Package arrived very quickly. I am very happy with the sevice Forward2me provides. My only complaint is with DHL who delivered my parcel. They delivered it to the wrong building to someone I did not know. This person signed for the package and DHL recorded it as me signing on their tracking site. Luckily the lady who signed for my goods was honest and got them to me. I contacted DHL about this but they did not respond.

service is expensive
did not receive full parcel, no attempts were made by your company to contact sender. Sender insisted sending two items in the package and your company insisted in receiving one.

I understand, however, perhaps you could offer other alternatives, which are not for example premium. <br/><br/>Items arrive within 48 hours, however I would be willing to pay less and have them arrive in 4 days for example.<br/><br/>Thanks!

The only service was quick and easy. I will definitely be using it again in the future. The only negative I had was the Dhl delivery person stated it had been signed for in the tracking process when it had not been, it had been left under the doormat. However I understand this is not forward2me's fault.

Pretty much one of the first few people to get there hands on an iPhone 5 in Malta thanks to Forward2Me. Very quick delivery (overnight) but could lower the prices just a bit, but otherwise they're just Amazing. Thanks

I've received my package in perfect contition in a reasonable time... for a very unreasonable amount of money. Way too expensive, won't repeat the mistake. Should also start a forum to let peple know before they adventure themselves, their postage is usually 3x more expensive than your items! Bad.

Good service but the price-ing could have been clearer. I forgot to ask specially how much Consolidating my goods would be. It would have been a better service to let me know that it costs additionally.

I have used this service many times, and it works smoothly. You recieve information when the things you ordered from web sites sending to UK adresses arrives, and as soon as you follow a few steps, you can sit back and wait:-) i miss options for delivery speed, since sometimes the road delivery is simply SLOW 5 days. airtakes one day or two. I havebeen informed that it is most cost effective, thanks for ok prices...still.. it had been interesting to get a look into how much extra it would cost to get the transittime down.. one easy way is to let you choose the option by choosing it on payment screen could be to big help, so we could see what suits our needs at that time.:-) other than that: thank you to my UK forwarder heroes, you are great!:-)

I have always been extremely positive as regards the service and the nice approach of the staff and all the crew who work diligently to meet the customer so-called demands. I always received the items as promised in their due time. To add, I would like to thank forward2me who on my requests any delayed item will be waited for, to send all the purchased goods toghether and paying only for the whole bunch. What I can comment about is that I wish that there could be discount on the postage now and then for faithful customers. But I do comprhend that postage and shipping is costly, particularly when sent expressly. Overall I am satisfied and honestly I have no negative experience. And in the contigency of such mishaps, I do understand that sometimes there are third parties that can precipitate a failure and circumastances are not always our under control. We are all humans and liable to such defaults. No problem I do understand.
