Everything went smoothly and effortlessly. My package arrived at Forward2me within a week of ordering, and it only took 2 days to get from the UK to Canada. Shipping charges and duty weren't as bad as I thought, and the amount owing to Forward2me was easily paid through paypal. As long as I'm ordering anything out of the UK who can't ship to Canada, I will definitely be using them. I was provided a tracking number and could track my package the entire time to make sure everything was going okay.

I am not sure if it is possible, but I would appreciate if my e.mail invoice (prior to forwarding my parcel(s) would include itemized costings - e.g. The cost of the Shipment service and a separate cost that goes to your service and other costs if any. The service they provided me with, particularly with my slightly unusual situation was simply excellent. However, I was left very surprised by the shipping costs due to the 'volumetric' calculation used. I think forward2me could do a better job of explaining this concept in their FAQ as I certainly wasn't ordering a pillow so didn't expect it to be relevant to me.
