There are separate costs for the Personal Shopper service which is described here when you submit the detail for the purchase https://www.forward2me.com/personal-shopper/new<br/>It is also detailed again when you receive the invoice for this service.<br/>A good example is going into a restaurant for a meal; you order your main course and then you decide to have a dessert. That additional dessert needs to be paid for.<br/>If at any stage during the process you were not happy with the price or service that we were offering there are lots of opportunities not to continue with the transaction/to contact us.<br/>One quick tip for next time - it's always more cost effective to purchase more than 1 item in relation to the personal shopper service and the shipping service.<br/><br/>We're sorry that you didn't receive your tracking number, we'll investigate that and identify what didn't go quite right.<br/>This platform 'feefo independent reviews' tells us that 98% of our customers are happy with our services.<br/><br/>Hope this all helps and that you will continue to use forward2me.<br/><br/>Kind Regards,<br/><br/>Janet Grundy<br/>Director.<br/><br/>Janet Grundy<br/>Director.

Fees + shipping turned out twice as high as I had anticipated, and twice as high as the calculator on their website said they would be. I did have to use the Personal Shopping service though (which isn't included in the calculator -- please add that to the calculator as an option too!) because the website I was buying from didn't accept international Credit Cards, but I didn't expect it would cost that much extra for a simple one item order!
Delivery speed and communication were fine though (although I never got a tracking number), but I'm unlikely to use this service again in the future.

The last two times i used forward2me, they added a very small gift in the packaging (eg. a small chocolate egg, as it was easter time). That small gesture was highly appreciated. However, they did not include any kind of similar suprise this time. So thumbs down for that....
Just kidding. They are excellent all over the place. Responding fast in any query and are showing honest interest in any problems you might have with your purchase. Remember to always allow them to repackage your stuff. They do it very well, so i suppose they must be very good Tetris players!

I'm a big disappointed at how high the fees are. The concept is great, but the cost of the service is pretty steep. The packages do arrive quickly, but I feel like I would rather pay a significant amount less and have my package arrive a week or two later.
We use the service as part of our business when we want to purchase something in the UK and have shipped to the United States. It is almost cost prohibitive to continue using the service and sourcing inventory in the UK because of the steep cost. Can you please evaluate a cheaper/slower alternative? I'm sure speed isn't the #1 preference among a large portion of your US customers...

Initial postage was a shock at first, but then when combined more stuffs, it really is very reasonable. I was looking for a forwarding service to India, and found forward2me through web search. I recently got an item shipped through them, and found the service extremely professional, well managed, custoner centric with amazingly fast response time to the queries. The only trouble is that freight costs using DHL are very high. I recently bought a couple of photobooks and the freight was more expensive than the books.

Fully reliable! I'd like to leave a point to improve: before DHL deliver the parcel to me, they tried to contact in my home phone number, but I was working and in any moment they called to my cell phone which I'd answer in the same time. Because of this, there was a second try of deliver attempt which worked it out. And in my profile there is my cell phone number. It Should have an option to choose the preferred phone number (cell or home).
