Service is excellent.. fast turn around.. nice, friendly and responsive staff.. Prices however are a little high when i compare to my US freight forward service, plus the disparity between different courier service options.

Delivery service is reliable, but the cost of delivery is way too expensive than the market rate. Cost of delivery is not competitive enough.

I can wholeheartedly recommend forward2me as both a personal shopper and forwarding service! We needed to buy curtains for our nursery, and the UK-based site not only wouldn't ship to the US but would not take a US-based form of payment. Forward2me answered my questions via email promptly and kept me informed at every step of the way. The entire process was efficient, trustworthy, and fast as well. Use them, you can't go wrong.

Took only 3 working days to receive my items...the staff communicated to me at all times when I had to consolidate all my packages. Brilliant! Now I can confidently buy stuff in the UK I previously could not.

Very good service....
maybe a little bit expensive: although my parcel was very light and not so big, the transportation costed as much as the price of the items in it !
An idea to enhance it: have a system to be notified by Push notification (iphone) instead of only email.

Could be cheaper, and I don't know what the joining fee paid for, but overall I was very happy with the service. Delivery time to Australia was excellent.

Package arrived very quickly. I am very happy with the sevice Forward2me provides. My only complaint is with DHL who delivered my parcel. They delivered it to the wrong building to someone I did not know. This person signed for the package and DHL recorded it as me signing on their tracking site. Luckily the lady who signed for my goods was honest and got them to me. I contacted DHL about this but they did not respond.

service is expensive
did not receive full parcel, no attempts were made by your company to contact sender. Sender insisted sending two items in the package and your company insisted in receiving one.
when sent to me by royal mail i received what was left of the parcel with slight damage

I understand, however, perhaps you could offer other alternatives, which are not for example premium. <br/><br/>Items arrive within 48 hours, however I would be willing to pay less and have them arrive in 4 days for example.<br/><br/>Thanks!

The only service was quick and easy. I will definitely be using it again in the future. The only negative I had was the Dhl delivery person stated it had been signed for in the tracking process when it had not been, it had been left under the doormat. However I understand this is not forward2me's fault.

Pretty much one of the first few people to get there hands on an iPhone 5 in Malta thanks to Forward2Me. Very quick delivery (overnight) but could lower the prices just a bit, but otherwise they're just Amazing. Thanks

I've received my package in perfect contition in a reasonable time... for a very unreasonable amount of money. Way too expensive, won't repeat the mistake. Should also start a forum to let peple know before they adventure themselves, their postage is usually 3x more expensive than your items! Bad.

Good service but the price-ing could have been clearer. I forgot to ask specially how much Consolidating my goods would be. It would have been a better service to let me know that it costs additionally.
