I unknowingly ordered an item from the UK during a tumultuous time. Royal Mail employees were striking, and Royal Mail had a cyber attack. Sadly, this was the option I picked for shipping to my destination country. I took a month and a half for my parcel to move to a distribution center and a further month for the parcel to arrive in my country.
During my frustration throughout this process. The customer services representative I was in communication with (Nica) was more than understanding and patient with me. Supplying me with updates and information. Nica is certainly an asset to Forword2me. A pleasure to deal with, answering all my questions and concerns.

My grandchildren are crazy about tonies, a screen free entertainment system. I had purchased all those available in the US, but wanted the tonies sold in the UK. The tonies site in the UK does not ship to the US. I used forward2me to purchase the UK tonies. I was a bit scared to try it, but it worked perfectly! Great communication, options and speed. I have now used forward2me twice. I am very happy with the service and the ability to shop internationally. Don't be afraid. Try it!

I ordered several things with AAA batteries that needed special handling. They replied to email support within a few hours each time and got me my shipment via DHL which could comply with dangerous goods regulations. It took less time for me to get my packages forwarded than it did waiting for all my packages to arrive.

Really happy with forward2me. Showed steps in the process (like where my package was in the queue to be repackaged) and sent frequent emails on the state of my package. Clean and efficient process. I originally signed up with MY US and they gave me the address of forward to me while my account was still being set up, after using the address, MY US could not find my parcel or tell me anything about what was going on with it. I thought I had lost it. So I signed up to forward to me online and discussed what I had done with a very helpful lady, sent through proof of purchases etc and they were able to quickly locate my package and it was showing in my account the next day. Forward to me really have their stuff together, I was surprised how quickly and easily they were able to track my item down. I was dreading that it might be misplaced or lost along the way because I didn't have an official account with them, but nope, it was so easy and straight forward, I can't say enough nice things about this company. Will 100% be using them again when I need any other items sent from the UK.

Very good service for overseas customers.
Excellent response to queries - Aimee was very helpful. Reasonable price, fast shipping and the package arrived as expected.
However, it is worth noting that the shipping price calculator does not include VAT, therefore the real price is always higher than the estimation.
