We placed the order on 21 January following the receipt of your payment and the item was received at forward2me on 26 January. Shipping within the UK usually takes 3-5 business days. I ordered from the company in the UK and the package showed up at my door. I was astounded at how smoothly the process went. I also appreciated the fact that I received "just enough" notifications from the companies involved that there was no mystery, but I was also not inundated with messages.

Forward2Me is utterly outstanding. On my very first package, they quite literally went above and beyond the call of duty, at a financial cost to themselves, to ensure my happiness. It was literally unbelievable, especially in this day and age when one only expects to be treated like a number and handed the company rule book.

Forward2me was a life-saver! My best friend is getting married and had her heart set on Kate Spade glitter gold Keds, but they were all sold out in US stores. The UK store had them but they don't ship to the US. Fast and efficient. Very responsive to a request to consolidate my items. My only suggestion for improvement is for you to give "estimates" for freight charges given that "volumetric weight" is pretty meaningless to most of us! e.g. how much for a "typical" pair of shoes, suit etc.
