The shipping cost is expensive considering companies who do deliver to Cyprus by courier charge a lot less. Would use again if I really wanted something I couldn't get delivered.

We live in France and wanted to order on-line from Waitrose but they would not accept our Mastercard as although we have a UK bank it is registered to a non-UK address. We sent our Waitrose shopping list to Forward2me who ordered on our behalf. I had to queery their bill as it was less than I expected only to be told that there were bulk savings. I really appreciated their honesty. We were kept informed at all times and from the time we ordered to receiving our parcel, with everything intact, was only a matter of days. We have previously used other sites who charge a premium for each of the items purchased, I have no hesitation in recommending Forward2me.

Many thanks for taking the time to provide feedback – it’s really important to us. <br/>I am sorry that you have experienced problems with the address detail on your parcel. The team work hard to get things right but unfortunately there was a typing error on your shipment. We tried to rectify this as quickly as possible working closely with DHL to re-route the parcel. I can see your shipment left us on Friday 28 November at 4.00pm and you received it in Australia at your door on Thursday 4 December at 11.am.<br/><br/>We pride ourselves on our customer care and in most cases turn e-mails around in 24 hours. Unfortunately in your case we received your e-mail on Friday 28 November in the evening at 22:12. We needed to check the address detail in the software at the warehouse so left the response until Monday when we were able to check this. We should have sent you a courtesy e-mail straight away just to let you know that we were looking into this for you which might have helped to put your mind at rest until we were able to sort out the problem on the Monday.<br/><br/>I am sorry that the service you received on this occasion was not as it should have been. <br/>You’re account has a note to deduct £10 from the cost of your next shipment should you decide to give us a second chance.<br/><br/>We hope this all helps and thank you for using forward2me.<br/><br/>Kind Regards,<br/><br/>Janet<br/><br/>Operations Director

Have used this service in the past and was very impressed but not anymore!!
My most recent order was wrongly addressed and nearly did not arrive where it was meant to-and that it took more than 48hrs for a response to my email.....not good enough!!! Will not recommend to anyone now!!

We are absolutely inundated with supermarket shops at the moment.<br/><br/>We're sorry to hear that the box was split and the biscuits were damaged. This should not have happened and a new tin of biscuits is in the post to you. <br/><br/>We're sorry to hear that you felt that we didn't give you a saving compared to shopping with BCS;so much so that we have checked the cost of your shopping list on the BCS site and I am now pleased to tell you that we saved you £71.41 (including our shipping fee).<br/><br/>Our shipping prices may be more expensive than some expat food shops. That is because they subsidise the cost of shipping by inflating the cost of the goods. When you take into account the total cost of goods + shipping we believe we are always cheaper for food value of £60 or more – something we guarantee. Shopping direct with the supermarkets and shipping with forward2me means that you make big savings on the food itself which overall gives you huge savings. I feel as an expat that they've got you over a barrel somewhat as far as postage goes. I carefully calculated the weight of my parcel only to find that extra was added! the weight limit was not as big as others carriers who have a set price. The packaging was adequate inside but the box was split when it arrived and a tin of biscuits which were for a present was completely battered and misshapen and the biscuits were in pieces. Would I use them again? That's debatable because BCS charges a lot less for the carriage and although the goods are more expensive, with the reduced courrier charge it would work out roughly the same costwise and their packaging is fantastic. If this helps towards carriage costs and packaging then my job here is done!

Thank you for your feedback.<br/><br/>We try really hard to provide a great service and great pricing for all our customers and our team take a great pride in the work that they do.<br/>We are really disappointed when we receive a negative feedback on this platform but at the same time it's important that we know when our customers are not completely happy.<br/><br/>I notice that you have paid for the DHL premium door to door service which is fully tracked and guaranteed. <br/>For a premium product i.e. a phone with a value of nearly £300 we think you chose the best method of shipping which has in effect cost you ~about 10% of the value of the goods.<br/>We could have provided you with the budget un-tracked un-guaranteed service but if your phone had have been lost in transit you would have been £260 out of pocket...<br/><br/>I hope this helps you to understand what you have paid for and the peace of mind that it has provided for you.<br/>We are more than happy to ship items using our budget service but it is completely at your own risk and doesn't provide the peace of mind that the premium service offers.<br/><br/>We hope you will continue to use forward2me but in the meantime have a great week and best wishes for the festive season.<br/><br/>Kind Regards,<br/><br/>Janet<br/><br/>Janet Grundy<br/>Operations Director

I am really happy with your forwarding service as it was quick and efficient. You might only have to negotiate a better pricing with your courier service as we expect it to be more than regular delivery but nevertheless it is a bit expensive.
