The whole process cost a lot more than I expected.
Many thanks for taking the time to provide us with your feedback, we really appreciate this.<br/><br/>We're really sorry you felt that you needed to leave us negative feedback, we strive to maintain excellent service at all times.<br/><br/>We wanted to provide you with some background to your shipping costs. The cost of shipping is generally calculated by the amount of space that your shipment occupies, rather than the actual weight. Due to your shipment containing footwear in boxes this does tend to volume out more than the actual weight. To help with this situation some customers ask us to remove the footwear from the boxes which would reduce the size of the shipment and hence the shipping costs. <br/><br/>We’ve also noticed that you received a similar order within a few days of your original shipment being despatched. We do provide a consolidation service which enables you to ship multiple packages at the same time. For your situation there would have been a saving of £37.44 on your total shipping costs if this service had of been used – we’re sorry if you were not aware of this. We would have checked if you'd required this service if your shipment hadn't of left us before the next parcel arrived.<br/><br/>We hope this all helps and that you will continue to use our services. That is fine and I do understand what you are saying it is just that I have been getting these shipped from the UK for at least 4 years now and this was by far and away the most expensive experience that I have had.

I think that the cost is too high. I would prefer something cheaper.

Having a standard shipping option available to select in the first place would be ideal. I appreciate that you can offer it now, and i will definately make use of it in a future purchase. Please do not misunderstand my comment, I think your services were great and you deliver what you promise, it is just that the cost (for my pocket at least) is a bit high.

I will not use them again. Apart from the fact that it was very expensive, I was charged for DHL service and I still got thme after a week

Managed to make my purchase really easily with the address provided by Forward2me, and was notified as soon as the package arrived at my address. Forward2me provided me a quote for shipping really quickly and as I contacted them asking if they could hold the package while I was away from home, they replied fast courteously. As soon as I paid for the shipping quote, my package was shipped and arrived safe and sound.

Service has been great, always swift and helpful. Occasionally I have received boxes which were not really sufficiently strong for international shipping. It Forward2me could spot and strengthen such packages that would be useful. I order tins of baby milk formula regularly from the UK to Hong Kong and a couple of the shipments have been badly banged up in damaged makeshift boxes from the original supplier.
My only other comment is that I have noticed on repeat orders of the same shipment that the price is creeping up every time! Any incentives for regular shippers would be well received!

It's also great to hear that what we do is really useful to you whilst you are living overseas. <br/><br/>We've had chance to look at your account and the prices that you've paid for your recent shipments. For some reason when we received your first shipment it weighed in less than the others received later...making any future shipments looking more expensive. <br/>One of the next shipments had a couple of extra items in which again made it slightly more expensive and then we had a slight price increase that was put on us by our courier. However, we're sorry that you thought the service was rather expensive. <br/><br/>The service we provide is a premium, tracked, door to door courier service. Prompt service, easy to use, slightly expensive parcel costs but if there's no alternative then I would use the service again
