Thanks for providing specific feedback. We are looking into a photo/scanning approach to provide customers with maximum possible detail on goods arriving with us. If we move ahead with this we need to be careful that it doesn't impact our costs in a meaningful way as ultimately it would need to be passed on to the customer.<br/><br/>Totally agree we need to allow the customer to select specific packages to consolidate and then select a shipping method. We have developers working on this and will hopefully be able to deliver something later in 2013.

Good service, but postage rates are very expensive. Efficinet service and fast postage with the option i chose (two options only one expensing, one a tiny bit less) but a lot more than regular postage. Not sure I will use the service again.

Many thanks for taking the time to provide feedback - your comments are important to us.<br/><br/>We are pleased that you are happy with our services but would like to offer some help on your comments on the 4th shipment.<br/><br/>I'm wondering if this was something large but very light, maybe a quilt for the bed...our couriers pricing is defined using the volumetric weight of the parcel i.e. the amount of space that the item takes up on the aeroplane. We have now purchased a vacuum packer for this particular circumstance, for those customers who would like us to use it, which should help to reduce shipping costs.<br/><br/>In this particular instance, if you know you are purchasing a few things, just let us know and we can wait until they all arrive and consolidate for you, shipping them all together. This again helps reduce those shipping costs.<br/><br/>We hope you will continue to use forward2me. In the meantime have a great week.<br/><br/>Kind Regards,<br/><br/>Janet.

I live in New York and was interested in a baby theme only available in the UK. Forward2Me was the perfect solution because in order to make purchases on the UK websites, I needed a UK address. I ordered four separate shipments, that were forwarded to me via this site. Three of the four were very reasonable, in my opinion. One of them was expensive I thought. Overall, I am satisfied with the service.

First time user and very satisfied with this great, fast and effective service. Quite happy that I can now bid on hard-to-find eBay items exclusive to the UK, whereas before I was completely reliant upon the varying whims and sympathies of the seller. The shipping price offered was reasonable enough, considering the lack of alternatives, and delivery to me here in Canada was both fast and efficient. Would definitely recommend Forward2Me to anyone else interested in a similar type of service, as they take all of the worry out of what would otherwise be a logistical pain in the neck.
