Great customer service. Had a little trouble with my payment, completely my fault, you guys were very kind and courteous while I fixed it. Shipment arrived very quickly after all my kinks got worked out. Will definitely use again when vendors do no ship to US.

The consolidation fee is ridiculous high. 6 GBP each package. I have to pay 24 GBP for four small packages for 4 pieces of tiny makeup products. The consolidation fee is even more than the DHL postage. I will change to use borderlinx because they never charge me consolidation fee.

The customer service and web platform is excellent.. you can't ask for more in this regard.. however, the delivery prices are still way over the top and hasn't improved over the last couple of years. I would have hoped to see an improvement as the customer base and therefore buying power with the various couriers should have increased over this time.

Excellent service from Forward2Me. I used them to ship an iPhone from the UK to Guernsey. They sent it out the same day as they received the phone via DHL Express and I received it the very next day. They also answered my emails in a timely and professional manner. You can't ask for more than that. I wouldn't hesitate to use again, should the price be right!

Your shipping costs include the receiving, processing and repacking of your parcel in preparation for secure international shipping. <br/><br/>It also includes preparation of the export paperwork and quality control checks before it leaves our warehouse. The shipping cost is extremely expensive. We don't always need the next day delivery. Please extend your service by providing standard delivery, say 7 days from UK to Hong Kong with delivery cost under GBP 10 and that will be very attractive.

Very very fast shipping via DHL to Hong Kong. The customer service team was very responsive to emails, and they held my packages free of charge while I waited for everything to arrive, and then sent everything to me in one package. Overall a good service. Only thing is, the DHL charges were quite high, this is the first time I've tried a UK consolidator/forwarder, it's a lot more expensive compared to shipping from USA.

In spite of a few problems at the beginning, getting this delivered from the supplier to Forward2me, the axle arrived in Norway only a few days later and was delivered to me without any further problems. Forward2me solved the problems excellently.
