Terrible website UX and workflows, which all result in a confusing and totally non-intuitive process for customers. And the so called help-desk/support team were distinctly non-helpful, often not responding to email queries for days on end, thus requiring resubmission of the request through the support portal ... and to top it off, multiple staff showed a distinct lack of comprehension of even basic written English. This is a business based in the UK, surely there are plenty available who comprehend the contemporary written language of Britannia to staff the support/help-desk.

The 'personal shopper' service is useful if suppliers/vendors won't ship items directly to your country, but Forward2Me's shipping rates even after consolidating your package/s into the smallest volumetric size are outrageously overpriced and non-competitive compared to other UK forwarders - one is led to surmise rate padding to increase margins is the cause.

I definitely won't use this service again, and advise others to look elsewhere for their purchasing and freight forwarding needs if one does not wish to be put through an asinine user experience, and at the end of it all get ripped off on the overseas shipping charge.

Overall an outstanding ship forwarder. Opens doors to many markets for me. When repacking packages, it would be even better for your UK office to keep all the product documentations for customer, just like your Japan office does.

I am sorry to hear this.

All documentation that is included within packages should be retained and carried over during repacks unless otherwise requested by our customers'.

Sometimes senders do not provide purchase documentation or receipts in the original packages with the orders and provide the purchase documents to the buyer via email instead.

However it is also possible that the repack team had failed to retain all of the original documentation during the repack service for your packages on this occasion.

If this was the case then we sincerely apologize for this error and for any inconveninece this has caused you.

Our Tax Free warehouse have been made aware of this potential error and they will ensure all purchase documents are being retained and carried over during repacks every time going forward.

I’ve been looking for a way to purchase some items from the UK, that are unavailable for sale in the US, for some time. A quick Google search turned up the Forward2Me service. After looking into their process, and reading reviews, I decided to give their services a shot. From giving me my own UK ship to address so I could place the order, to receiving and repacking, to the super reasonable FedEx rates to me in the US, Forward2Me delivered, and delivered very well!

This was my first time using their services, and I certainly feel this is s wonderful start to a long relationship ahead.

Requesting consolidation won’t actually consolidate your packages - most if the time they claim there is no point in consolidating and auto cancel the request, even though 10 boxes can be made into two.
They don’t package your goods properly, most of my stuff was damaged in transit because of the poor packaging.

I’m really happy I found forward2me. My seller wouldn’t ship to the U.K. and getting the parcel sent to Germany and shipped on to me by forward2me couldn’t have been easier. I was kept informed at every step of the way and customer service were great at responding to a new user’s many questions.
The shipping rates were consistent with what I would have paid to fedex to send the parcel from Netherlands direct to U.K. which I think is great value! It was exactly in line with the estimate too.
My items arrived swiftly (despite various fedex delays, 5 days instead of the quoted 2). My only comment is that on the commercial paperwork my items were incorrectly itemised as ladies’ clothes (they were for children). This could have made the goods VAT chargeable instead of zero rated but luckily as it was below the threshold none was charged.

Great service. Never had an issue with any of the services proposed. Don' t get me wrong... Its expensive to ship to my country. I do recommend them to find a solution for smaller packages as most of the time prices seem too much for a package if a few grams. Other than that i am satisfied with services and interactions with the staff also. Cheers guys.

I would recommend forward2me. I have a fantastic book about the abacus that I wouldn’t be able to obtain because the seller wouldn’t ship outside of Japan. I have not seen this book anywhere else. I now am motivated to learn the Japanese language. I’ll start with OCR/machine translation but I really am interested to learn at least reading and writing. This would not be except for forward2me. One more comment. The book arrived FAST. I am pleased.

I was super worried at first since what I had ordered was a pre-order that was a long way out, and making sure I'd be on top of everything, being unsure how it would 100% get to the right place and attributed to me. I had some contact with customer service and they explained fully how it would be under my account, and when my package showed up it was super easy to get everything on it's way to me! Very happy with the ease of it all and the low fees for a proxy service!

I can see that your package was marked as requiring a a combine and repack service prior to shipping. The concept of the combine and repack service would usually refer to removing or reducing as much unnecessary excess space or voids in order to consolidate as many times together as one piece to reduce as much volumetric weight as possible but this would be dependant on the type of items being repacked. Because your package was containing fragile car parts your package would have been assessed and carried for safety purposes rather than to reduce excess volume and this does not always guarantee potential savings on the original shipping costs. Furthermore because you had chosen the FedEx courier service for the combine and repack service from your account this would have been the only available courier service for you to select from your account at shipping stage although we do have the ability to open up the courier options after a repack has been completed by request.

We had managed to reduce the overall chargeable weight of your package by 1.02 kg which lowered the original shipping price with FedEx for your package by almost GBP 6.00.

We must make you aware that we will always assess packages for repack for safety as well as volume for onwards shipping and we cannot not make any guarantees that a combine and repack service will always assist with reducing the overall chargeable weight for the shipping price.

We are sorry that you feel dissatisfied with the total shipping price paid.

The Australian Government introduced the charge of GST(Goods and Service Tax) on 1st July 2018.
We therefore need to charge 10% GST on all goods with a value of $1000 Australian dollars or less being shipped via our services and 10% on the shipping service provided. Shipments over the value of $1000 will be charged on import at the Australian border.

