This is the second time I've used this service, and it's even better! I ordered some items that do not ship to the US, they received them and repacked into one box before shipping! Good tracking, fast ship time. Also great communication, emails and pics of your items. Highly recommend.

I was really hesitant about using this service. I live in the US and was looking for an item that was no longer in stock here. I could order it from the UK based store but they wouldn't deliver it internationally. Determined to figure it out, I did a google search to see how I could get the item delivered somewhere in the UK and then sent to me here. That's how I found forward2me. I looked at a bunch of sites and finally decided to go with this one.
Once my item arrived, I received a message (with photo) from the carrier to show that it was delivered to Forward2Me. It sat in the warehouse for days without any update to my account. I finally reached out to see what was going on. Aimee was WONDERFUL! She let me know that she would put a search out for it and stayed in constant communication with me until it was located and my account updated. I really appreciate her GREAT customer service.
Shipping cost more and took longer than I expected but overall, the process worked and I received my item today. It was well packaged and wrapped in tape to ensure it made it to me safely. If you are on the fence about whether or not to use a package forwarding service, I can assure you that this one works. Pack your patience and pay for the extra insurance... then, enjoy your item!

First selection of GLS for delivery was a mistake. They took my package, stuck it in a warehouse in Poland and did not deliver to me, with no explanation. After complaints from Forward2me, they returned it, and this time I chose DHL, who delivered efficiently with no issues.

I have used forward to me twice now from my purchases from the UK to the US and both times have been very smooth. My packages have not been damaged and both times I received my packages before the time frame they originally gave me and I am very grateful and amazed. I have been using this service for 2 years and although postage from UK to Australia since covid has been crazy expensive, being able to combine my postage and repack items does make it lighter on the hip pocket. I was worried about my items going missing when I started using this service, but they have proven time and again how honest they are and very thorough in making sure each item is what was ordered to ensure all items are in the box for the trip back to Aus. You can save money by not letting your items go longer than 30 days in storage as you start getting charged £0.5 a day, also repacking items so your over all weight is not to big (carriers charge by weight) or price of items too much (gst will be added, keep in mind). Over all if you are Aussie and want to try out buying in UK, definitely a good service.

The service was really fast and efficient. I have no complaints there. I just wish that the calculator tool was better at accurately assessing what the item would cost to ship. I was close on the weight of a pair of pants, and entered the information as best I could- accounting for Forward2Me's origin location and my destination but shipping was about ~$40 more than I anticipated due to the quote. Not a huge deal for an item I couldn't obtain any other way, but it would have been nice if the calculator would have accurately sorted what options were really available to me. This was my first time using a service like this, so there was a bit of "sticker shock" when I saw the final amount, but not sure what could be done there. In any event, be prepared to spend a little more that the quote says. No complaints about their turnaround time. I have items shipped to me from nearby that took longer to arrive, so 5 out of 5 for ship speed and packaging. They at least shipped the pants in a manner that didn't unnecessarily add weight and cost. Item arrived perfectly!

This isn't cheap but its very very convenient. Ordered shoes from Spain which didnt ship to the UK so send them to the forward 2 me Germany addressed. Was updated promptly when it was received and a few clicks later it was on its way. Courier attempted delivery yesterday which was quicker than expected and looking forward to receiving the item today.

I needed something that could only be bought on ebay in the UK and the seller did not ship internationally. I was informed of this service which while free upfront, ended up costing an exorbitant amount to ship if I wanted tracked and insured shipping (which FedEx offers at £2 above the cost to ship but Forward2me charged an extra £20 to add on top of the £48 cost to ship so £68 and I got my item but they didnt put "fragile" on the package they shipped limed the original shipper did so my packaged came smashed up. Thankfully with minimal (but still some) damage to my merchandise. Overall I am happy to finally get the item but feel ripped off by the price vs. Service ratio!

I had been trying to get a specific pair of gloves for months in the US, Forward2Me allowed me to purchase online and ship to one of their warehouses (for a shop that wouldn't ship internationally).
Forward2Me alerted me when they got the package, let me know the place in Queue I was to repack/ship, and got it to my door in the US from the UK within a week of purchase.
Awesome service, definitely will use again.

I just recently started using Forward2Me as my main reshipping service and my experience thus far has been exceptional. I get my packages in a timely manner, undamaged and packed properly. The shipping fees are also reasonable and they offer package protection for the declared value of your items. Highly recommend!

This is a really great service, wish I would've signed up years go. I use this service to purchase sneakers that I can't get within the US. Don't understand why one pair of shoes would be put into the Combine and Repack process. I understand the intent to save the customer a few bucks on shipping, but please understand some customers value speed over cost savings. I have no desire for my package to go through this process and have to wait until 1,200 other packages are repacked before mine (this is based off of an update email I received for where my package was in line). It only happened on the first order I placed, since then, all other orders went straight to the Ship Now process.
Yes, shipping does seem to be a bit high, but what isn't expensive these days, especially shipping something internationally. All in all, it's a great service and when I do have a concern customer service is quick to respond.
