Feefo is an independent feedback service with verified and audited reviews.
These reviews are much more meaningful than reviews found on sites such as google or trip advisor because of two key points:
Only customers who have actually used the forward2me service are able to leave feedback so readers know that the feedback is genuine and not something forward2me has made up, or indeed a forward2me competitor has made up.
forward2me has no control over the feedback unless it is abusive or defamatory – in which case feefo themselves remove it. Every feedback is shown unedited and in full - all forward2me can do with negative feedback is respond to the customer's specific concerns.
The Box was damaged. The inside was ok. I would like you to take the invoice out from the box before you sending. Thank you for your help.

I'm sorry to hear that your box arrived damaged however pleased that the goods inside were undamaged. I see that you did not take advantage of our combine and repack service and the goods have been shipped out in the original shipping box. We do offer the combine and repack service before shipping, this service both helps with ensuring your goods are packaged as securely as possible and helps reduce the package removing any excess volume so you obtain the maximum value for shipping.
We are happy to remove invoices at request and have made a note of this on your account for our team to action this on arrival of your goods however if an invoice is present we do add this value to the package for shipping as the true value of the goods is required for customs purposes.

Good service the price is more then others

I'm pleased to hear that you are happy with the service we offer however you found the cost of shipping more than our competitors.
Please be assured that we do work with our couriers on a regular basis to ensure that we offer the best value for our customers however we are unable to compete with other companies who either sell products, these companies often provide shipping at cost or at a loss seeing as their costs are covered with the sale of the goods, sometimes our competitors also charge a monthly or annual fee.
The cost of shipping includes the full service we offer, the use of the address, the acceptance, processing, storing and dispatch of your goods including any export paperwork required for shipping. Using the address is free of charge and we offer 30 days free storage to give our customers time to collate a number of orders and ship together obtain the maximum value for shipping.
We do feel we offer a premium service both with our fully tracked door to door services and the support our Customer Service team provides customers from the receipt of the goods to the delivery via a tracked service.

I used the re-packing service, which is an absolute must for over sea's shipments, was very well done. The items were most secure. Delivery was as promised with no delays, which I expected with the COVID 19 global problems. Queries with delivered items to them were answered promptly and sorted in like manner.
Overall good, but it took several days of back and forth with the agents to get my item repackaged and forwarded. It arrived broken, but seemed well packaged, so I didn’t follow up and plan to fix it myself.

Highly overpriced

I'm sorry to hear that you feel our service is overpriced, we do pride ourselves on offering the best service possible alongside value for money shipping.
The price paid for shipping not only includes the transit costs but also the use of the address, the acceptance, processing, storing, preparation for shipping and any export documentation required for export. We offer full customer support from the receipt of your parcel until delivery for all tracked services.
I hope this helps explain what is included in the fee, I'm afraid we can't compete with larger retailer sites who offer cheap shipping, these sites cover their costs in the sale of the products, due to forward2me offering a service we need to cover the cost of the service in the final shipping fee.
We also offer an account free of charge and don't add a monthly or annual fee like some of our competitors. A free storage period is also offered up to 30 days to allow customers to collate goods in our warehouse so they can obtain the maximum value for shipping.
I hope this information all helps to clarify how we calculate our shipping costs, we do work with our couriers on a regular basis to ensure that we can offer our customers the best possible shipping prices however due to the pandemic situation many budget couriers have been unable to offer a lower priced shipping options this year due to the lack of air space. We are hoping these services will get up and running again in 2021 and we can then offer a more varied courier option.

I've been using Forward2Me for more than four years now, and I've always been happy with the service that they provide. I have to say that in some ways it got a little worse (the photos of each received package that they used to automatically provide, and don't anymore, were sometimes really useful for identifying parcels with no tracking info), but in others it got better. The fact that they opened new warehouses in other countries means that, as a EU citizen, I'll be able to continue using their services even in the post-Brexit era, since shopping in the UK will cease being viable for me come January 1, 2021.
It's also worth noting that their customer service has always been very helpful, in the rare few times that I needed to contact them. My last interaction with them was a bit more than a month ago, and I have to give a shout-out to Aimee, who was a joy to deal with!

Forward2me is a great service you can fully trust. I ordered a Macbook and Forward2me shipped it to my address in a timely manner. In addition to that, their customer service response is excellent and they will do everything to answer all your questions. A service I would highly recommend!
Processing speed was slower than I expected. My package was available for shipping only after 2 days since arrival to a warehouse. Customer support was great and helpful.

Loved the user friendly and simple interface of the website. Customer service was quick and responsive. The tax-free address is a big plus if non-UK resident. The service allows you to consolidate packages saving delivery charges. Overall a highly positive experience.
1) other competitors (MyUS) provide few basic picture showing package (prior opening, to assess transport and eventually claim) and content (to assess completion). This allows to immediately contact the sender and take an action in case required, leaving no responsibilities to F2me, where I have to wait item is shipped to me
2) I regret that information over individual packages dispappears once shipped from F2me. There is still a summary available, with some items details (weight. dimension, category) but there is not anymore on some other (origin, tracking number, sender details)
