In spite of a few problems at the beginning, getting this delivered from the supplier to Forward2me, the axle arrived in Norway only a few days later and was delivered to me without any further problems. Forward2me solved the problems excellently.

Forward2me repacked the items bought well/ compactly enough and parcel was sent very quickly. Great service though the price was not quite the lowest. Would use their service again.

Many thanks for leaving your feedback, it’s really important to us. Sincere apologies for the delay in getting back to you. We feel that your situation hasn’t taken best advantage of our services which has probably lead to you feeling that you’ve paid more than you would have liked to, we’re sorry about that. We received a parcel for you on the 30 Sept and you paid for the shipping invoice. Without us realising (parcel was processed by another processor) we received another one on the same day. This could have been put together with your first parcel and reduced your shipping costs. We received another parcel on the 2 October once your first two shipments had left us two days previously. Again this could have been put with the other items and shipped altogether as one to reduce your shipping costs once again. Customers usually e-mail in to forward2me to tell us if they are sending us several parcels so that we can consolidate them into one, however we are currently working on our site to allow you to tell us when and how you would like to ship your parcels. We are currently holding a shipment of Lithium batteries for you – there is a Dangerous Goods shipping charge applied to this for the extra processes involved at the request of our couriers. This includes special packing, labelling and export paperwork. Please let us know when you would like this processing as we’d be more than happy to help. I was surprised at the extent of the service - very impressed.
I had, without due care included a couple of items that were considered to require transport in lower temperatures. They were removed, returned to Safeway and I was not charged for causing extra work.

I should perhaps mention that of the two packed boxes, one was crushed and several tinned items inside dented. I appreciate that there is a limit to the extent of packaging that can be utilised. Fortunately no glass jars were damaged. Consequently all was well.
