There were problems with the address being accepted. The service was expensive but it was very good and my item arrived fast and in great condition.
My only other complaint is not being able to contact the company by phone although the email responses from real people at the company were fast and very helpful. Their excellent email responses were the main reason I was persuaded to use it.
Please could they sort out the address problems. I have already recommended forward2me to friends.

One gripe is the cost of sending everything DHL which is very expensive, why cant it be sent Data post to cut costs?

Thanks for the feedback. We do use DHL Express for delivery which can be more expensive in some circumstances - e.g. very small or low value items. The reasons we use this DHL are the level of service, tracking and insurance. Using the postal network provides none of these.<br/><br/>In future we plan to allow the customer to select the level of service they require for each package via our website. In the mean time we recommend you consolidate packages or let us know if something is of very low value and we'll check if any alternatives are possible.

I really think it's great we have the opportunity to shop products from UK. However, I think the fees are much over the logical! I paid for a bikini 26 pounds!!!
Thanks for the feedback - we really appreciate it as it helps us determine where we need to improve things.<br/><br/>We understand how the pricing can be prohibitive for very small or low value items. We are working to introduce a new service to cover items up to 2kg - which would definitely cover a bikini. We hope to have this in place for the summer.<br/><br/>In the mean time one way to try and deal with this is to consolidate - e.g. receive 4 or 5 items at forward2me and then have us put them into a single shipment for you. This proves very cost effective in nearly every situation because the cost of a 5kg package is massively smaller than 5 separate 1kg shipments.
