"forward2me" seemed to be the most reliable forwarding service and as a result it turned to be really so.
They noticed me when my parcel arrived and quickly shipped it. Via DHL, parcel reached to me the next day.
Of course I was aware of its prices but anyhow I think that their prices are way too high.
It would be better if they had an option to send the parcels via Royal Mail Airmail Small Packet.

The easy of ordering and the speed of delivery was exceptional. In my circumstance it did end up costing more for personal shopping/postage than the product itself however as I am unable to buy directly from my chosen website I was aware that this might be the case,and is obviously not the fault of forward2me.
I would definitely use them again and do recommend them :)

Excellent service & communication and extremely fast delivery. However I feel I was overcharged for shipping via DHL - package was stated to weigh 1.6 kg, though in fact it weighed less than 1 kg. Next time I will try out your standard shipping service :)

The shipping costs are worked out on the the volumetric weight of the parcel, ie the amount of space the parcel takes up instead of the actual weight which is why you have been charged for the 1.6kg. I was very disappointed that no choice was offered for mailing on my package. Only a courier service was offered, and this was exorbitant for a parcel that was very light (though reasonably priced for a courier service). I frequently use parcel forwarding from the US and a variety of methods of transport (and price) are offered which is much better for me. The service itself in getting the package into the courier was efficient.

We can offer to ship parcels through other services however at this time of year it's best to ship with a courier service to ensure that your parcel reaches you in good time. We're looking at improving the shipping options which we offer our customers on our website but as a relatively young company we haven't quite got there yet. I find the fees quite expensive. 30£ to Greece when I get almost free delivery by most uk stores that've deliver in Greece. However, you are fast, kind and good in communication & customer service.

You charged me 9 sterling for a small leapfrog game which cost me 15 sterling. too much!!!

Unfortunately our pricing is linked to the underlying cost of providing the service rather than the cost of the goods you have purchased, which is outside our control. This means each customer needs to determine the value of the service to them in the context of the item being purchased. To provide an example, the cost for us to ship a Rubix Cube (cost ~£10) is the same as the cost to ship an iPhone 5 (cost around ~£500). For most people shipping an iPhone 5 with our service will represent excellent value but, in the case of the Rubix Cube, some customers will decide it's not good value. Of those customers, many choose to consolidate multiple items into a single shipment in order to improve the value of the overall shipment but fundamentally the determination of value is with each customer for each shipment. In order to provide the service we have to open every package we receive to determine nothing illegal or prohibited is being shipped. We have to generate export paperwork. We have to pay the courier and we have to pay our staff a fair wage. However, if you are able to provide us with the details of a lower priced equivalent service, we will happily refund the difference.

I am happy with the overall service. Just one area about repack. I found that parcels received have been repacked more than one time. And I was charged the packing fee twice. It would be better to repack only when client's request received.

James, Let me re-phrase it. I was charged the consolidation fee twice. 12gbp for a total of 4 parcels. The consolidation fee I was told was 6 GBP for the first 6 parcels and then 1 GBP for each subsequent parcels. What concerns me more is the procedure. It seems that the first consolidation was for the 1st and 2nd parcel without my request. And it was then consolidate with the 3rd and 4th under my request. I just want to make sure that no consolidation should be carried out without client's request. Because you wouldn't know how many parcel will be received. And how the client wants to consolidate them as some items may be too heavy and can't be packed together with fragile items. I understand that the consolidation service is still an ad-hoc service. Appreciate your help. Please review the case and address these issues for future. Thank you

You tried to find the most inexpensive transportation for me, which I thought was very impressive. Unfortunately, as you shipped by mail, I then had to pay customs fees on the postage as well (as it rates as a service), so that in the end transport turned out to be more expensive than it would have been otherwise. But I appreciate your effort.
