Ordered from a UK vendor who wouldn't ship to US so opened an account with forward2 me. It shipped from vendor on Thursday to Preston and got opened, inspected and reshipped FedEx express and was here in Los Angeles on Monday lunch time. 6,000 miles in 5 days total. They have an assortment of shipping options from cheap to expensive. Would use them again for sure.

I have used forward to me again and again because I know I am in extremely trustworthy and efficient hands. The customer service team in particular needs special recognition. If something goes wrong or I need extra help or have a special request, they have always been kind, efficient, intelligent in their response and flexible - Aimee, Chris, Nico, Anna and others, they are all helpful and on top of things. Being an expat in Europe, having a great forwarding company makes life that little bit better and forward2me in my experience is one of the best. (Would also shout out to DHL for the actual shipping who at least in my region are way better than the competitors).

I unknowingly ordered an item from the UK during a tumultuous time. Royal Mail employees were striking, and Royal Mail had a cyber attack. Sadly, this was the option I picked for shipping to my destination country. I took a month and a half for my parcel to move to a distribution center and a further month for the parcel to arrive in my country.
During my frustration throughout this process. The customer services representative I was in communication with (Nica) was more than understanding and patient with me. Supplying me with updates and information. Nica is certainly an asset to Forword2me. A pleasure to deal with, answering all my questions and concerns.

My grandchildren are crazy about tonies, a screen free entertainment system. I had purchased all those available in the US, but wanted the tonies sold in the UK. The tonies site in the UK does not ship to the US. I used forward2me to purchase the UK tonies. I was a bit scared to try it, but it worked perfectly! Great communication, options and speed. I ordered several things with AAA batteries that needed special handling. They replied to email support within a few hours each time and got me my shipment via DHL which could comply with dangerous goods regulations. Really happy with forward2me. Showed steps in the process (like where my package was in the queue to be repackaged) and sent frequent emails on the state of my package. Clean and efficient process. The repackaging kept my stuff safe and compact! Would definitely use this service again when looking to get things overseas.
It is very nice to receive updates - from the moment your package/order arrives to your temporary "address" and to the moment you can choose your shipping company.
I will definitely use Forward2Me again :) !
