I thought this service was amazing! I was so happy to know that I could purchase gifts from overseas and have it delivered to Australia even though the website didn't deliver to Aus.
I was a little sceptic at first to be honest and thought I wouldn't receive my goods, but my package (breakables) arrived very quickly and safely. I am very impressed with this service and have already recommended it to many people and will be using it again for sure!

Very good service, forwarding was swift and package arrived in great shape. One quibble: DHL quite expensive, especially when speed not a priority, suggest Royal Mail be an option for pacakges like mine (a book).

I had previously complained of some mishap with regards to not receiving a parcel and not only that that I was overcharged for postage.
Not only was the problem solved but also the missing parcel was sent to me free of charge with DHL.

Used Royal Mail this time as did not need item so fast.
Arrived in about 10 days, that's ok for me.
Compared to US postal service, not cheap.
DHL air freight hugely expensive & classes my location remote even though they have a depot it my town? How does that work?

Happy with the service, communication & condition of item on arrival.

Will definitely use again with Royal Mail.

Wasn't aware how expensive it would be although I do understand that postage is expensive, I wish there was the option to get the cheapest delivery because I didn't need the package so quickly.

I have never known a service to be so quick easy and helpful in any given situation. I am very happy with the service provided but admittedly I would use it much more if it wasnt so pricey!

Service is excellent.. fast turn around.. nice, friendly and responsive staff.. Prices however are a little high when i compare to my US freight forward service, plus the disparity between different courier service options.

Delivery service is reliable, but the cost of delivery is way too expensive than the market rate. Cost of delivery is not competitive enough.

I can wholeheartedly recommend forward2me as both a personal shopper and forwarding service! We needed to buy curtains for our nursery, and the UK-based site not only wouldn't ship to the US but would not take a US-based form of payment. Forward2me answered my questions via email promptly and kept me informed at every step of the way. The entire process was efficient, trustworthy, and fast as well. Use them, you can't go wrong.
