Proactive customer service. I felt that there was a "Team" behind each customer service email. Consolidation of my packages are carefully wrapped with bubble sheet + extra paper to fill out the gaps in the carton to ensure extra security while shipping. I feel I get what I paid for. Well done FW2Me!

This is my first time so surely lot of thing haven't been tested and there would be other I don't even know about.
But my experience was really good, all was managed fast and correctly.
I also had a small problem with the delivery "to" forward2me (so nothing to do with them) and they took care of this too,
not much they could do about but a frequent and clear update of the status and they helped keeping my mind relaxed.
I'd surely suggest to use their service if someone will ask about.
Back next time.

it is a very good and usefull service..the item was forwarded instantly once arrived at their facilities and arrived to me within 24 hours.. if they could reduce a little further the cost it would be great!!

Very fast forwarding delivery via DHL to Finland. The price was as estimated already on forward2me homepages, so there were no surprises with the cost of the service. This was the only way to get a box of sold-out CDs with a reasonable price, so I'm very satisfied.

When my parcel arrived for redirection at Forward2me, I was informed immediately by email. When my payment was sent on a Friday to England, my parcel was despatched the same day, and I received it 10.30 am Monday morning, delivered to my door in Australia. Then a follow up email to see if everything was ok .I was most impressed.

Well packed( no bigger scratches), quickly handed over to DHL, acceptable transit time (3-4 business days).
Used them many times before, and will do so again, since they are reliable, uses a good shipping service, and helpful via e-mail in truly short time if you need to contact them:)

I tried forward2me for the first time in February of this year.
Unfortunately I was very disappointed with the service that I received doubt I will use them again in future. I definitely will not be recommending them.
They were unable to ship health (over the counter vitamins) and hair products that I ordered. It is not clearly stated on their website or a least I didn't see this. Forward2me then made me find a secondary address in the UK to ship to. And at my cost! So I had to pay for my products to be shipped to forward2me, then pay forward2me to ship to the secondary address and finally pay for my things to be shipped from the secondary address to Malaysia! Ridiculous. I still have not received my package....

Second time I've used them. Hassle free and pretty good turnaround time (1 day).