If you are already a registered Australian Business account holder which is approved for GST, you can register this account number on your forward2me profile and GST will not be charged on shipping via your forward2me account. The transaction will need to be declared during your usual return to the Australian Tax Office. We have to recover GST for the Australian Government on all shipments less than $1000 AUD if not GST registered, this a mandatory requirement for us as a forwarding agency and because we are offering shipping services to Australia and our revenue for shipments to customers' in Australia being over the maximum stated threshold we have to be GST registered.

Without an excellent package forwarding company, in this post pandemic era, it is nearly impossible to get goods from overseas. Forward2Me is reliable, fast, reasonable, I already had several packages ranged from 10$ to 1000$+ value sent over via F2M. I'm now here writing this review to support good business.

Well are predefined actions. Site dosent have good support, some options that dosent exist are not good for reputation. They was added, permanently I think.

Staff that are customer support are very competent and polite.

Very big minus is that ordinary mail cannot be used.

Bad services , late response and lack of management. I had to contact them for every single step , the shipment delivery as they did not notice that they receive the order until I told them and the payment process is another complicated story. I couldn’t pay for shipping the order to my country. Their system didn’t accept my attempts on applpay , credit card and PayPal. It seems that it is meant to create the payment issues so the shipment will last for more that 30 days in their stores to charge me on the extra days! I really don’t recommend you to try this company !

I purchased a number of items off eBay, from sellers in the UK. Over about a month long period, all 20-odd of my purchases went to Forward2me. I subsequently made a shipping order, and my parcel arrived to me here in New Zealand, a week or so later. Every single purchase I'd made was in there. Great service, and good communication from the staff at Forward2me.

The service is good. However, I some of the rules aren't. It is legal to send fur through the mail but forward2me doesn't allow it. I didn't know it and, since I do not know anybody in the Uk and the seller doesn't accept returns, I had to trow a very nice fox coat to the waste basket.

Your package was held in review from your account due to us not being able to ship it as it contained a real fur coat. One of my customer experience agents had been in regular contact with you trying to assist you with a return service or with shipping the fur coat to an alternative UK address. Unfortunately we are not authorized to ship any types of real animal skins or furs of any kind internationally. Please refer to our prohibited items page on our website to view all of the information regarding goods that are prohibited to us for shipping and where it clearly states 'Furs' under section 17.3.24.

I am sorry that you feel dissatisfied with the shipping rates. I can see you have processed 4 shipments through our service from both our UK and EU warehouse.

Our shipping rates for each of our warehouses are reviewed each year, with each of the courier services, to make them as cost effective as possible based on the volume of packages that we receive and we do also apply our service charge to the overall shipping prices, with the couriers, as a percentage.
Please be aware that it is a service that you are paying for through our company as well as shipping.

I have done some calculations and I do not feel we would have been able to successfully save you further costs on shipping if you had requested a combine and repack service for your 7 packages as one piece because the additional repack charges would have caused an unnecessary further increase with your final shipping costs. I can see that the shipping cost with DHL Economy for your 7 packages had been based on the total dimensional weight/size of the 7 packages as a multi piece shipment at 10.20 kg rather than the actual combined weight of the goods 4.01 kg. If you had chosen to repack your goods into one single piece we may have been able to save you approximately EUR 10.00 on the original DHL shipping price initially but this would be excluding the additional EUR 14.00 repack charges that would have been added on top. Repacking your goods into fewer or smaller packages or as one piece can sometimes be more economic and eliminate the risk of individual boxes going missing but it is not always guaranteed that a combine and repack/reduction service will provide sufficient cost savings on the original shipping price with the courier. We feel you were provided with the most cost effective courier shipping option for your goods from our EU warehouse.

I'm writing this review to support good business. Forward2Me enables and provides intercontinental package forwarding service that is reliable, fast, reasonable, I had done several runs already with their help during past years. Every time I need goods from overseas I order the product and have it be sent to Forward2Me and they handle the sorting/shipping. Without a good forwarding company, buying things from other country is very difficult because the issue of international shipping.

I love using Forward2Me service. The company is such a great and helpful service for me to get order from over sea to the US. The staffs is very professional and helpful.
Out of all the forwarding services I have not found any better then Forward2me.
My only disappointment though no fault of anyone is the forwarding service. Getting order from Europe to USA my only option is DHL which can be a little expensive, I only wish there’s a few more different options.

Definitively my worst shipping experience.
My parcel has been shipped on 14th july, and we are 5th September, still waiting for a solution...
I received a damaged parcel on 25th by chronospot. I reported the parcel has been damaged, but the delivery man refused I opened it to check its content.
The most important piece was missing. In fact the parcel has been opened by custom, few days later I was asked to pay a tax to custom.
I paid the tax the 29th july.
Since then, I wait for my parcel. I spent HOURS on the phone with both chronopost and DPD. All of them rejecting their fault.
So now (5th September), I think my parcel is lost, but for DPD it is normal. I paid for the sipping and extra taxes, all of this for NOTHING.
Avoid this company and avoid DPD.
