showed in my account yet. I tried to contact them, but it’s been another 2days, nobody replied me any words yet. It’s the first time I used the service, but it feels like a scam to me so far.

I wanted to order a product that didn't ship to Sweden and it was pretty expensive for shipping (£36) but totally fine in the end. Just prepare for like a 25% customs tax if ordering from UK because of brexit. I bought product and shipment before Forward2me for like £150, and then + £36 for their final shipping to me, and I paid like maybe £30-40 extra (probably 25%) after it arrived in Sweden (where I live)

Ordered shock absorbers online , hoping to ship them to Iceland , not realizing that they were classed as "Dangerous goods". I contacted support and Chris explained the situation thoroughly and after I arranged for the parcel to be picked up from them , he accomodated all my needs and performed admirably! That is why , even though they could not ship my parcel , they receive 5 stars for Chris's excellent customer service.
