Terrible customer service. Replies to e-mail without answering to anything, and ignores their one "worst price" promise for shipping. Will never use them again.

The service is reliable and straightforward at the USA warehouse, and although some fees may be a little high at times they are clearly stated. The chosen shipping service requested some information but Nica at the warehouse informed me about it to avoid delays.

U.a. ein Ultraschallgerät wurde via ebay gekauft - und da der Verkäufer nicht direkt nach Deutschland sendet wurde der Weg über forward2me (USA) gewählt. Mit 2 Tagen Verzögerung (im Vergleich zum direkten tracking) wurde der Wareneingang bestätigt. Dann wurde das Gerät aus unerfindlichen Gründen als 'medication' deklariert. Und bei medication da gibt es leider Sonderbestimmungen fürs shipping. Man solle sich mit dem Service in Verbindung setzen. KI-chat der bekannte völlig unbrauchbare Infokanal. 3 eMails ohne response. Ware hängt dort nun fest.
Bei anderen Artikeln wird keine bezahlbare Zollabwicklung angeboten. 40 % vom Warenwert sollten da bezahlt werden. Auch eine Warenversicherung ist unverschämt teuer.
Fazit unbrauchbarer Service! All die tollen Bewertungen sicher nicht forward2me USA - denn das ist schlicht unbrauchbar.

21€ de frais de douane supplémentaire dela part d'UPS, ça pique un peu mais je m'y attendais.
Sinon le calculateur de prix de livraison sur le site est 100% correct. Le service client est réactif. 22£ pour envoyer mon colis, reçu 2j après comme convenu. Je recommande cette entreprise.

Helpful and very responsive staff. My parcel was repackaged like an armor and was shipped very quickly. The website can be updated and the process more intuitive. I took a star out only for the pricing. There are additional 20% GST (goods+services) for imports from Europe to Australia, which is probably out of their control.

I am in my 2nd year using Forward2me, shipping from Japan to the UK around 6 times per year. I had so much trouble getting Weverse to accept the new address but thankfully the wonderful Aimee has sorted it for me. We exchanged multiple emails with website screenshots to sort the issue, Aimee replied so quickly and we found a solution so I can still ship from Weverse. After some very good experiences, I now have all my orders in the UK and the US delivered to Germany by Forward2me. Everything runs very smoothly and without any problems.
However, last time there were issues with customs clearance here in Germany. Joyce from the Forward2me team in Preston UK informed me straight away. The problem was then quickly resolved and the package has arrived with only a few days delay.

I purchase a gaming laptop on ebay. At the time it arrived at my forward2me USA warehouse address I had to confirm it was mine by providing the tracking number, name of item bought and invoice details. Dealing with customer support I got in contact with a lady named "Honey". Surprisingly my parcel was confirmed, repackage and shipped the same day. However my biggest takeaway was the shipping cost which was reasonable. In the end I finally got my laptop and in perfect condition.

I was assisted by Wens from UK warehouse who guided me on how to proceed with the activation of combine and repack process. It turned out that I had to choose the shipping option as well, which I didn't do at first.

Their online system for consolidating packages is not intuitive, or is misleading; not intentionally so, but by a confusing design. So too, their system for uploading supporting invoices for customs declarations. They take zero responsibility for any of it. Twice I wrote to their warehouse asking for assistance and both times the answers I received did nothing to clarify how to proceed. Again, not by bad intention, not because they're dishonest. Their system simply needs to be improved. I have used more than a dozen different forward shippers over the past 15 years and have never once had these problems. They take no responsibility for any of it. Done with them.
Their response to this so unbelievably patronizing and disingenuous, explaining to me obvious things about customs duties. In the lead-up to sending this shipment, I had contacted their customer service department twice because their system for pairing an invoice with a particular item was so difficult to unravel. Neither of their responses helped in the least. I gave up on it.
The other thing to know is that I wrote them before I posted my review. There are so many ways they could have handled this, but their attitude is apparently "we're absolutely perfect and have designed a perfect system. Any mistakes could only be your own and now we're going to publicly lecture you on how customs works." Do not use them. There are other forward shippers out there that treat their customers with respect.
