This is the first time using this kind of service.
Everything is prompt, from customer service to actual delivery.
The only thing that is missing is the actual shoe box, but how can I complain when I got the shoes that I wanted so badly, in perfect condition.

used the service for the first time as I was fed up with suppliers being unable to deliver to the Isle of Man.
The sign up was easy and simple and an hour later i was able to order my product with my new UK address. Ordering gifts and supplies Christmas 2012 just looks a lot brighter already!!

No problems, reliable and fast. Cheaper shipping options would help to increase use. Sometimes just too expensive to use.

I live in the US and wanted a product apparently only available for sale in the UK. Thanks for Forward2me I have the item - a unique backpack (wearbodykit.com). Everything was painless. F2M even placed the order for me, no drama whatsoever. They are legit and highly recommended. They charge a reasonable fee but if you need your item it's definitely worth the cost. Thank you!

however we did find it very expensive indeed it works out double cost for us then say to get somebody we know to post for us. We just did not want to have the hassle of having to bother anybody to post stuff for us. and be able to use a service like yourself. I think concept good but costing poor

The packaging was good, as well as communication. All of the process was concise and to the point. I would have only suggested that there be more (cheaper) shipping options available as sometimes, I'm not in such a hurry to warrant usage of a DHL Express service.

I have used 2 others UK Mail Forwarding services before finding these guys. They were not only extremely helpful with a certain forwarding issue I had but were also very friendly (which I have learned one shouldn't take for granted)
Through the month I am using their service (I use it on weekly basis) there is nothing I can say but good words I can say.
In short, this is simply the best mail forwarding service out there. Period. nothing coming close.
